I've been a regular shopper at Truse-In Town Home Depot and overall, it's been a positive experience. I'd give it 4 stars. One thing that stands out is the cleanliness of the store; it's always kept tidy and organized, making for a pleasant shopping environment. What's even more impressive is the emphasis on customer and employee safety, which is clearly a top priority and is executed very well.Navigating the store to find what I need is usually straightforward, although there are occasional hiccups. However, when it comes to the garden center, I have to give a big shout out. The plants are consistently in excellent condition, full of life and vigor, which speaks volumes about the care they receive.While the prices could be more competitive, I've come to accept that this is a common issue across the board. Overall, Truse-In Town Home Depot is a reliable option for my home improvement needs, with standout features like safety measures and a thriving garden center.

Very nice workers and extremely tidy store. The parking was excellent and the crowd wasn't bad at all. One of the better Home Depot stores I've ever been to. There were a lot of deals inside and the lines were very quick. Also the customer service desk was extremely kind and all workers were extremely helpful!

I just want the gentleman that works in the lumber department to know: Yes, you have fencing it's on aisle 16. Here is the picture.Rude customer service calling my husband a liar because you refused to look for a product.Will never shop at this location again.

Usually things are not in the right place. More often than not I can't find what I need. Definitely lots of room for improvement. Staff would normally hide from you than take initiative to help you.

I needed a bale of straw. HD website said the Truse location had plenty. I went to customer service to pay for it, but was promptly told that they were out of straw. Two fellow coworkers concurred. But something in their eye told me that they weren't being honest - for reasons I can only guess at. So I walked around the side of the store, saw that they had many bales of straw, came back, stood in line again, and paid. All 3 employees at customer service made themselves scarce until a 4th employee took my payment without a hitch. "How can't I help you?" would seem to be the Truse Home Depot's motto, although the garden guy that went to unlock my bale of hay was just as friendly and helpful as he could be.

John was excellent! I purchased a can of paint that was the wrong base color. I sent John an email and though he was on vacation he provided another email. I contacted the individual and the did the exchange for me. Thanks Home Depot for providing your employees with #1 customer service.I painted the walls and the color looks great.

The location in Olive branch Mississippi i usually enjoy going there. They're always eager to help good attitudes. Some of these other locations in Memphis, not so much.

I'm in the process of updating my home appliances. Home Depot had their washer and dryers discounted for the holidays. I think it's worth considering their selection of appliances.

Andrea was very rude to my husband who is a disabled veteran who has no phone. He was told that he needed a phone to check out and yelled for another associate to come and help him totally ruined his day.

We are very excited that we met Dana she's so professional and has such a positive attitude she wears a beautiful smile. I I just left Home Depot it's close to my house where as Lowe's is much further.I bought some stuff in the paint dept.I needed a paint stick and there wasn't any on the counter so I asked the lady for one and she was so rude that I almost put my stuff back .Next time I will drive the extra distance to Lowe's. I am spending my money I don't want to be treated as if I am bothering her.Seriousely Disappointed

Took almost a hour to find an employee that I could even explain how to cut a 3’6”x5’ piece of plywood. Crazy then they said it might not be cut right. @$50 a sheet 😥

I just wanted to give a shout out to Judy in Customer Service for being such a huge help with my pickup order! She made sure it was ready by the time my crew got there to pick it up and was very helpful to us in a tight situation.

For the third time in as many weeks my orders have not been ready as indicated. Items have been listed as failed pick up due to lack of ID. Orders have had to be repulled because items disappeared from the order even though the inventory was reduced by the same amount as my order. You have an internal theft issue. I tried to speak with the manager but was denied contact. I hope you find the source of the shrinkage before it becomes worse. This has cause delays in my contracts and effected my revenue stream.

The help I had to chase wasn’t very helpful. Was approached in a condescending manner, not very welcoming. Had to ask five different people for the same thing. Almost everyone else looked to be pretending to be working plus three of the associates I spoke with. You would think these people were retired models the way they walk around this store. Try anywhere else but this location for your own safety also.

8/25 I went here to pick up my stuff at 8am, no one was in line but the two staff that was front of me were talking not helping me. I asked them if I can pick it up faster so I can go pick up my kids they said no just wait. It's just 3 small bags I needed, they need to do better on the pick ups!!!!!

One thing about EVERY Home Depot, you literally have to beg for help. It was to watch 5 employees walk pass us not even offering help as we stood in front of a LOCKED item. Every time we tried to make eye contact they would literally act busy or just walk off. This is at EVERY location I have visited. I went to get pvc cut and was lead to a saw to cut it myself. REALLY?! No instructions or nothing!! Just cut it yourself if u need it!! Worst customer experience EVERY TIME!!

I have sprayed zevo directly on fruit flies 4 times ( several hours apart ). And it has not worked. I still have a kitchen full of fruit flies I also cleaned up with Clorox in the sink area. I don’t recommend this for fruit flies even though the can names fruit flies.
