Betsey goes out of her way to be helpful and is always friendly. She goes above and beyond to accommodate us and work around our schedule to drop off and pick up our dogs. If i ever have to board our puppies, I certainly trust her with them. She's great! She does an excellent job grooming too.

Betsy does an excellent job! I've taken my pets to her for years and they absolutely love her and neither of them like baths! She is professional and very reasonably priced.

I have a 5 year old miniature poodle and Pets Plus is the only Groomer I will use. They do a fantastic job and are extremely caring. My dog is picky when it comes to people and he loves going to Pets Plus. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Don't know that Brody enjoyed the cut, but I know he feels much better. Love these folks and how they treat our Brody.

I have 16 year old yorkie, been to so many groomers over the years but none have I trusted more than Pets Plus! She's caring & my yorkie always looks great.

This is the most ignorant person I have ever met in my life. I took both my blue pits there and one was 7 months and the other was 1 year and if any of you know anything about blue pits there expensive really expensive. ANyway I took them there and then I picked them up they were full of poop. Then I realize my 7 month old beautiful blue pit male with beautiful white socks was acting very funny. I wondered if he he was mad at us because we have never left him... well that wasnt the case he started pooping blood and had extreme diarrhea... I thought to myself no it cant be parvo it just cant be well it was my beautiful pup died Jan. 5 at 11:04..... My kids were lost especially my 3 almost 4 year old. We had the cops come and take a report they got her name and Pet s Plus s address... so that we can take her to court! Then I find out that Best Friends was taking animals there and now they no longer do it (but they couldn t tell me why) they just said we no longer do business with her and never will again. (if that doesnt tell you something nothing will)I have texted her pictures of us having to burry our animal I also texted her and asked her for the money back that we spent while my dying dog was in her care... no response. All I wanted was 150 bucks... I didnt think that was to much to ask well she did because I got no response. So were taking her to court as soon as we have the money.I am so sick of my son crying at night because he doesnt understand what happened to the dog he thinks he just went night night but he is in the gorund and he is NEVER EVER coming back... how do you explain this to a 3 year old a 23 month old....
