Extremely nice workers and the best prices on soft drinks. Needs to have little more produce. Mangers always honor the prices on shelves unlike Walmart and they don’t argue like your doing something wrong. Ty Ingles

Just because someone only purchases a couple small items, that person should not be suspected of wrong doing. Almost every time I go in this place, at least one of the employees shadows me throughout the store or worse, what they did this time. While waiting in line to pay for some cat food, one of the cashiers literally got in line behind me and was trying to see inside my purse as he invaded my personal space with his too close for comfort close proximity. When he realized he was not going to get a peek inside my purse, he went back to his register. I try not to go here because of this and their ridiculously high prices. Unfortunately, they are the only store in town that has a particular cat food that my cat devours! From Sept 2019 up until about a year ago, we did most of our grocery shopping here and spent $500 minimum monthly. Awful customer appreciation considering we spent over $10k in that period of time and have the receipts to prove it.

My husband and I shop Ingles regularly. I enjoy all the choices of products and each specialty Dept , I’m not going to lie , the bakery is my favorite. Y’all have Biscotti ! Recently I went for our prime rib roast for Christmas the young lady in the butcher shop told me the sale would be going on longer then I thought and I wanted to pick it up 3 days before Christmas Eve . While there , I did self checkout this time as I only had a few items. I was sent off with a greeting of have a merry Christmas as I left with my cart to my car. 💖🎄When I arrived home I noticed I didn’t have my phone, which also has my credit card and id . Ugh ! I was anxious to get back to Ingles and hopeful my red phone cover and possessions would be there. Thank you all for finding it in the small cart I had put back in the cart collection area. Lots of variety!Lots of help!Staff workers even make a point to speak to you instead of avoiding you!Very clean and organized store. And I love that they carry Siggis yogurt products!

Ingles is an excellent place to grocery shop. Their produce is always excellent and their meats are always tender. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Their pharmacy is also a great place to fill your prescriptions or get your flu shots.

Although I typically like the food, I ordered a ham dinner ready to eat. They basically just shopped, threw in some stuff in a box, and sold it to me. The ham was a dry processed ham. And the potatoes didn't even come with grave. I was highly disappointed. They could have just said they didn't sell dinners ready to eat. But I found this out Thanksgiving day at noon.

Amazing store, super clean and beautiful inside. Food court and Starbucks located in the store and some of the best fresh cuts of beef I've ever eaten. They even have tri-tip which seems to be rare out here in TN. Will definitely be back

Went to Ingles for one thing Nature's Own Hawaiian Bread they had it in their flier on sale didn't even know they sold it if you haven't tried it you should it is delicious, the sale was only for two days but they didn't have any either store East,or West either days . Disappointed

Well stocked great selections. Found some bargains! Friendly staff. Easy and careful checkout people. Good and large bakery....same for deli...flowers...ice cream stand...Starbucks...and clean as a pin!!! Lemon-pepper rotisserie chicken is the best around.

The store clerk who puts the products in the bag, please do your job properly. All items were printed on the receipt, but one item was missing. This is a big deal. I wasted about $10.I will use the self checkout from now on.
