This was a good experience. The frequency of my visits to this location are not very often but I was impressed with the store and the perfect correlation with the website in regards to the exact location and placement of the item I was in need of purchasing. It's very nice to see such a good stocking procedure in place. The store was neat, clean, and everyone was very helpful and courteous in the interactions that I had. It was a very seamless functioning system of checkout and I highly recommend this location for anyone who values the systematic efficiency of the application of current technology and a great integration of it in place and properly functional. You can guarantee it will be a hassle free process in normal cases and if you are referencing the website for the stock and exact location of your product it will be correct and seamless as well. I commend the management of this location for the setup and governance of the store and it is a very great compliance achievement to be proud of. I highly recommend this location. 5 stars undoubtedly. I will consider this location the only place to go in the future and I urge you to do the same. It will not disappoint.

Jenna and hailey both have gone above and beyond from their duty. They helped me with blinds to order in home and decor department. My order was shipped at wrong place and they called that person and got my order back! Both of them were very helpful! I would recommend going to this lowe’s if you have home and decor question. 100% satisfying experienced.

Great experience. Found everything I was after with little to no trouble. I was really excited to see that not only do they have handicap parking, but they also have parking for our veterans. I've never seen that before, and it truly warmed my heart, especially when I was walking back to my car and saw quite a few of the spaces full. Great job.

I use Lowe's online a lot for smaller things. If it's in stock my order is usually ready in a couple of hours. Prices are decent and I don't have to walk through the store looking for stuff. Today I used curbside service. I also do in-store pickup. For smaller items they have lockers - you don't have to go to the service desk. They send you a code and you type it in. Voila, there's you stuff. When you do have to talk to someone they're usually very nice. I do shop in the store when I want to look at something before I buy it.

Today I visited the Lowes , 2744 West Andrew Johnson Hwy. Morristown , TN to purchase mulch. I went to the front to pay to see that only self check out was open and no normal registers open. Everyone ahead of me had some sort of issue and needed help from the one person monitoring self checkout. i attempted to purchase what i needed but the system will not let you search for what you want. After waiting i was assisted by the worker. She told me the Black mulch was out of stock so I purchased 30 bags of Brown. When I went to the loading area I saw numerous pallets of Black mulch. I asked if I could get the black and was told i would have to go to customer service to exchange. So back in I went to wait in another line being handled by one employee. I completed the exchange and asked to speak to a manager about the checkout issues. If I recall correctly i spoke to Tanner who had a careless attitude and said the checkout is a corporate decision. I get home and unload my mulch and I counted 27 bags and i purchased 30 bags. The mulch was loaded by store employees while i made the exchange. So not only was it a complete wast of my time in this store i have now been shorted 3 bags. I have had nothing but issues with this location and only keep going because of the discount offered with the Lowes credit card. The Home Depot is actually 5 miles closer i may have to see how this store is run. Please let me know how the shortage of mulch can be handled I live 45 minutes away and its not worth a trip for $6 in mulch.

Our washer broke at the end of February, and having usually shopped at Lowes, we went online to look for a new washer dryer duo. We spent about a week going through different ones trying to find one that came in earlier than April or May for the delivery option. We lasted on the Lg ThinQ stackable duo, because it said it would deliver on March 8th which was perfect, because it was already our day off. It wasn’t everything we wanted because that would have taken until May , but it was quick and nice enough. We placed our order, and immediately the delivery says March 14th. This was a problem, because delivery time was one of the most important factors for this purchase. We called the store, spoke with appliances, who were very unhelpful. They basically told us that it was “probably” something to do with warehouse or delivery and that he didn’t know anymore. We asked him if he could call delivery directly and he never no or offered to call or said he couldn’t, he just kept saying it was “probably” this. We then asked if we could speak with a manager and he said “well they’re just going to say the exact same thing that I’m telling you.” And that was the moment we realized he was zero help and decided to end the call. We called back to go through another line, then spoke with a manager. He was more helpful, and at least gave us more information and made the call to try to move our delivery up. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, and we bit the bullet and waited until the 14th. My mother took a day off work to have this done. Day of the 14th we have no call from Lowe’s, no delivery, nothing. Waited all day and lost $500 from not working. She called lowes and they said in their systems it was schedule for 3/15. Then today 3/15 happens. She called in work another $500 lost, hoping it would arrive. It did around 1 and the guys were very pleasant and helpful. Then one of them looks inside one of the installation boxes, and they had sent a USED stacking kit, that was retaped and damaged and bent inside the box visible damage and wear. The delivery guy did not install the stacking kit, and said they would have to take it back to warehouse, get another kit and bring it back. Never got an estimate when. Before hand, we had already disassembled our previous dryer and moved it out of the way for them, because we only paid for them to remove the washer. Our dryer still worked and we were going to sell it to a family friend. And then right after they left we saw that they took our dryer with them that we did NOT pay for them to do, and it also had my moms clothing in it as well! She called immediately after they left. She spent an hour and a half calling lowes because every extension she got nobody would answer. And then once she finally got ahold of appliances, they gave her the delivery phone number and he said I wish you luck, and also said he would call back. She called for hours and hours, and never got anywhere with getting our dryer back. She would call, get ahold of someone, get another companies phone number, and then transferred again to the third party delivery number. She was told by a several people long the chain that she would receive a call back in 15 or 30 minutes, and never received a single call back for several hours. And at one point was told that they go to the dump, but they also go back to the warehouse. She was promised by many different people that we would receive an answer. We started calling the store immediately after the delivery guys left, and it’s currently 9pm and we have HEARD NOTHING FROM ANYONE. We’re on the phone with lowes now trying to still figure out before we go to bed. This is ridiculous and has been the most unprofessional help along the way. Hopefully something gets done and something quick. We’re out $1000 and we still have nothing installed, and are without our stuff. We told the woman that we need this stuff done by Monday because my mom is off on Monday, and we can’t afford to just take off work for nothing again.And here’s the icing on the cakethey left some of the trash in our yard.

Great place to shop for building supplies. Being a contractor, Lowe's has went above and beyond to help me make ends meet. Hard to find big box stores like Lowe's to do business the old fashion way. Give Lowe's a try, you won't be disappointed. Great job guys A+++

Very bad experience. Needed a fridge. The one we wanted said would take 2 weeks. But they had a more expensive one in the back. This was on Friday and said we would for some reason get it on Wednesday. We said ok. Wednesday came around, and the delivery guy turned into our driveway. Didn't even attempt to drive up to the house called and told us they couldn't make it. They needed a smaller truck. We waited all day and never showed back up. We called the delivery number, and the guy said our driveway was too bad they couldn't make it up there. That we would have to contact Lowes and reschedule a drop off at another time. We go to Lowes to find out they didn't even have the fridge there like they said they did. It was in Knoxville. And the earliest would be Friday. We will not go back to Lowes.

Miguel was so helpful tonight. Went in with my sister to pick up some drywall and he helped us load everything up and helped me pick out the appropriate tools needed to get the job done. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 10 years, and I can whole heartedly say he is a fantastic employee and very knowledgeable!

Purchased all appliances there only to have the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave damaged in transit. Company policy dictates they must pick up damaged items first, then schedule a date to deliver new items. They will not place replacement on truck the same day as pick up of damaged products. Washer and dryer wasn't leveled during setup.

Do NOT use delivery because you get lied to and the run around.Supposed to have a delivery this past Monday, then we are told Wednesday.When it comes, they left off part of our order that WE picked out and put onto carts ourselves.Also Amanda at customer service is the most rudest person to speak to about your orders. She talks over you and has NO care for the customer,their issues nor any help at all to solve the problemLowes lost our business here. We will go elsewhere

Went for glass cutting, after several unsuccessful attempts I was told I needed a bigger piece to be able to get the cut needed. The guy cutting was 'kind enough' to not instead I pay the difference after going thru several more attempts. Upon checking the glass, The corner has a cracked edge where the glass splintered. As this piece is meant for use in a reptile tank, having a sharp edge on the door of the enclosure is not acceptable. After much debate I went up to customer service to which she just refunded my card and told me I would have to purchase ANOTHER piece of glass and AGAIN have it cut. After a failed attempt at trying to get glass anywhere else I came back. I bought the bigger piece then went to wait for another cutter. After sitting down on the concrete floor for a few mins an older gentlemen came and said 'we don't cut glass'. Once I responded we just had a piece of glass cut a few mins ago his response was 'he'd try'. Back to the front for more assistance....maybe

I needed to get a doggy door installed, but to do that we had to replace beautiful French doors. Well they sold the door we had picked, had to wait months for new one. When they came to install there was no doggy door. After proving we paid for it. They said they would install for $175. Two installation charges instead of 1. Said would have manager call to do something to make us happy. But manager said same price. Not happy. It is almost impossible to get someone in a department to answer phone.

DO NOT use the installation services it’s a joke. I had a flooring install that is completely void on the Pergo warranty because my flooring was not installed properly. Now I’m fighting services pros and Lowe’s back and forth playing the blame and stall game. Lowe’s being a large box store has proven they are incapable of installing a simple floor job properly. Photos are the proof trash left behind and my entire house has a layer of sawdust. They cut corners now my warranty is void thanks Lowe’s for nothing. This install has been a complete nightmare. Also to add insult to injury I’ve spent over $25k at Lowe’s remodeling my home and this is what I got.

This Lowes is very nice. Everything is always clean and well stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, especially in the appliance department. They have comparable or lower prices than the competition. I shop there several times a week. They have some cute Halloween decorations.

Ordered a washing machine, cancelled the order, then had to fight to get my money back. Lowe’s kept saying the had put it back in the bank but had not. After phone calls and multiple trips we finally got are money.

We are doing a remodel in our kitchen thru Lowe's. It has been a horrible experience and has taken over 3 months and we are no where near completion. We started our process back in September and have had to outsource our flooring, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation. This was all suppose to be part of our contract that we signed thru Lowe's. We have damages to one of our cabinets and drawers and now have had a major leak under our sink because the subcontractor that Lowe's provided did a "temporary" fix to the hot water line (in September) that has now busted the cut off and we have water that has leaked into our basement. My husband called Lowe's customer service and when he was transferred to the plumbing department he was hung up on. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend using them to do any repairs or remodels for you. We were told it would be a smooth process and I feel like we were lied to and not helped on the customer service levels nor at the store level by any manager.Here are the list of things that we have experienced so far...1. No one told us what size of sink to order and we are now on our 2nd sink because the first one did not fit. We also ended up having to go to Home Depot to get my sink because Lowe's does not carry Farmhouse sinks in store.2. We have it in our contract to pull up all flooring to the sub floor and it was not touched.3. We have damages to a cabinet door and drawer and also sent the wrong size and color of floating shelves (still not resolved 3 months later).4. We have an older house and the hot water cut off would not turn off, so the cabinet people looped the hot and cold together which has now caused a huge problem.5. We were left with capped off electrical and pretty much told we had to figure that out on our own by our consultant. Which we subcontracted out ourselves.6. We spoke with a manager at our store and asked if the appliances were going to be installed and they were not. They also left all of the boxes for said appliances in our yard.7. When we finally got the correct sink and had the plumber here to install it, the cabinet people did not build a support to fit the sink into.8. We had to wait for a month after the cabinets were put in just to get the crown molding finished and the sink support installed.9. The counter top people finally came about 2 weeks ago and measured (This guy was amazing because he saw the slow drip that is now a leak under my sink and tried to help). I called the next day to get the final paperwork signed and final quote so we can get those ordered and paid for. We are now almost into week 3 and no one has contacted us and my husband tried to call and they said they can't get a hold of the manufacturer.At this point I just want to say screw all of you and get my money back so I can find people that will do it the right way. We spent a lot of money on the project and it has been nothing but a very stressful nightmare!!!

I've remodeled my kitchen. From scratch. Had city water put in at the road. Plumbed the house myself. Ran 200 ft plumbing to the barn. Never once could i get help at this store . And spent almost 10 grand. Very sad

I am very disappointed with the lack of available help at this store. I am currently at the paint desk and have been for at least 20 minutes. Spoke with associate in self checkout and called customer service. Both times they just called the same abandoned desk in the paint department. I am heading to another store hoping to get some silence of customer service. This is putiful.

Came in today to speak with the manager about a community outreach with our organization, I was promptly told they’re not to be disturbed, they are doing inventory. I didn’t ask for the manager I asked for one of the managers to give them a pamphlet to see if they wanted to assist. Poor service and not the way Lowe used to do things.

Lowes I'd one of my go to hardware stores and this one is about 5 miles from my new house. I expect I will visit this store a goodly number of times in the coming weeks and months.

This store is a mess and it's customer service is plain lousy. Took 15 mins to get someone anyone to come and grab an item off a shelf. After 3 unsuccessful tries to get customer service to get anyone, every though there were numerous Lowes works milling around looking busy. It took a 4th request to have a manager come and assist. And she had a Freaking attitude...maybe have your staff take their ear buds out so they can hear requests for customer needed assistance...Have lived here 3 years now, probably the Worst Lowes I have seen nationwide.

Absolutely horrible currently holding 1600$ hostage. Bought a fridge and it was the wrong one. Took over 3 weeks to get them to pick it up to do a swap I have been fighting with them for over three months now to get the right fridge delivered but mysteriously no one knows what's going on. They confirmed that they recieved the other fridge but because of lack of communications and poor record retention. I keep getting told let me check and call you back, then never hear from them. Right now I've spent 1600$ for an empty space in my kitchen. This is ridiculous. Was just on the phone trying to reach them only to be put on hold for over an hour and no one answering.
