We all really loved this place. We like to find local businesses. We thought about going to DQ but we saw this place on maps and decided to try it instead. Boy are we glad we did. DQ has good ice cream. They have a good selection. This place was excellent. Of course custard is always going to be better than regular ice cream. But this was super. It is about 15 minutes off of I-81 but it is worth the trip.

Great local place for all things yummy! Delicious ice cream with a variety of toppings and a flavor of the week. Don’t forget to ask for a pup cup for your good boys! Best part about this place is the friendly service you can always count on. The girls working tonight were as sweet as can be.

Try your opportunity for Wednesdays, they have a Wacky Wednesday Special on a surprise Wednesday! Two (2) Hot Dogs 🌭 no charge for the toppings $2 each dog! Not to mention classic icecream choices on their menu 😋 and wonderful staff!

Nice little spot it is drive thru only which is not the best as the parking lot is small and a lot of traffic cuts thru. The custard is good and reasonable in price. Customer service is quick and polite.

Berkshire’s has the BEST custard. It is literally delicious, especially paired with a waffle cone. I wish I had a picture, but we always dig in too quickly to snap one! I’ve enjoyed the regular waffle cone, and chocolate dipped waffle cone - chocolate dipped is not my personal favorite, but worth a try! We always make a stop when we are visiting family in Morristown!

I wanted to rate this place higher, but I just cant. I love local, smaller town ice cream shops. I am an even bigger fan of frozen custard. The service at this place was really good. The people at the speaker and window were very friendly.When I try out a new place, I like to try the vanilla. I took a bite and was confused of the texture. I took another and focused on the flavor. It was as if the frozen custard had more of an iced consistency. Frozen custard should be super creamy, barely frozen. This was not. Also, the vanilla flavor left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. I am not sure if this was an off day for this place, but overall it just wasn't that good.

First time here was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed this place. We all had an icecream cone with the 3 basic flavors (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry) which were all extremely tasty. My boyfriend had one of their hotdogs and he devoured it in no time. I'd say that was a pretty sucessfull visit to Berkshire's.

So I stopped in here about a month ago because the hotdogs were on sale and one of my Facebook friends was raving about them. I didn't try anything else but the hotdogs were excellent. I heard the shakes are very good so I'll probably try one next time.

Firstly, I was thrilled they had a drive-through. Secondly, the staff was wonderfully friendly and treated you like a customer and a new friend at the same time. Thirdly, the custard was *DELICIOUS.* I got the flavor of the day in a waffle cone. I don't remember the exact name of the flavor, but it was basically maple.The prices weren't McDonald's dollar-sundae cheap so I just got a small. It was *huge.* As I was eating it, I suddenly remembered and thought, "Wait, this is a *small*???!!!"And I loved that the waffle cone was crunchy, but not too crunchy. It's almost like they had warmed it up just a tad before serving it (but it didn't melt the ice cream by any means). The cone didn't break all to pieces when you bit into it, making it impossible to keep the ice cream in the cone. Only the piece you bit came away from the cone.The whole thing was perfection. Can't wait to take my family here.

The service was perfectly fine but for the price of what is charged for the quality of the product is pretty outrageous. The custard leaves a thick oily residue non your lips which leads me to think it might not be true custard and has a hydrogenated oil base, the chia late’ was inedible the taste of “spice” and cinimon was so so strong the proportions had to be off. The store location seemed very clean and well taken care of so not all of this is a negative review.

Since it was our first time and it was not busy, we were able to sample the four flavors: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and the special of the week was black cherry. The waffle cones are made in house along with the custard, so we had to have those. What made it even better was I could have to flavors in the same waffle cone.The staff was helpful and the place looked clean.

I must say this place has the most friendliest owner I have met. Everything about his presence was wonderful. The Slaw HotDog was Amazing & the owner let me try all 4flavor of his custard ice cream and i have to say all 4 taste so delightful. I will definitely be back and will be bringing my whole family 💯✔

Tried the turtle sundae and the banana split custard swirl. Both were awesome! The staff was super friendly and clearly passionate about their products. That just makes a place feel special and really amplified the experience for us. Loved it!

Berkshires has amazing sundaes. They always give you a sample of the flavor of the week. I had hot dogs for lunch one day and they were so delicious . It is clean and the employees are friendly. I would definitely eat there again. It's all good. 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠 turtle sundaes are the best

These folks are very nice, and when you order, they offer you a sample to make sure you like the flavor. Their frozen custard is very, very good. It's rich and creamy, and has the perfect texture. My favorite is banana, but their flavor of the week options pretty much mean they'll have something for everyone at some point. Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry are available daily, and the flavor of the week is on a rotating schedule. You can check the FOTW on their Facebook page or the reader board out front.

The custard here is wonderful. The Chocolate in a waffle cone is great! Also we love the 🍓. They have a new flavor every week. The service is always prompt as well. We come from Knoxville just to get it.

I absolutely adore this store! The guy that owns this shop is always super friendly and kind to everyone. And sidenote: they give out free pup cups for my dogs! Coconut and vanilla are their best flavors BTW!

Wow! I am so glad I took the time to check this place out. Morristown is lucky to have such a unique and yummy custard shop. The ice cream is fresh and smooth. I recommend getting a Neapolitan (mix of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry). It was such a delight chatting with the owner. He is very passionate about what he does. If you have a spare minute, make sure to have him share the story.

Best ice cream in the world. But why so skimpy on the chili? A tiny teaspoon of chili on my hotdogs lately is starting to irritate me. It didn’t used to be like that.
