This store compared to other Home Depots has been an extremely smooth experience cause the employees were so helpful. I want to let everyone know that when it comes to painting, bricks, concrete, and primer then this store is for you! Mike (pictured) has worked for Home Depot for 20 years and knew more than anyone about almost everything and knew exactly where the items we asked about! And was extremely knowledgeable and kind!

I rented a trailer from Home Depot and the girls were really nice and they had someone to hook up the trailer to my car and everything was fine when I got the trailer. Upon returning the trailer, no one is here to help me back it up. No one is here to unhook it from my car and they said we’re just too busy right now but they’re the ones who put it on my car in the first place, and the girls were very rude today. Do not rent anything like a trailer or anything from Home Depot unless you have someone to unhook it For you. Want to rent the trailer they’re very nice but when you return it, they’re not

One of my items I had purchased online was missing, so I called & spoke with a Mgr & informed her of my problem. She immediately took care of my order & replaced the 2 pk metal citronella candle & she made the replacement very fast & efficient & with a smile. I may have name spelled wrong, Chavasky??, want to Thank her for excellent customer service.

One of the few places to go to have keys made by a store associate instead of DIY. Kudos on customer service for that.But....Over in the garden dept there were rows of vegetable starter plants with no prices. They were also stacks of many types of garden soil. Some had prices - some didn't. Cstomers shouldn't have to hunt for an employee with a scanner to find out prices.On the plus side the Germantown location had a huge display of gorgeous plants - larger than I've seen at two of their competitors.ButPrices are much higher than last year.(And this isnt the only place its happening)

It's my main home improvement center. It's overall good but occasionally, you get an employee that is not great... lot's of attitude, usually young employees. Many however are nice. Managers are on top of issues.

I like this Germanton Parkway location better than Raleigh or Poplar Ave. Workers are very helpful and don't act like you're infringing on their day.

Girlfriend bought a tool box that was on sale for me for Christmas. Drove over an hour to pick it up and guess what they sold the tool box we already paid for. They wouldn't give us the discount price for one they had in stock. Absolute clown show at this location.

Haven't been to Home Depot in a long time. Needed a tool that my distributor didn't have. Home Depot showed 2 in stock. Ordered online the night before. Few hours after opening my order still wasn't ready. Went to the store and located the tool, actually the two that showed in stock, still locked in the case. Asked one associate to have someone unlock the case, she did immediately. But nobody came over. Approximately 10 minutes later, I ask another associate. Wouldn't you know it, he had the key. Hands me the tool and walks away. Staff was polite and helpful. Other than my online order wasn't filled until an hour after I left the store, with the exact same item, this experience was much better than the last time.

We like Home Depot as much as the next place. They were stocked with a lot of their products this time, so I was pretty happy.We had a hard time finding something, then had a hard time finding an employee to ask… but once we did they were super helpful.They are definitely improving. Glad to see.

I rented an aerator for my lawn and asked for a owners Manuel and was honestly told all he could say was Google? So when I get home I'm on the clock and had to start watching utube . We're not born knowing the do's and dont's for any piece of equipment . So it only left me winging it. One minuet late and it charges for 24hrs! Think I may return and speak with a manager. But the employees were very nice and helped where they could!

I purchased two recliners from Home Depot. They weee not good quality for the money. Setting us return was easy but after 10 days and no response I have tries to follow up. The chairs are still here and I cannot get refund until the chairs are retrieved! Multiple calls have done no good and the shopping company does not answer the phone. So low I have over a thousand $ on my credit card and no one is dong anything

I frequent this location often especially since they are pet friendly. I recently got a key made with the assistance of John who was very helpful and provided insight on the key fobs. Amy who was working in the self checkout area was very kind and helped me. Thank you for the excellent service.

My 90-year-old father-in-law needed a new microwave he wanted to purchase a white one with black lettering so he would be able to see it better. The Home Depot had exactly what we needed for the price that we could afford we picked it up and took that bad boy home plugged it up and started using the new microwave. Thanks Home Depot for having the variety and the selection to help an elderly man get what he needed.

Very Disappointed In this a Home Depot today. We’ve spent almost 300k here and the treatment I received at the customer service/return desk today was absolutely horrible. I spent 45 minutes standing in the return line for them to let everyone go around me in customer service. This was very unprofessional and gives me a great reason to switch to Lowe’s for future purchases!! I believe the two ladies that were behind the desk were quita and shara ska.

Absolutely worst experience I've had at a home depot, took 2 hours to wait for someone to put a pallet of wood on my trailer, I spent over 3000$ and it still took them this long to load my wood. Safe to say that I would rather drive across town then come back over here and wait for them. If I could give 0 starts I would, never have I waited this long at a home depot.
