At checkout today the employee grab the laundry soap and it spilled on himself…he then got hostile and accused me of doing it intentionally. I went and got a replacement bottle and loaded my own items thinking he was joking, as he proceeded to cuss at me and get more threatening. I will be following up with corporate. Watch your tapes and see it was not intentional nor did I have anything to do with your accident.

Today I waited 17 mins in a backed up line just to be told I couldn’t be tested for covid during my scheduled appointment. This is my 2nd time arriving to my appointment on time to be told they’re not testing that day. When asked why they always give the same vague reason. The drive through staff had so sense of urgency or care to explain or apologize for the inconvenience. They had no sign out or email stating all appointments were canceled for today. This establishment is poorly ran & is a disservice to the community.

Shermisha and the whole pharmacy staff is the best Walgreens I have ever been to in Memphis they are very patient and attentive to their customers!!!

The long term staff are give EXCELLENT personal service as they learn the needs of their regular visitors. Most new pharmacists have been good though over the past 2 years I seldom go inside and there seems to be a new one every time I do. Some of the newer pharmacists are extremely helpful assisting customers who have no insurance and answering questions.New pharmacy techs tend to be rude and refuse to even listen on the phone. I end up having to go in person to insist someone check my account to prove I DO have a specific prescription on file. The techs sees one expired listing and refuse to accept any request to look for a new prescription in my file. I wish that was a point of instruction in school or on job training because it's hard enough to be a full time caregiver while seriously ill myself. The last thing I need is a pharmacy clerk with an attitude.

Why is it so hard to get your passport picture made ??If the DMV just took your picture last week no problem what kind of shirt you had on but at Walgreens it's a problem what color or what design you have on it.An she is very rude about it.... won't be back I'll take my business some where else!!

The employees have been nice. The pharmacist has always been very helpful and courteous. Sometimes the pharmacy is rather slow.
