They had the items I wanted. Unfortunately it took over a hour to make the purchase and setup delivery. The person we worked with did not have a clue what she was doing. It was more important to talk and get a snack than to help us with our purchase. After all of that they still messed up our delivery. I hope this is not the way they normally do business. Very poor customer service. This happened in February of 2024

I recently had a very poor experience at this location with the staff. I was looking to purchase a Dryer and was told the employee for that department had left. After asking if there was anyone else, I was hesitantly told they'd get the manager. After 20 minutes, without any other acknowledgement, I took my business to a competitor who was enthusiastic for my business. This location has tainted the business name as a whole.

One thing I can say about the Depot, is this, I was looking all over for a replacement grate for my grill and when I finally found a place with the them they told me I need the size of the one I need. Not having this info this wasn't the place for me, so next I thought about Home Depot sales items like this. When I get up there they had an adjustable grate for under $30!

This is specifically for the department that handles the backsplash for kitchens. My husband and I paid to get new countertops at this location. Chris , the man that helped us with choosing our countertops deserves 10 stars , maybe even 20 stars. he's the BEST. Now we need backsplash installed. a Home Depot employee contacted us by phone and we picked and payed for everything we needed. The next day we get a call telling us our order has been canceled because the grout we ordered comes in packs of six not packs of two and we only need two so , sorry your order is canceled. Uhm , what the heck? First of all if a pack of two is not an option then it shouldnt be an option through home depot and the employee that set all this up should certainly know that as well. My husband was told that we might have to come in and pick something different out. That is not acceptable , we are paying quite a bit of money for labor and materials. This problem should have just been handled by home depot since it was THEIR mistake not ours. Why are you telling us to come in and fix YOUR mistake. Today I am trying to get in contact with someone that can fix this but whoever is answering the phone does not want to deal with me and keeps putting me on hold before I can get the first sentence out. They periodically have checked to see if im still on the line then will quickly put me back on hold again. At this point i am considering canceling the entire order and going with a local small business I bet the customer service is better and they will probably do a better job too. I am very disappointed with home depot as we have been long time customers for everything we have ever needed.

It used to be 5 stars I used to love Home Depot but after going through 3 months of ordering and returning specialty flooring that can in damaged every single time. They lost 2 stars and my loyalty

They had what I needed, always a plus. And, Even though they were busy I didn't have to wait very long in the check out line. One of the employees in lumber told me I would have to wait to get two sheets of drywall, which we were right there. But I'm capable of loading them myself. Just would've made my experience there a 5 Star experience.

I love home Depot. I can spend hours here looking at lawn equipment for improvements. Gardening supplies and flowers, shrubs and plants to try. I love a challenge and love to use my creativity to see what I can do.

Customer service is terrible even with a pro account. Wait around for someone to cut a sheet of OSB, asked an employee for help and was told “find someone with an apron on” as she walked away. 15 minutes later still waiting for assistance.

We asked multiple times for assistance to schedule purchase and installation of doors for our home. My wife walked to the customer service desk and they paged someone with no results. I stopped a worker and he obviously knew nothing and said he was going to get the manager to come back but walked off and noone came. We waited at the service desk in the picture for 20+ minutes as multiple workers walked by and noone offered to help. This is why everyone goes to lowe's. They at least acknowledge their customers regardless of how good or poor their service is.

This location is neat and clean, and stocked well! They had adequate, and Friendly staff to assist the steady flow of customers. I went in for a few things, found them all relatively quickly and at very competitive prices!

I went to this Home Depot to purchase a power tool. The tool I needed wasn't on display and nor were all of the tools in that and a few more sections. Just pictures. I found the one I needed and asked for help to get it because it was locked up. And that's ok because I know the store is trying to keep theft down. The problem is, l asked twice and no one showed up! So now I'll just go to another Home Depot or just order it from Amazon.

The experience tonight was awful. I was basically accused of being a thief I see 75% markdowns 90% markdowns all the time at Home Depot and the customer service people are usually very nice. This was not the case tonight the fact that the words last prevention was mentionedand what I thought would’ve been a 25 minute stop at Home Depot turned out to be an hour and 15 minutes . The manage says let’s go see where you got these fasteners from . I said so “you don’t believe me ?” His response was “ you could have taken the picture at another store “ ………… (the meta data on these pictures does not reflect a different location )

We were told to wait for an associate..we waited and continued comparing prices..associate showed up only to tell us wait while she gets a pen we waited and looked some more until we realized its been an hour..we left. Home Depot doesn't have a human to make keys; however, they have a kiosk with affordable and reasonable price. Customer Service offered an associate to assIst me. Great job although the kiosk was hands down less complicated than Walmart's kiosk.

You can't never find an associate who can help you and when you do they act like they know nothing at all super dumb place disorganized go to lows you be happier their inventory has lots of open boxes from return missing items inside the box looks seal they will make it look like is unopened but is missing stuff one day i open up like 4boxes trying to get an nail gun they were all open bax and even used guns don't come here get it somewhere else. Stay away. Or you may full price for an open box.

I still believe it's an injustice to purchase a new item at the consumers risk. If you can't stand behind it then don't sell it. Plain old fair horse trading. If you don't sell me a good product, you should have it back at no loss to me. Accept your responsibility and liability when you sell things.

Was able to find a decent deal on a grill but after waiting 30 minutes in line at the customer service line (I was told that's where I need to pay for it) I had to wait for someone to come outside for 30 minutes to unlock it. And that is only after going back inside multiple times asking for someone to unlock it.

I was looking for a toolbox and the had their toolboxes on sale for Fathers Day. I got $400 off the normal price on one of their large Husky boxes. Great deal! I've told several people about it.

They truly went out of their way to help us. This despite being quite busy. We were there to pick up an online order and and there were many people waiting. They were efficient and from what I could see all customers were quickly handled and all were satisfied at least. Several expressed sincere gratitude for the level of service. I rarely give a full 5 stars because 3 stars means satisfactory, but they earned 5. Would definitely recommend shopping here.
