don’t have online orders for bakery if you don’t provide that service. this location has some of the nastiest black witches in the city in it, call they self working. i wrk night and was trying to get something quick to wear to church. i even went to get a upc code for the cashier who wouldn’t sell me a dress. the supervisor wasn’t there and i couldn’t find jerry

Wonderful service, placed an order for my mothers birthday cake. The young lady that waited on me in the bakery was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and polite, her customer service skills was on point. The recommendation she gave me for decorations and choosing what kind of cake, I really had an awesome experience. I will pick up my cake on November 11, 2023 my mother turned 87 on November 9th. I will post a picture once I pick it up. I’m from Chattanooga but I was born and raised in Memphis Tn Walmart Job well done 👍🏾 so far. Bakery staff I salute you very professional.Continuing……Picked up Birthday Cake for my Mom’s 87th Birthday. The young lady that helped me in part 1 was the same young lady today. Her name is Nava, I hope I got it right. I didn’t even give her my name she looked at me and smiled. Turned around and went got my cake, I had my receipt in my hand to give her. I hadn’t seen her since Monday the 6th when I placed the order. Walmart Bakery I hope you all value this lady, her customer service skills are on point. There was 2 customers in front of me. She gave each one her undivided attention and answered their questions. Another customer came up behind me, but Nava handled each one of us like the pro she is. We wasn’t rushed, she took her time and we all left a smile on our faces. Oh yeah and the cake was AWESOME!!!! You know normally you may have some left over. Not this cake my mom said heyyy don’t let them take all my cake 😂😂😂. She was getting upset, I had to tell her mother I got you 2 slices put up already. She said so get my cake 🍰. There was 2 pieces and I got those for her. Girlfriend was like y’all letting them eat up all my cake 😂😂😂😂😂. Walmart thank you for having a Wonderful worker like Nava, because of her I pray your Bakery Business is Booming. JOB WELL DONE NAVA!!!!

Self Check lines are long because only 4-6 opened out of 12 or more, ridiculous. Self Check is for fast checkout not standing in line for 30 min or longer. Very Poor Customer Service. Do better Walmart. Treat your customers like you value them as much as our money.

I was pleasantly surprised. The store was immaculate and so well organized. Usually avoid this store location like the plague. Didn't realize it had been remodeled and there were a lot more seasoned workers who were pleasant and helpful. U scans were also installed which cut down on wait time.

Does what it says on the can.Had to stop somewhere to pick up lunch and this was as good as anywhere. Popped in to their fresh food area and then had lunch outside in their car park. The security patrol took a look but was happy we were 'good guys.'

I wanted to change the oil in my car, I got here and then the employee who is alone told me that he still has three cars to do the change and he can't tell me if he has the oil in my car and I have to wait. I think you should have more qualified people and more people to work on oil changes.

Customer service is poor cashiers very rude and nasty .. After walking threw the store to find some straps to move some furniture....I finally found some I wanted walked to the register to pay for it they tell me they can't take cash at that register, go to the next register she say she closed , the next 1 ring it then say it doest have a bar code can't ring it up without a bar code none of them had bar codes on them I asked for a manager to see if she could look the item up she said No she was also rude she told me the only way ima get a the straps is if I walk back threw the store n get them myself but none had a barcode so y would I when there was a item number there ... So I had no assistance in getting the item that was on there shelf because of a barcode Walmart needs to do better and get better management in there store this was the Elvis Presley location the HOOD WALMART

I went to Walmart at 5255 Elvis Presley Memphis, Tennessee on Tuesday March 19th and purchased three zep degreaser and the product wrong up for 4.97 but the sticker price said 3.97. The young lady at customer service stated that I could only get one for 3.97 not the three that I purchased.I purchased three of the same products therefore I should have received one dollar off each one of the products that I purchased. This was very unfair to me as a customer. If this is how Walmart treats their customers I will not be shopping there in the future. This practice was unfair and unacceptable. Thanks

I went to get two new tires, and regret it entirely. There was only two guys working. Had me waiting there for two and a half hours. The ladies in the back were rude, even other customers were getting agitated from waiting so long. So I just got some groceries and left.

Spent almost 2 hours waiting for my groceries in pickup. No answer on the phone and had to go in... then they had lost part of my order, so I stood there waiting and was asked to get a cart so I could take them out myself. This was me giving them a second chance.. so there will not be a third.

Just another walmart in Memphis metropolitan . The neighborhood looks a bit unsafe and shady and so as the Walmart. I stopped by in night for some quick stuff. The staff I asked about the tv walk mount helped me and he was very nice, although I ended up not buying. Surprisingly they don’t have any self checkout option!

Absolutely terrible. Everyday I have came into this walmart since visiting this town. This store is either lacking workers or just needs to close all these lines and make space so we can check ourselves out. The length of these lines is ridiculous. It should be embarrassing. Wish I could post a video so we can all see how many lines are open. Five just five lines in the middle of the day. Smh.

This is the worst Walmart in Memphis. So I placed a online order and it had next day delivery from this store, it's been 5 days and still no order. They didn't notify about a delay, I had to call customer service. They offer me a 10 promo code, like really a promo code. It was a birthday gift for a family member and all you can offer is a 10 promo code. Worst store ever. Target online is definitely better. The only good Walmart near Elvis Presley is Winchester. Then the inside of the store smell like dead octopus.

Store is nasty and unorganized. Workers are typical ignorant, unhelpful, rude fast food rejects.Make the drive to Southaven or Horn Lake. They aren't perfect but at least they're not run like an oversized Dollar General.

The auto center here is far too slow. They’re averaging about one car per hour. Technicians spend too much time playing. They don’t even have enough seating to accommodate the long wait

I love the southaven location, staff friendly, price fairly, products on the shelf dust free. Parking lot is safe for going in and out and your car not stolen, or damaged by cars or the vehicles next to yours.It takes a lot of time to curbside picks to be delivered to your car, but worth it for convenience.

I found everything I was looking for at a great price. However, the checkout was a different story this time. Only 2 cashiers, but shoppers had several self-check-out lanes to use. So it was a better waiting process. Today, I used their money services, and the cashier didn't demand that I leave the shopping cart outside the line. I have difficulty keeping my balance and use a walking cane. So, the shopping cart helps me keep my balance having something to lean on while waiting my turn in line. I saved money and had a better wait time in line.
