I've saw reviews stating the lady was rude who owns this shop. I don't know what version they may have gotten of her, but she was very nice to me and my nervous Beagle! She took her and tried to make her comfortable. Daisy was happy to see me when I returned and they did a great job. Daisy smells amazing and she seems to be more energetic. I recommend and will be back!

I usually take my dogs to Foxy Paws in Jefferson City because they’re always nice, quick, and easy. The only problem is I hate having to drive that far for a 5 minute task of nail trimmings. I saw a review on here that said the lady was rude. I was willing to look past that because all people have bad days. I called this morning and asked if they took walk ins for dog nail trimmings. She said yes and the conversation was over. The phone call was short, rude, and not welcoming at all. I looked past it, and showed up at 2:26pm. As I pulled into the parking spot, I noticed the sign on the door stating they only accept cash and checks. Who carries cash or checks anymore? Why wouldn’t she have the courtesy to tell me that on the phone? Anyways, I put my car in park as she’s walking out the front door with a key to lock the building in her hand. BEFORE 2:30. They close at 5!!! Anyways, she lost a customer. Me and my pups will not be back!

My kids made a mistake and took my little girl there and yes they were fast but they took all hair off and she had never been without her beautiful curls and they left long hairs all over her body so I took her to the place that she was post to go to and they had to fix it and had to get my little girl to stop being so upset and scared to death.. should never take a baby hair off them without her owner permission

Today was my baby-dog’s first grooming visit & I couldn’t have chosen a better groomer! She was so gentle with Maya even when Maya got scared when one of the other big dogs (Maya is a chihuahua-weenie dog mix) barked and scared her to death & Maya accidentally caught her with one of her paws trying to jump out of her hands & run😩 she really treats her babies just like one of her own and I will absolutely use her services again♥️

Highly recommend. Girls are awesome. Price was awesome too. Only costed me $5 to get my baby's nails cut. Heads up to anybody that might be visiting that they take cash or check only and it's a bad area to get out of once you're done. Way they took really good care of my baby makes it all worth it though.Edit: Made appointment for 10am yesterday, showed up and the place was locked shut with nobody on site. Will be looking for somewhere else to take my dog.

Friendly professional staff. Good service and great price. They took good care of my moms baby and gave her a nice spa day (bath, haircut, nails trimmed) Dog was happy and my mom was happy and they are the only two opinions that really count. Made a reservation and had no issues.

Connie does a great job! I've got 2 Labradoodles. They look so good after grooming! Smell better, nails cut, been going to her several years. Always glad I did!

Absolutely love this place. Connie was very nice and sweet! My husband and I was a little nervous because we haven't had our puppy groomed yet so we wanted to watch and she was just fine with it. We'll definitely be back and we would feel comfortable enough to leave our puppy there if we had other things to do. Thank you again Connie!!!

I have brought all three of my dogs here for over a year now. They are always well treated, and the service is over and above. By that I mean they take care of things that simple bathing doesn't cover, and they are always so sweet to them, even the one with an attitude problem! I can't recommend them enough!

i have been taking my 9 year dog, to Connie for a couple of years. She has done a great job. Each time the cut is just what I asked for and my dog loves her and doesn’t have issues when I leave her. Connie is quick and has always done a beautiful job.

Absolutely horrible! I will never use this groomer again.Took my yorkie in for her summer cut,the worst cut I ever saw,she was gapped up,the face was so bad looked like she was never touched on it.Her ears were not groomed at all.I called the lady back because I wasn't the one to pick her up.She tried to tell me my husband ask that they use a five blade,he doesn't know what that is.The dog did didn't look clean at all.

Connie @ Cute Kutz has always done an amazing job with my fur babies! Weather it is just cutting their nails or the full pampering that she offers. I will only use her and trust her 100%. I have had a great Pyrenees/ boxer mix and small dogs like a mini chihuahua, it doesn't matter the size she can do them all, and loves all of them equally. On top of it great prices too! If you have not tried her out yet. I would who doesn't love great prices and great care. :)

This is twice I've taken my mini schnauzer- who, despite being a "purse dog", lives on a 120 acre farm, and has hitchhikers, burrs, mud, etc.. caked in his little furry butt every time! They make him clean, smelling lovely, and always treats him like he's their own dog! Love this groomer!!!

This was my first time ever taking my dog, Dozer, to be groomed, he’s pretty wild and unruly around new people because he’s only 1 year old and doesn’t meet new people very often, but they were very patient and did and amazing job on his cut! I will definitely be taking him back to them in the future!

This is the third time having my Miniature Schnauzer groomed here. There is no eye for detail, ESPECIALLY on the head, as there are random pieces of uncut hair all over. Her ears, eyebrows, and beard look pitiful. And to top it all off, there are patches of unbuzzed hair on the top of her back (quite noticeable!). The ladies are nice and all but they need to spend less time smoking cigarettes inside and more time doing a once over before calling it quits. If cleanliness and quality cuts are important to you, move along.

Horrible! I've never seen such a choppy cut. My dog looks very bad. She used the excuse my dog was old... Ok? Doesn't effect any other groomer. On top of the pathetic cut.. His nails were barely clipped, no bath, no bandana. Pathetic excuse of a place. Spend your $50 somewhere else.. Like, anywhere else.

I took my two dogs here to get groomed. A Standard Poodle and a Queensland Healer/Australian Shepherd mix. Both dogs were done perfect. I will definitely be going back.

Well first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of cigarette smoke. Yes I dont care people smoke but not when you are taking care of other people's dogs. Secondly not welcoming to the dog at all. When you are taking care of dogs you should make them comfortable so they are at ease. Third my dog is very friend but couldnt wait to get out of there. I would not recommend this place at all.

Honestly I just don't even know what to say. First thing, the place is filthy and hair is all over the place. I picked up my dog who is pretty old and he was shaking and upset. I paid the lady and left. I noticed once I got in my car how terrible of a job they did on him. Every area on him is uneven, he is choppy everywhere, his nails we're barely trimmed, he had loose hair all over him. I seriously feel like I could have done a better job myself. I called back up there to explain how terrible it was and she tells me she wont be available for a half a month to redo it. Which is crazy because she got him in same day for the original grooming. She then tells me the reason why he looked like that is because he was old. She was extremely rude about the whole thing and just started making excuses. I was thinking what does that have to do with anything at all. I just dont even know what happened. Its literally awful. Please dont take your dog here.
