I love going in here. I get my dog food here. I always get ask do I need help. They are friendly. If you need something and they don't have it they will help you get it there. They have a little bit of everything there. Becoming one of my favorite places. 🐕

I have tried several other places for grooming without success. My husky is NOT cooperative and refuses to sit still. My expectations weren't very high and I told them to do whatever they could. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Everyone was very nice and Dovie went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She did an incredible job and conquered the impossible! I am so very grateful her and can not say thank you enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not much to say they didn't have a lot in stocks. I also saw a guy in the grooming waiting to have his dog checked in, and there was no one in the salon. It seemed like he had been there for a while

Very nice store and had a man help me out with the dreaded summer flea issue everyone is having right now. Gonna try 1 month supply of ZoGuard on my 4 year old Morkie. He is having a rough time with the fleas right now. Glad I stopped in.

I asked the girl behind the counter if they were looking for dog trainers. Her response and a co-worker's response were extremely rude and unprofessional. I am a highly certified professional dog trainer and will gladly show my credentials. There was absolutely no need for their responses. I most certainly would steer clear of this trainer.

It was a good experience. I brought my dog along with me. The staff was AMAZING and friendly. They didnt have the greatest selection of dog bones, however we did leave happy and my good boy found a bunch of new toys!!! However is a bit on the higher end $$!!! But saved a trip to walmart and I got to bring my boy with me and let him shop!!! As you can see he was happy with one of his new toys, he Would recommend!!

Took our girls' to get their nails done yesterday. I used to cut them but they had gotten too long& I was afraid that I would hurt one of them so we took them to "a professional".😉 Even though, Diva & Eva are huge babies & even bigger drama queens, the groomer managed to get them both clipped, without so much as a nick. She was a sweet woman and we liked her attitude with us, as well as our dogs. She made what could've been a very devastating situation, a much more doable one. We greatly appreciate that. Her name was, Amber & she is what a dog groomer should be. Next visit, we will be requesting her again.The price was $15 each& that's pretty much the same everywhere we checked with. That is for a clip & grinding!🐕🐩🐶

Nice store but the help is worthless. Wanted to see a ball python but the employee refused to get it out of the enclosure or even move items in the enclosure so we could see it. I informed her that we raise them and would be happy to do it and she refused. I'm not buying anything sight unseen. If your employees won't handle the animals you have in stock yhen you need new employees. Bad business.There were also some dead bettas that had been dead awhile.

Took our dogs into be groomed. They have been groomed there several times with no problems. They asked for shot records this time and would not groom them without the records. I understand that. But they could have said something when we made the appointment. So we will not use them again.

Best place around! Always friendly and employees are amazing. I've got a Westie and the groomers always take extra care with my lil boy. I'm a customer for life! It's sometimes scary taking a breed that has a specific cut, but no fear here! Safe, friendly and clean!

My experience was dog to get groomed great job but when I called to get another appointment they had lost paper work on my dog and was told have to start all over with profile and provide proof of vaccination again. When asked for manager she was on break. When I called back no answer at site. Guess they monitor telephone calls coming in. Disappointed.

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for a bath, for a 1.5 lb dog. The groomer acted like she was not aware of the appointment. The time was 4pm, and supposed to take an hour. She said it would be 5pm and take at least 2 hours. What the heck? It's a 10 week old POM/YORKIE mix. No dred locks or anything! The lab she was working on, according to her, had been there since 9am. That's 7 hours on 1 dog. That's not good business.

This is a great pet store. It's on the small side but has everything you need. I've been here twice for my new beautiful Golden rescue. The prices are high but it's like everywhere and everything else. They offer dog grooming and it's cute to see them getting groomed. Nice employees. Plenty of parking.

Our 2 Goldendoodles have standing monthly appointments with Petsense groomers. They are very professional and courteous. Each groomer has a healthy respect for our dogs little quirks .I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
