I called today to get a price on fly and mosquitoe spray...And was put on hold for way over 10 minutes .I was going to come in to purchase.No one never came back to the phone bad business, I'll take my money else where.That to me was very poor customer service on the young man whom answered the phone.....Next time do better

No stars for the ladies, 4 for Noah. Visited this location passing through this week looking for a certain product. Asking for assistance from the 2 woman on duty got us nowhere. One of the women suggested the kiosk for my solution, until Noah stepped up treating us far more pleasant, while professional. He went above and beyond to check inventory showing the product on hand in store, after checking his stock in the back the product was unavailable. He called customer solutions to order and apply the discount for us. Greatly appreciate his most pleasant manner, the time he took to help us, while also assisting another customer. The ladies could use this as a great example of IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to improve themselves. Good help is most definitely, hard to find. Thank you kindly Noah! If not for you, I would have walked out and certainly not make/made another stop at this location, or organization.

Searching for a place to fill propane, just happened upon tractor supply. Where one of the best retail employees I have dealt with in 40 years of living. Mr. Noah not only advised me what to do to save money while filling my propane tanks then potentially saved me $2500 in fines by explaining to me how to properly haul them. I was not aware that 100 pound cylinders were required by law to be standing while it was being transported. I will now be driving from Mason to Millington’s tractor supply to get all of my propane going forward. Mr. Noah has definitely made me a customer for life at this tractor supply.

I do like this tractor supply. They greet you when you walk in and they're always super helpful finding the supplies I need. I love all the happy jack products they carry now and so does my itchy dogs! I definitely recommend this location.

Very helpful employees they are also polite knowledgeable of the equipment they sell. Cat one of the store managers is top of the line she is always very helpful, nice, polite and easy on the eyes

This place is great! I have never been inside before. We had a snake inside our house I was told to go here to supply up to keep rodents, snakes, etc away... Even robo calls. Cat, the associate was so helpful. She took me to each and every object on my list. She even recommended the best at each price point. She had me in and out ready to check out in 8 mins flat after meeting with her. Then Leah at the checkout counter was so nice and personable, I has a wonderful time there today.

The Grandma with the purple hair, a supposed manager, is likely the rudest employee of any store I’ve ever patronized.With a bunch of friendly helpful people working there why did she get picked to manage a shift?PLUS one of her minions claimed my TSC GIFT CARD card was a phony CREDIT CARD because it wouldn’t work by being INSERTED. He called her, she put the $250 card in her pocket and walked off!(The gift cards do NOT have chips to be electronically processed).

I went in looking for a brazing torch tip but they didn't have one for sell individually they had a $200 dollar kit though anyway nice helpful employees that apologized even though it wasn't their fault and recommended places in town that may have one

Ruddist people ever the manager older lady with white hair was so crabby and I called the night before told them.ill.be there to.pick up a chicken coop i.purchased the other lady said they open uo.at 9 I got there 905 still closed didn't open doors up until 910 as soon as I came in walked up to counter told her what I was doing shewas like well its gonna be while I have no cashier. Never go.here again worst experience evr!!!!!

They got what Millington needs. Depending on the item there prices can be better than the local Lowe's. Always clean, staff can be a little hard to find at times, but they try to be helpful if not always super friendly. I'm very glad we have this store.

This is always a fun place to shop. Their prices however are not really competitive. I just purchased a new 31 gallon sprayer from Northern Tools for $299. Tractor Supply has a 21 gallon sprayer for the same price. I still rank TS a 4 because of the awesome inventory.

I honestly only go here to fill up my propane tanks. By far the cheapest place in the Milington area. We used to get dog food here, but it has gotten a little more expensive compared to other retailers. Clothes prices are kinda high too. But staff is nice and friendly. I wont go anywhere else for propane.

Very rude and inexperienced with oxygen and acetelnye refills. Long story short, drove 35 minutes out of my way to nexair in Bartlett and they got what I needed done . And saved 163$ ! Don't waste your time at TSC
