Always find what I need, staff is friendly, however can you please stop letting people put the carts that they roll around on the floor on the counter. If you are not going to wipe the counter down afterwards. This is disgusting you cashier have a mask on to protect yourself, how do you not see the unclean irony and then putting other costumes items on the counter. If I wanted my stuff to touch the floor I would do it myself. Do better please. That's just nasty and I will report this if I don't dmsee improvement

Pharmacy staff member is incredibly rude. I waited in line for a prescription and was forced to listen to one pharmacist talk down on 4 people in front of me aggressively. The great thing about America is that you can choose where you want to work.. if you aren't happy, leave? Maybe some people are happy being miserable.

No More Souvenirs, as of 2019!!!Very courteous staff, FANTASTIC Memphis, Elvis, Tigers souvenirs! An entire wall of tees, hats sweatshirts, across from an aisle of all kinds of other items! Go here for souvenirs & nice staff

Good Morning Everyone I'm In Memphis, Tennessee, and had to make a stop here to get some things. I want to say that I TRULY APPRECIATE Ms.Violet assistance she was so kind, helpful, and just had the loving Grandma spirit about her. The Cashier Tieler was sweet, and we had a great conversation. If you ever visit stop by the establishment is very clean, organized, and staff is very helpful. Came for 1 item, and ended up with a basket 😁.

I was coming in from OOT for a race. The pharmacist made sure that I was able to pick up my inhaler before close and a manager was able to find a set of ear plugs for me when the regular ones were all out. Great service that day😁

Was in and out...even if the soap was locked up. However, I'm sure this is due to no fault of their own. The store was clean and customer service was nice.

The cashier was so polite and the staff in the aisles helped me find whatever I was looking for. I frequent this store alot because I'm a local and it's always stocked with great deals and goodies. And good souvenirs if your a tourist.

Rather inconvenient hours. Pharmacy closes for lunch, even though if you work downtown that's the only time you can get out of work to pick up a prescription. Cleanliness varies greatly. While under construction the hours were even more messed up and the place was disorganized, they should have just closed. There are plenty of other places to get what they have and other pharmacies decently close by. They have a good selection of staples and conceive products but don't expect service with a smile. Clientele varies greatly, be aware of your surroundings when visiting

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with my experiences here. The only reason I’m giving three stars on this review is I went in to get a Covid booster shot, and they told me they would not do mix and match when I arrived for my appointment, even though the CDC allows it. I don’t have a problem with them having this policy, I just wish they had told me ahead of time.

Pharmacy is horrible, needed covid plaxlovid for severe case of covid. I have several life threatening conditions, it was urgent I received quickly. Pharmacy would not fill, keeps telling Dr prescription is not written correctly, after a 24 hrs of frustration, had Dr send to cvs(excact same subscription nothing changed) CVS filled prescription no problems within a hour of receiving. There seems to be a problem with the pharmactis at this location. No longer a customer. Sad they used to be so good. Also complained to walgreens support who promised answer in 3 days suprise no answer in 7 days. IF YOUR MEDS ARE IMPORTANT AVOID WALGREENS MAIN ST MEMPHIS.

I used to be a frequent shopper at this unit, one of the older stores in the chain.I work downtown and since spring I've noticed a change in attitude.The cashiers are little more than functionaries. Heaven forbid you don't want solid change back. Snatch the bill pass the receipt. Next. !I went in a couple of Saturdays after work. The rent a cop wannabe greeted me with got ten minutes when it was 42 after... Once I left figuring they didn't need my money and I didn't need his attitude.If I see a change I'll return. Stay tuned. I hope I do!

It's convenient....can't figure why the pharmacy would be closed on Saturday's....went in there once somehow got in checkout line behind a paranoid female who was obviously on a first name basis with the cashier I thought I was gonna catch it but somehow it didn't happen....

I live maybe half a mile from this location, but I never go there, because they're downtown in a large city and close at 8pm. If this location was 24 hour, it would be great, as it is now, it's essentially worthless unless you happen to need something the 4 or 5 hours a day they're open.

Pharmacy doesnt open at 8 sometimes so if you need something before work, prepare to wait until 8:20-30 before someone shows up. Even if you see the techs are in the store and around, the gate is still closed.

It has just about everything I need. I live two blocks away. Contrary to the other reviewers, I completely understand why they close at 8:00.
