If I lived in Memphis there is no where else I’d take my pet! We were passing through when an emergency situation arose and we were seen within a half hour of calling. Everyone from the tech to the vet herself went above and beyond to collect her records efficiently, run the necessary tests and find solutions/recommendations. The vet we saw provided antibiotics and recommendations that even my primary vet who’s well-versed in my dogs condition had not implored. I’m amazed by the kindness and compassion here and trust you’ll be in great hands! Thank you for all that you’ve done for me and my pet!!

When your furry baby is sick, sometimes it’s difficult to think and process quickly. Despite not having an appointment, they made time for Vera. Jessica and the whole team were extremely professional, respectful, calm and patient. A true example of caring and helping, we won’t go anywhere else. Thank you all 😊

I was having a nightmare trying to figure out why my cat suddenly couldn't hold anything down - the emergency vet looked at her twice and nothing was working. Dr. Brady at The Pet Hospitals took 5min to find the culprit - a string as long as her entire little digestive system wrapped around her tongue! He cleared his schedule and took her into emergency surgery, walking me through every step of the process, good and bad news. I so appreciated his communication and thoroughness, and especially that he and the Pet Hospitals made themselves available for questions anytime. My baby thankfully made it, but even if she hadn't I could be absolutely certain that Dr. Brady did the best he could. Highly recommend!

Be careful using their online appointment scheduling for a same day appointment. (Despite showing confirmed in my account, the receptionist couldn’t see my appointment.) Call to schedule.I often feel upsell pressured kinda hard.But, the service is always great, friendly, and effective.

The Pet Hospital was exceptional! They were easy to schedule, gave me a comprehensive exam free of charge and not only provided the needed medication, they gave me wonderful counsel on next steps to take to improve the quality of life for my 18 year old cat. The technician Katrine was friendly, helpful and a delight. I highly recommend!

The veterinarian who assessed my new feline that I found, Mr. Stubbs, who recently had his broken tail amputated did an amazing job.Everything was explained in detail and I didn't feel left with any questions unanswered by the time I was ready to check out.The Pet Hospitals front desk and technician staff are very hospitable. The facility is very clean and the waiting room is very open with plenty of safe distance available if any other customers were to be waiting at the same time in there.Overall wonderful facility made great by those employed, I'd give more than 5 stars it it were available. <3

They are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about my animal and I. They even called after our last appointment to see how he was feeling. They always go the extra step, even when writing the pet’s name on the exam room whiteboard. My cat’s name is Waffles and he is a bit of a frequent flyer; they drew waffles, bacon, and a cup of coffee on his board. However, they are quite expensive compared to other practices.

Great staff. Great vets. I was very satisfied with our visit, and the staff was very helpful informing me of costs of procedures (treating my new rescue for heartworm) and what I needed to do. They were also great with my dog. Will definitely return.

Both of my dogs have their nails trimmed here. Have always been pleased with the service provided. Very disappointed to learn at my last visit that the cost of nail trims is doubling June 1st. I understand price increases, but literally doubling the cost is excessive.

What an amazing staff! I brought my pet stray kitty in there who was scared to death and they literally made him so comfortable. They explained everything they were doing for him, as well as pricing, and were very upfront about the entire process. I even called with questions the next day and the person working in the office (Laura I think?) was so sweet and helpful! Seriously an amazing staff from the very beginning to the very end of the entire process!

We have had the best experience with all the doctors at Pet Hospitals! We use their daycare as well almost every day of the week because of the great price point and service they provide to our sweet puppy! She comes home exhausted and well cared for 😊 Having the vets on-site during day care for our 5 month old pup has also been a huge convenience for any puppy issues or questions that arise each week.

We love TPH and have brought our dogs Watson and Addie to them since we got them at 8 weeks; TPH is so great our dogs actually look forward to go to the vet! At this point we have seen three different doctors in 3yrs and they have all been superb, we especially love our current one Dr. Opp! Not only is she courteous and descriptive, but always gives us multiple options in terms of price before performing any service; it really makes me feel valued as a customer. On top of that they offer $1 nail trims! I can't imagine what we would do if we move away and don't have TPH, they have been absolute blessing and I know our dogs are in the right hands.

I visited the Pet Hospitals in Midtown for my kitty a couple days ago. Dr. Opp and Josh were very thoughtful and considerate with my kitty and I was extremely happy with the description of my cat's problem as well as the possibilities for his treatment. My cat needs to have 2 teeth extracted and I would have been very happy if Dr. Opp would perform the operation as she seemed very trustworthy. However, the price was one of 4 figures which to my opinion is excessive, especially since I already found places willing to perform this procedure for less than half the price. It is unfortunate, but we will not be visiting this practice again, pet care should be affordable and encouraged also for non- rich people.

If you want the best for your furbabies this is the place your pets should be going to. First my niece brought her pet in. Then I brought a new puppy in. We went to one of the other Pet Hospitals clinic because she had to be seen within a set hours of purchase for warranty. That pet hospital was equally as awesome as the downtown office. I'm so relieved to know that our pets have doctor's that truly care about their patients. And are very knowledgeable in their work. I know my pets have the BEST taking care of them!

Dr Brady is definitely a man of integrity.I didn’t have to know there was an incident with one of my fur babies but he informed me.I walked away thinking “wow what an honest man.”Months later I hit a pothole seconds away from arriving at The Pet Hospital to pick up my fur babies.It was dark and cold.Dr. Brady changed my flat and was very informative on how to stay safe & one step ahead. (Don’t bother him! He’s not a mechanic) lolHe will forever be our Dr. 🙏🏾

Since day one, you can tell their priority is to love your pet. Our dog Titus attends doggy daycare at the Midtown location while my husband and I are at work. Every time I drop him off, the team welcomes him by name and pets him. He LOVES walking into their facility because he knows it will be a good time as well. I'm so thankful for how well they take care of and love on Titus during the day. Amazing team of people!

Really loved my first appointment with The Pet Hospital Midtown. Everyone was super nice, accommodating, and loving towards my little pup Frankie. Frankie is nervous around strangers however hearing that that she was playing and getting cuddles by the staff was comforting to know seeing as how I couldn’t be with her for her exam. Frankie and I can’t wait for our next visit.

Let me start by saying my fur baby suffers from anxiety. His anxiety level increased when we moved to Memphis, (new surroundings, new people, new environment.) I found Pet Hospitals on Google and gave them a call to see if they’d be able to help! The next day, he was seen and taken care of! They also offer “good visits” so that your animal can get well acquainted with the staff and become comfortable with them! I love them & definitely recommend! :)

The staff was great they took such good care of my sister Dimond a car ran over her back and broke her back leg an ruptured her intestines and she had to be put down we lost a family member today this is the worst day of my life by far but thank you to the pet hospital on union extended for doing all they could

Our pups see Dr. Opp, but have also been seen by multiple other vets at the Midtown, Downtown, and the Poplar & Massey office (for a nail trim or two).They treat my babies like their own, shower them in pets and compliments, and explain everything going on so well. Our older gal has had a few extra visits recently to fix up an ear hematoma and remove some lumps and each time, they take the best care of her. She even received a certificate and treat bag for being a brave girl 😭. I had questions after hours and a vet got back to me within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail. Their online chat is also super helpful.Our youngest is a rescue I adopted earlier this year and his first visit was free (other than his preventative meds and such).I couldn’t be happier with my experiences with The Pet Hospitals. They’re reasonably priced and take such good care of my two babies.
