Loved Wal-Mart, today...everyone was talking and having a great time. All of my granddaughters had so much fun picking out toys! I love the clothes. We bought a lot of groceries for us and a lot of bird food. This store is very clean and organized. The workers are very kind. We love this store and location, I feel safe here.

03/25/24 at 11:15 AM. Cashier named Autumn. Extremely slow and less than enthusiastic. Watched her slowly move two people in front of me through line. Didn't thank either one of them for shopping. No, have a great day or come again. No nothing. She did the same with me when I finally got to check out. Poor excuse for an employee. Back in my day, you actually had to speak to people, be nice, and thankful. Even if you didn't feel chipper or feel like being at work, you faked it or got fired. This new generation has no work ethic or even the most basic of personal social skills. Absolutely ridiculous.

You have to watch the tire center here. Some years ago my wife brought our van to get new tires on the front. I told her the old tires still had plenty of tread just had a small leak. They told her the tires were in bad shape so they disposed of them for free when they supposedly put new tires on it. I pull the tires off and seeing all they did was plug the old ones and charge us for new ones.

Clean parking lot and store. Always has what we need and some because clearance is always available. Friendly staff stocking the shelves daily. Good quality meat and has a bakery. I love the fresh sandwiches, chicken with sides, fresh Birthday cakes and chocolate chip cookies.Always has a variety of holiday foods available for parties at school or home.Good prices on chicken and birthday cakes.

It was fairly crowded with people trying to get stuff before the rally cold weather...found most of what we were looking for...we had the slowest checker humanly possible...I don't think she liked it that we had our own bags. It's not the usual Walmart we frequent, but was on the way home.

We went to ask this lady behind the counter a question and she yells at us and then tells my autistic sister to be quiet.So we went to get a Manger and show her the bread the we was asking about and the lady done moved the bread out of the clearance rack luckily I had done took pics to prove that she was lying and hiding stuff.

If you have to take something back and don't have the receipt WATCH OUT they claimed a pack of 20.00 dollar special printing paper was only worth 2.00 bucks just because I didn't have my receipt.

Pharmacy - 10/10! Lisa was EXTREMELY helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to find out all the answers to my prescription insurance issues. She was very kind and understanding and I appreciated it while I was stressed out about unexpected costs. Thank you Lisa and thank you Walmart!

Three consistent weeks of not being able to get even somewhat decent lettuce in my grocery pickup, including today's when I cut into what looked like a crisp head of lettuce, only to find a gazillion green bugs in it... Yeah, yuck!We won't even talk about the poor mushy, brown onion I received in my order as well.... or the fact I go inside the store at least 3-4 times weekly and they're almost always out of cases of water....Or the fact if they run out of a common item, you may never see that item restocked....trust me, I could absolutely go on.I'm not sure what surprises me more: the apparent lack of fresh produce or the fact this Walmart actually has a 4 star review. I gave 2 very generous stars and that's merely for gratitude we even have a one stop shop in Milan.As others have stated, its a very clean store, but when I read "well stocked", I'm sorry but I must interject.Just because there are items in the slots, doesn't mean they're well stocked. It took forever for them to finally get Secret unscented deodorant in and when they finally did, every single tube was literally unusable.I've shopped Milan Walmart almost exclusively for nearly 7 yrs now.... ONLY because there are so few options of shopping in this town and this is one very small example of what my shopping experiences there have been.

Good luck trying to call and talk to anyone who works there. Unless the department you need is the Deli, you're just SOL. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if you need anything from the locked cases in the jewelry dept. Customer service can't seem to figure out how to get their register to accept E-gift cards. Self checkout is nice when you have a handful of items, it is not when you have a cart full of groceries! Hire cashiers and get those lanes opened back up!! Oh, and they can decide to close Customer Service whenever they feel like it. Even at 5:30 pm. I have to keep updating this with more complaints. Two days in a row customer service was close. The lady who usually runs customer service says we should call to make sure they're open. That would be great if they actually answered the phone. Surprise surprise, they're actually open this 3rd day of trying to return something. I'll be back soon with more complaints....

I’ve gone in there multiple times & whenever i need help, no worker in sight. went up to customer service desk. there was 3 workers there , just talking , doing stuff while we waited there for about 5 minutes until we had to interrupt them. not only that, if it’s not their department they don’t help. i waited for a case to be open for like 10 minutes after asking multiple workers to help me & unlock it for me. another occasion i asked forhelp to cut some cloth to make a blanket , we waited about 15 minutes for a worker to come. at that point we just left, it’s a waste of my personal time. i only come here because there’s more stuff here , however the customer service is not good. i hate coming here , specially when i need help. walmart in huntington maybe smaller however the workers there care about their customers. again, if u need help at walmart, don’t bother asking , they’re NO HELP.

Most of the time they have what you need. Sometimes you have to go to another location. Staff is almost always helpful and friendly. Usually just go here for very specific things and I try to be in and out quickly. Their funko pop game is weak and they don't keep up to date.

This particular Walmart was exceptionally stocked with everything in order... The team members worked like clockwork putting things back and restocking. However the men's bathroom really needed cleaning "come on Walmart you can do better than this".
