If there was a minus 0 I would give it. Rude, obnoxious male manager this past Saturday, No clue what he is doing. He wouldn’t even help me with an order in the store So I didn’t have to pay shipping and handling. He couldn’t even be bothered to help me and it was like I was bothering him to do his job. Still waiting for regional manager to call me regarding complaint. I have shopped at Tractor for years in Florida, never have come across a rude and unhelpful, manager like I did in Morristown Tn. Rural king is up the street and has excellent customer service and knows their products.

I went to this store to purchase a pair of work boots that were $100. I tried the boot on it fit all except for the anti-device that was mounted in the hill of both pair of boots that were gouging into the back of my heel. I went to the cashier and asked if she could remove the anti-effect device so I could see if the shoe did properly before I made the purchase. She explained to me that the anti-theft devices were there for everything which I understand And she refused to take off both devices so what to try both pair of shoes on and told me she was only going to remove one. I assured her that I was not going to attempt to steal the boot that I only wanted the device removed to see if the boots fit comfortably before I made a $100 purchase she removed one in the boot fit comfortably. I'm still undecided whether or not I want to keep the boot due to the poor customer service I received from the cashier. It was very rude very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable I will never stop at the store ever again

The employees are not trained on products. Cost over $53 for dog wormer but it's a seven day wormer for ONE dog. Moneys tight. My granddaughter asked for (specifically) wormer for five dogs. Now I have to buy more wormer!!!! What poor service there. Go somewhere to buy products......this store knows nothing!!!!!!

The person doing the ordering for this store is not doing their job. The 4 Health grain free canned dog food is never in stock anymore. I can occasionally find only a couple of cans at a time now. I'm taking my business elsewhere to buy a different brand of grain free dog food since employees are too lazy or incompetent to order stock.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY - Not only do they treat you like your family, but this store is easy to navigate, very clean, always has what I need & their pricing is reasonable.I've been to other feed & supply stores, but their customer service is horrible. As a farmer that spends hundreds of dollars each month, I enjoy being treated kindly & not JUST a number. They offer to help load my vehicle if needed & spoil my dog when he comes in with me.This Tractor Supply should be a model for all other stores to follow. I love them

Seeds and plants galore and their water troughs make great raised garden beds. They had all the sizes I needed for my project. It’s easy to get in and out without going to a big store. I like that a lot!And even better, the staff was so helpful when I’ve asked questions. That’s soooo appreciated!

Shopping for a rain barrel today.. everyone at this location was so helpful. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Prices were competitive. And even though it was raining outside the sales person didn't ming getting wet to show me what they had in stock. All around a wonderful experience

I am absolutely through with tractor supply in Morristown. They got a new manager last year that took away bulk pricing for wood pellets for heating, not to mention the pellets were unsatisfactory. The the brand is premium hardwood pellet fuel, you go through a lot more of these than other brands other people were also complaining last year. I can get bulk pricing at other tractor supplies in other towns but not in Morristown with the new manager. Morristown tractor supply's is the only place I have ever purchased these wood pellets I will be going somewhere else from here on out. I especially love the reply with a number that no one ever answers just an automated system and no one to help you. Apparently it was just for other people to see not to be useful.

We drove ONE HOUR, ONE WAY to pick up a curbside order that was showing in stock when we ordered and paid. Once we arrived we were told that due to employee error the information was wrong - it was actually not in stock. We were told a refund would be issued back to our card. Never were we offered an apology or an offer to help locate the item at other nearby stores.The young lady was rude. She wasn't wearing a name tag and never offered her name. She was tall and blonde.We waited a few days and the refund never came. After calling customer service we find out that the store had said that we picked up the item!!! Sounds like someone there helped themselves to an item that we paid for! After being on hold back and forth for almost an hour we are told that we would need to return to the Morristown location for the refund. That means another 2 hour round trip drive.Well we did and here we are days later still waiting for that refund. The manager , Joe, wasn't much help. He told me to go online ad find the customer service number and call them. He said maybe they could "push the refund through" ?? What does that even mean?? Well Happy 25th Birthday Joe. Apparently that is what is more important to this location than customer service. I guess Joe doesn't keep the customer service number handy so he couldn't just give it to us.

Very pleased with my experience. They put my dog food in my buggy and loaded it for me in my van because I am not supposed to be lifting anything at all. They were really busy today. I think their was at least 8-10 people in check out line. I figure they would open another register but they didn't. Tractor Supply company is the only place I buy my dog food at. I always have good experiences there.

I definitely like the Tracto Supply in Jefferson City!!! This one in Morristown is never stocked well (Dog Food), messy and absolutely lacking in friendly customer service! I work in retail and understand the importance of making a customer feel appreciated. Something this location needs to learn.

It was awesome. Newport didn't have any ducks so we went to Morristown. They ducks were reduced from $4.99 to $1.99. We were extatic. The service was great. We will definitely be shopping there again. Stop in and give them a try. God bless you all.

I like going to tractor supply. It is easy to get in and out quickly. They have a variety of items from even candy and clothing. They have good deals on tools and pet supplies. This location is always clean and the people are real nice. See you next time.

So yesterday I went to purchase the Coleman 125cc four wheeler and it wouldn’t start at the Morristown location while joe worked to get it started the other manager called the Jefferson City location which wasn’t far to see if they had one which they did also telling them the issues we was having and we headed to that location getting out the vehicle the older gentleman employee extremely rude said it wouldn’t start the battery was dead and for us to go back to where we was at (Morristown) and meanwhile at the Morristown location joe was doing everything he knew to get it started so I asked if he had the battery cables to charge the battery he said he wasn’t doing it tonight which the plastic and everything was still on it so I don’t believe he even touched it and it was 6:40pm they close at 8pm and refused to even try to charge it after traveling all the way down from the other storeBack to the Morristown store joe hadn’t stopped trying to get it started until he got it started and made sure it did unfortunately taking it back today because it’s not staying running when it goes into gear and hit the gas but I just wanted to point out the evening shift workers at the Morristown location that worked on February 24, 2021 they did an exceptional job and tried every way possible to help from the time I walked in the door above and beyond

Places very knowledgeable the staff is very helpful you get in and out quick if you know what you're looking for. Just slightly over price from what you can get around you. But the help of the staff and the cleanliness of the store that makes up for it

It was good bought a sugar block there and the cashier was very nice and professional .was greeted at the door which was awesome as well.The store was clean inside and out. Free Parking.
