My wife and I have been debating vaping, being new to it we didn't know much. We walked in they asked a few smoking questions and suggested the Caliburn GK2, which is what we both got.. they then walked us through the juices, and we found flavors we liked.. big selections and very knowledgeable.They then setup the vapes for us, walking us through and explained each step..Hands down awesome experience

This place is locally owned and operated. The owners Jonathan and Kim make your retail experience feel like you had just paid a visit to your close friends. They inventory is quality and trustworthy. I know for a fact they research their suppliers and their manufacturers to make sure what they are selling their customers is from trustworthy and honest suppliers. They keep a large inventory; it is rare that they have to order in what a customer wants. Especially if they are often and consistent as customers they are certain to carry the products for them in mind. Hard to find and company that goes to great efforts for their customers, yet make them feel like friends or family. And even with this personal service they have and still offer products at a very competitive price. You won’t regret meeting them if nothing else; but you will find some quality vapes and accessories at very reasonable prices for the quality.

These guys are the best in the area. They're extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. If you walk in there with an issue, they'll find a way to fix it. They know me by name, always running to get my specific coils and juice without even asking; they've memorized my three different mods and favorite juice. This is my go-to for all things vape.

Possibly the best customer service I have EVER seen!!! I took my friend to get replacement parts for her vape thingy and the guy working today, Sunday Aug. 30th 2020, was the nicest and most professional salesman I've ever had dealings with. He found what she needed quickly, explained options and even assembled it for her while explaining how to do it so that she could herself if she ever needed too, though he assured her that they would help with that anytime she came to the store. Or she could call and they would help over the phone!!I don't use vape products myself so I can't speak to there selection or anything like that though it looked good to me and my friend said they had a lot of good products. But in my opinion the service alone is definitely enough for me to recommend checking them out for your vaping needs!!

These people rock! They always are happy to help even when I used to show up near close because I didn't get off of work until late. They are more competent and quick than any other place I've been in a few different states. Where I travel for work, I end up at different vape stores in different states expecting them to have the same level of service as these nice folks and its just not the same. I love keeping business local and I'll always be faithful here!

Its been 4 months since i initially tried Vape On with my little brother who was trying to get me to quit smoking . Ive also continued to use this shop exclusively. Its a great little shop, they have a saving program through an app which is great! The owners are amazing. never treat you like a dollar sign they genuinely want you to get what you need and have a good experience .Staff is really great as well. Everyone knows there stuff.they have some really amazing juices as well! 😍

Hubs and I want to quit smoking and we are new to vaping. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable in all of their products, which are good, great value, etc. I had read reviews prior to visiting and they did not disappoint. We definitely will stick with Vape On!

Best vape store around by far! Products are very nice plus the people who work there are great! It's very clean every time I go...huge plus! It's really cool how they have it decorated. There's no reason to go anywhere else! My favorite juice is Cotton Candy but they have something for everyone. Definitely give them a try ... I had a great experience here today. I typically go to Deja and the guys there are typically the rush you out type. This store is really cool and the employees are super nice. Jake was very knowledgable and helped me with everything from trying other juices to changing out my coil. It’s just a layer back comfortable type of store. 100% will be going back.

I love this place and go there once a week. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Every time I go I'm greeted by name, and they know what I come in for! Can't recommend it enough. Great selection of juices and products, and they're always willing to share their own experiences and turn you on to great new juice flavors :)

I love this shop the prices are great and so is the staff. There isn't anyone else around me id use to purchase my vaping merchandise from. Ive personally seen this shop do for their customers what Ive seen plenty of other shops turn away customer for in terms of the products they sell. If you buy something from Vape On you can rest assured that you will be taken care of. I could go on but I think the point is across.

These guys are great. Had an issue w some equip and they rectified it immediately and even upgraded the wifes orig purchase to make sure they made it right. Cust service is amazing and the shop is a pleasant experience in general. Def recomend. They are my wifes go to vape shop for all of her e liquid and equip needs for sure.

My husband and I went in tonight after an equipment failure purchase from a gas station. The owner and his wife showed us several options and gave us great info. We made our choice of vape equipment and flavors. Even though they were just a few minutes away from closing, they took their time and helped us with our choices. I will definitely be making more of my purchases from them. I can't wait to try more of their great e-juices!! The owner and his wife told us which nicotine strength would equal about what we were consuming with cigarettes as we quit. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!

Purchased a vape pen from the that just quit working. No I no longer have the receipt and any reputable company could pull it up on the computer. The first one I bought from them I took back the same day because parts were missing from box. It had been returned after being used and returned to counter to sale again. When I called to ask some very simple questions, The guy was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. There are too many others that are nicer and cheaper

These guys are great! I bought my first RDA today and I was given a fantastic tutorial on how to rebuild it. These guys have a greal selection of liquid (Mad Mikes is my favorite). They are a very knowledgeable store.
