If I could give a 0 stars I would.8/4/23 @about 1600 my partner and I went to go on a search at this store for our dog food. First I was cut off by an employee named David multiple times as if I wasn't even there. He cut me off from my partner as we were heading down the disaster they call the dog food area. First your reset strategy is terrible. You need to check your employees. After 0 employees offered us assistance who we saw multiple of we failed to find our dog food. So then we headed towards the door... again David cuts me off and is on my fiancé heels as we are trying to leave. To top it off as we are exiting the store my partner voices his complaints loud and clear for multiple employees including David are able to hear him.. instead we get looked at by several employees and not a single one asked us what was wrong.I think this store needs to shut down. Finish reseting the store and retrain or train your employee on customer service because as of today. You have lost our business.

I have a Great Pyrenees and those types of dogs have two coats. My dog isn’t supposed to receive a cut or trim. I ONLY asked for my dog to receive a bath and whatever comes with that. I did NOT select a trim. I get my dog and my dog hair was cut. I contacted the groomer and was informed that Bailey had two places that needed to be cut behind her ears which I do understand. However Bailey fur was CUT ALL OVER. NO ONE contacted me about cutting the two places behind her ears and No one ESPECIALLY contacted me about cutting her fur EVERYWHERE. The groomer denied cutting it which I KNOW for a fact what my puppy looked like before she went to the groomer. This was Bailey first time EVER going to get groomed and NOW this is a first for her receiving a hair cut which should have NEVER happened. I’m not recommending and GOING BACK to this location.The store was actually LATE opening up. It did not open at 8. There was workers, a couple customers, and myself waiting outside until someone arrived at the building to let us all in. Also, being this was my first time visiting for grooming, it did not mention the service would take two to three hours. And they didn’t even look at Bailey vaccines record.

The quality of grooming services at the Millington location was unsatisfactory. My dog was cut near her eye and down her neck. I was over charged. I asked for a basic bath and hair cut which is like 40 bucks. I was charged 100 bucks. The management team did refund my money. However, the actual groomers are very unprofessional, and I will never go back to Petco again. I had to give one star to post this review; otherwise my rating would be zero stars.

Our dog has severe separation anxiety issues. Taking him to Petco and getting him bathed he does ok and I truly believe that is because of Janis. She understands what he goes through and she is wonderful with him.

Groomer was so nice and polite!!! She was awesome with my Sophie and did such a great job. Sophie's coat is now so beautiful and shiny and her nails are great. Every aspect of our visit was awesome!!!

The last time I brought my dog there I was not impressed with the service. I stopped bringing her for about a year. I gave it another try and to my surprise they did an amazing job! So much so that even my cats didn't recognize her!!! Very happy with service this time around!

They staff was super friendly. They told me what I needed for my puppy when it came to the grooming part. My puppy was happy and looked adorable. They gave me ideas to help me at home with her. I was impressed and will come back again!

I usually do my dogs' nails myself, but my husband decided to take one of my dogs to get his nails trimmed and buffed so I wouldn't have to this time.They got back home and I noticed half of his nails weren't even done. The ones that were done had barely been touched. They also dremeled the tops of his nails for no reason without making them any shorter. So after a wasted $15 I had to do his nails anyway.

I will never take my dog here again. They cut too close to her skin and now she has swelling as well as she is in pain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Go to actual professionals who know what they are doing. Oh and not to mention they never answer the phone so don’t bother calling.

Cut was fine. Extremely lax masking with this grooming salon. Woman at front desk wasn't wearing a mask when checking me out and none of the groomers were wearing masks in the grooming area. Groomers need to protect each other and customers from COVID by wearing masks at all times while in store.

We go out of our way to go here. They are all very friendly and do a great job, but we come all the way out to Millington especially because Janis has done so much in helping our rescue and making her feel comfortable with grooming.

He had a awful smell. We had to spray him with a dog perfume just to stand it. I paid $26 for a special skin treatment, which I have gotten before, and he didn't itch for days. But now he acts like he didn't get that treatment nor smell like it.
