I finally got my brand new Honda Civic and am in love!! Romeo was awesome and explained everything, he really took his time to make sure I knew what I was getting and how to work a newer vehicle since I was coming from a 2014 Chevy equinox. He even came in on his day off to hand me the keys and go over some last minute things about the car! I’m extremely happy I chose this dealership rather than going to Knoxville!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L. I called for an out the door price and quickly received a deal sheet from the dealership via email. They followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions. I asked if they could match another dealership. They said they would get the ball rolling and quickly gave me a call back informing me they would beat the other dealership. I worked with Nate (sales) and Darius (sales manager). Nate went above and beyond to earn my business and made the whole process so easy. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decisions. Nate even called me a week after my purchase just to check in and see how I was enjoying my new ride.I visited all four Greater Knoxville Honda dealerships before I found what I wanted, got the price I wanted, and felt most comfortable with all those involved in the process. Honda Morristown blew them all out of the water. No dealer required markups, treated me like a person and not just a sale, and a lifetime powertrain warranty won the day and I plan to be a life long customer.

I just brought my Honda Ridgeline in for its first service. I learned a lot and talking with my service rep about things I didn’t know. It’s difficult to use those owners manuals because they’re so thick and hard to read. He took the time to go over a lot of the things on the dashboard that I had no idea what they did. But I love my Ridgeline. It runs beautifully and has so many nice features that I’m very pleased with it. And I’d like to give a shout out to my sales person Caleb, he’s one of the best salesman I’ve ever had. He’s down to earth and is able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Caleb to anybody.

I was referred to Romeo Lopez and I am unbelievably amazed with how amazing he is not only at his job but at his people and sales skills. This will forever be my dealership.

Started off well with a helpful and professional team at the dealership. Agreed to fix exterior issues on the car I was looking to buy. Once bought, there were delays in getting the parts. A subsequent snowstorm further delayed the process (which is totally fair). But for two weeks, I consistently reached out for updates on the parts, only to receive vague responses about their status and uncertainty if they were even ordered. After two weeks, I called the used sales manager for an update and was assured to bring the car up on Friday at 10 am to have these issues addressed.Drove two hours to the dealership, waited for two more hours, only to be sent home in a rental as things fell through. Car was eventually fixed the next day and would be ready for pick up at 6:30pm. However during my drive back to pick up the car, I received a text an hour into my drive stating that the car keys were locked inside at the windshield business and that I needed to turn around.In the end, everything was taken care of. The car was delivered to me the following Tuesday with a okay detail, new windshield and a new grill (the two parts we agreed to have fixed). The experience could have been good, but the lack of communication ruined the experience for me. I did appreciate Braxton for taking accountability and trying to make it right in the end.

I'm so glad I went to Honda in Morristown. I had the pleasure of having Ryan Walters help me. He was so friendly and willing to help. Even after I bought a 2022 CRV I've had to make several phone calls to him to ask questions about the car. I've even went back and he was just as willing to help. Today I was down there and like every time before Ryan was right there doing everything to make sure I was happy. I definitely will tell everyone that I know how good my experience was at Honda and send them there for a car. I couldn't be happier with my car and the service they provided me. Thank you Honda and most of all Thank you Ryan Walters.

When the tire pressure light came on in my car I was expecting issues. I scheduled my apt online, dropped my car off within two hours, and drove away with a brand new tire! No sales pitches, no excuses why my warranty wouldn’t cover it, just excellent service! Thank you!

We have had an issue with our car for several years, and have had many mechanics try to diagnose the problem, but no one could figure it out. Your mechanic figured it out quickly, and even sent a video explaining what was going on and what they recommended to fix it. His diagnosis was dead-on, and his repair made our car drive like new again! We will definitely use their services again in the future! Very happy customers!

Everyone was professional and explained what was needed to get my 12 y/o vehicle running well again. The video explanations are particularly helpful by showing what and why the repairs/maintenance are recommended. Some parts had to be ordered so I had to return to drop off and pick-up my vehicle. I thought a “ticket” had been made explaining ALL the work that was to be done on the car however, this a was not the case. As a result the car had to stay to get all the repairs completed, but in the end it was worth the wait! Recommend highly!

Signed docs on 3/19 for used vehicle with understanding I would pick up vehicle early April. On signing, I was told vehicle required certification inspection which I thought would be a nonissue since the team had a more than reasonable amount of time to complete. After multiple calls to dealership with no return call regarding additional fob and not having received a statement on financed portion over several weeks, I finally connected with finance and was told on 4/23 certification was never completed and they'd tried reaching me, which was a total lie as I'd made several attempts to reach out. My sales rep is lazy at best, with no follow through and a general disinterest in customer service. If you want to buy a used/ certified preowned (mine is 2022) I strongly suggest going through a different dealership. On a final note, when I picked up the vehicle on April 1, over 1k miles had been added. Did they use my already purchased vehicle as a joy ride and maybe why it never made it to service for the certified preowned inspection? To say I'm disappointed is my being polite.

Everyone from Romeo (salesman), Austin(service), Danielle and John (managers) were excellent and helpful, despite my attitude and I am pleased. Honda at Morristown made my buying experience the best car/truck experience I’ve ever had. They made it simple, easy, fun and sold me my dream Truck! Hunter was the best he was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He even drove the truck to me which was a hour or so drive and saved me lots of trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair priced vehicle with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Bought a used 2018 Honda accord 4 weeks ago and it needed an alignment and new tires but also come to find out it also needed new brakes and rotors too. You would think that this place would have noticed all this if they had done their “100 percent” check on the vehicle like they say they do. But short story short and $1,600 dollars later they refuse to reimburse me the money that I had to pay to get everything fixed that they should have done before they put the car on the lot but according to the used car manager it really not his problem.

Got my ridgeline serviced and the door locks repaired. Kenny, Sokol and Kenny. Were great. The maintenance was done and new tires installed. Sokol was a big help in picking out the right tires. Door locks repaired after an unsuccessful break in attempt. Kenny was able to show me what he had to do. That is what makes the drive from Knoxville to Morristown worth it.

Professional and honest. We contacted a dozen dealerships when looking for a new Honda. Got the runaround, wasted hours trying to buy a vehicle only to have them spring the "market adjustment" on the price we'd talked about earlier. Kicking the price up thousands of dollars higher than they promised on the phone. Not at Morristown. The price they quote you is the price you get. Morristown is the best, and our man Clint really came through for us. Clint made the process very easy. The people at Morristown are the best.

They went further than other dealers would have to rectify the problem at their considerable expense. Like not adding washer fluid, not putting the sticker on my window, etc… the small things are so appreciated along with just making sure that he tells the technicians.
