The cashiers are always nice but I keep on bringing my food home to find out it's expired. Some of the time, there's a markdown sticker I didn't notice. Other times, there's no markdown sticker. Old food shouldn't be sold at ALL. I've gotten old, expired baby food there that made my kid sick before! I just bought some toasted raviolis less than a week ago that said "sell by March of 2022"!! Two years ago!!

Kroger Millington grocery... (pharmacy excepted), your management and oversight are deplorable. Poor food quality, low stock, and the employees... I had to listen to a tirade from one to another filled with language clearly not customer friendly. It went on and on while others and I shopped in clear view. Such a shame, but this is why everyone is glad to see an Aldi's in town. Walmart has figured it out as well, so why are you content to continue to demonstrate and tolerate such low standards? If all of your employees had the grace and professional experience of the pharmacy staff, you might stand a chance of keeping business. As it is... Better step up your game because competition is here.

The only decent employees in this store are the baggers and the lady with the long hair at self check out. The rest of them are horrible and rude. I have been in the store everyday this week trying to get a money order and the money center is never open. Regardless of the time. Their website says 7am to 10pm. I was there at 6 pm (not open) I was there at 1 pm (not open) I was there at 3pm (not open)

The marked down items/ reduced aisle on #17 or #18 is a joke. The employees that marked them down gets the first choice of the best items. Whatever is left they put it on the reduced shelf for consumers to buy. What a SHAME!! We the customers pay the salaries for Kroger employees as well as the Entire store. I have overheard conversations about them getting items before the store even opens.The customers should have first choice......not Employees!!. This should be STOPPED AND CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY....

It's so progressive how big box stores are implementing a questing feature to our shopping experience. From hunting down the elusive keeper of the keys in certian departments , to performing rituals for the Orwell-ian check out lines to prove we aren't stealing (scan, put item in bag, get alert, take item out, machine calls assistant, assistant confirms no slight of hand roll was initiated. Repeat for every item in cart).Or tonight, environmental puzzle solving that brought me back to my times as a wee bairn playing spyro. Finding the way to launch my 5'2" shortness to the top shelf and a foot back for the last bottle of soy. Because that just so happens to be the only time there's no employee in sight, and apparently the only blind spot with the cameras for big brother to notice a patron struggling and send "help" because they "care".Progressive indeed... and the bane of my existence. Treat your shoppers with respect if you want respect in return. Not ashamed I stuck my tongue out at the cameras like a child as I exited.

The manager, a short guy with dark hair, is extremely rude. When I approached him with a question he was scrolling on Facebook and I interupted him. He didn't want to hear what I had to say. No wonder this store has terrible reviews with leadership like this.

The help desk representative was so disrespectful. It is not the first time she has done it. She has done it to my family 5 different times. She says racist remarks or completely refuses to service us. She is an older lady and is full disrespectful.

The lady at the self check out with the grey shoulder length hair in my opinion is very racist. She stands there & chats with everyone & smiles with people(not of color) stands in 1 spot & doesn't move but when people of color are in the self check out she goes & stands by them & checks her machine & watches us so hard. I have experienced this more than 5-6 times & has discouraged me from going to that store. I will never shop there again.

Do not go to this Kroger if you want to be treated like a human. Deborah is a cashier and needs some kind of extra training. This morning I went in to get some groceries and I went through her line. She did not greet me whatsoever, then when I paid, I put in to get $40 cash back. She threw an absolute fit. “Uh! How much are you trying to get back?!?!?!” I told her “$40.” She got mad and said she didn’t have that in her drawer and I need to “ask permission” before expecting cash back. I would understand if I’d been asking for a large amount. But $40? From a large corporation? Come on. And her attitude was so mean and nasty towards me, that I asked her to please not touch my groceries and I would bag them myself and she did it anyway. If I’m telling someone that I am uncomfortable with something they’re doing, they need to stop. It would have been different if she had been polite about the situation, but she started screaming at me immediately and that really upset me.

Had issues with their Kroger Pick up. Already payed and everything. Called the store and their Customer Service representative at the store that answered the phone was very rude and tried to argue with us that we did not have a pick up and then they hung up on us. 3 times she hung up on us when we called back. Terrible service. We will Definitely not be shopping here again.

This Kroger is going downhill fast. The last two times I have used this location I have had to walk through the parking lot a find a cart. There are one maybe two checkouts open. Web shows items in stock that aren’t. Staff seem dazed. I know that Kroger has tiers to their stores, I just don’t know why the Millington store is so low. 10 miles north in Atoka the Kroger is leaps and bounds ahead of Millington.

This is probably one of the Worse Krogers as far as Esthetics I have every been in. It needs to be updated like all the other Krogers. It is dark and the floors need repair. Come on Kroger you can do better than that. It needs to be light and vibrant and clean looking. The Kroger in my town is really nice and its has less people than Millington. I was really suprised. The employees are nice, No problem there.

the manager, denise, is absolutely rude. stating she “doesn’t have to do anything” as if she doesn’t work in customer service. maybe get another job if you’re not willing to do anything for your customers. btw denise.. it’s illegal to not sell a product at the price stated.

Just a few pros and cons. Helpful and friendly associates. However, I understand the supply and demand issues, but this store is very poorly stocked. I haven’t been able to get the meat that’s on sale in a year. Every time I go, they are out of sale item, order more when it’s a continuous issue. Also, there aren’t enough carts for the demand. Rarely are their any carts available unless you bring one in from the parking lot. This store either needs to reconsider the current management staff, or needs more corporate help. Come on Kroger, your better than this.

Now have to get cart OUTSIDE AND DIFFICULT especaillu for older and/or others. Wth?¿ along with 2lbs drinks 6' overhad???? Usually a 'miss' with the cashiers-silent no smile(except thier friends) unfriendly, rude. We always are polite but have to find the 'one nice one'For YEARS always hv to bag our own food, usually 95% no packer avail.....or cashier is silent simply states "HERE!" if my >80yr Mother goes by herselfMake sure you get ur coupons, the cashier will keep for their friends n family. I've noticed and heard from others.But hey...GOTTA EAT, we spend over $900 month for last 20+ yrs with these people- has declined.WalMartie is similar but less so.The Sav@Lot people are exstremely polite and basically human friendly. Selection is good.Millington people eat also

It was kinda busy but the staff was friendly. The other day we went to place an online order for pickup and they called and said they couldn't fill it due to low staff even though every time we walked in the store there was staff everywhere.

The store is pretty dirty and the lines are almost always long. They don't have as large a selection as other Kroger stores. You are better off going up the highway to the one in Atoka.

Don’t bother shopping here if you need any assistance. “Unfortunately”was the response I received when I asked an associate if they worked there. They never looked me in the eye and continued to go about their business while rudely telling me they didn’t have the product I was looking for.

Placed a grocery order this morning for pickup, they called me 20 minutes before I’m supposed to pick up my order to tell me it won’t be ready until tomorrow! That is dinner for tonight! The lady was rude on the phone and the manager wouldn’t even speak to me. Real garbage customer service.

Food selection is good and staff are very helpful. Major concern is NOT to use your bank card here. My info stolen after use here and funds withdrawn. Thank goodness my bank shut down my card before they got away with more.

Consciously got rid of all their small form factor shopping carts. Basically unshoppable location unless you enjoy bulky, encumbersome carts. I'll revoke this review when Kroger comes back to current year.

Honestly I hate shopping here but it is so close to home. Cashiers are always messing up ringing people up. This store is really small and they usually dont have everything stocked. There is only 2 to 3 registers open at a time and not enough baggers. The wait time can be from a couple minutes to 20 minutes. Tried pickup and it's not better. I have gotten rotting strawberries and lettuce. I've called and tried to change an order. Was told it processed and I still get charged. I'm so beyond done with kroger. I'm a kroger customer no more.

Kroger has good deals on items I buy often. Digital coupons I add on my Kroger app to my Kroger card, come in very handy. I get best customer digital coupons that help a lot with my grocery purchases. Friendly cashiers help make my visit more rewarding. The lines were long today but the cashiers were fast and knowledgeable so everything went smoothly. Therefore, the visit didn't take as long as I assumed it would. They could use more cashiers, though. 😦
