The staff is great and exactly what you'd expect from a locally owned feed store.The prices are a bit higher than the chain stores but that's to be expected.Additionally, they are often out of what I need, which makes me have to shop elsewhere in addition to the Mill. However, it's worth it to me to support local.I love that they can mill your own feed mixes.

I am a major plant lover and besides the clearance section at Lowes, this is where I get a great deal of my plants from. All their indoor and outdoor plants are reasonably priced and they usually have a large selection of things to choose from. The staff is also very friendly and are always sweet to my little girl.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years now and I thought they were an honest, small business. However, the last time I went to get hog feed in bulk they quoted me a bulk price for a half ton of feed. After I paid I saw that the pricing was wrong and they had charged me full price. I called and nicely said maybe my math is wrong here so can you help me make sure this is right. They said that they used 50 lb sacks to load into my barrels so they had to charge me full price because those bags were now contaminated. First, I know they reuse the bags because my son heard them say that while he was loading the feed. Second, I asked for a refund because no one has EVER told me about the bag contamination charge and I have been going there for years. They quoted me a discounted price and then charged me full price. They refused to refund the difference. They said if I had left my barrels there they would not charge extra. I told them like I do every single time that I cannot leave my barrels because I live far away. Every time they have said thats fine we will get it ready just go ahead and come on. Never have I been advised about them charging me full price for bulk feed which should have been discounted.I tried to call them back to tell them they lost a loyal customer today but now they refuse to answer the phone (whereas they always answered right away before). I will be taking my business elsewhere and I advise you do the same.

My experience there was the worst visit i have had in 45 years. The service was the worst and their help was worthless. Their products are overpriced and plants were not in to good of shape. I am Not going to pay those prices and drive 25 miles to be treated that way
