Stayed on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Phone picks up with talking and noises in the background...hung up in my face. Called right back. On hold for almost 2 hours. Someone answers and says something really fast and put me on hold again. Phone starts ringing and ringing. Hung up on....again. 👎🏾

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE...I WAS ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WHEN SOMEONE ANSWERED ...THEY QUICKLY HUNG UP THE PHONE....WE ARE SO TIRED OF HEARING THAT SAME LAME COVIID EXCUSE "DUE TO COVIID BLAH BLAH BLAH".STOP BLAMING COVIID FOR YOUR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY ARE HIRING ANYBODY NOW..AND ITS A SHAME ...THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THE JOB.....I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER WALGREENS BUT ALL THE LOCATIONS ON ELVIS PRESLEY ARE SO DAMNN NASTY AND GHETTO....NEVER WILL I GO BACK..CVS IS MORE PROFESSIONAL

They do not answer the phone. Tried to call the pharmacy two different times to transfer my prescriptions to this locations sat on hold for 20 both times.

I use this pharmacy "unfortunately" because they are the only one's in this vicinity to have this medication and I swear Everytime it's ALWAYS an different issue with the SAME medication and ALWAYS SLOW!
