I absolutely love this store. This is my second review, but I had to do one for the holiday season. Regardless of the time of year, I never get bad produce. I love all the prepared food because it makes my life so much easier. I love all the displays. They make it really easy to buy stocking stuffers and they’re all so adorable. If you’ve never been in, you must give it a try. It’s totally worth it. I would love to see another store in the Bartlett/Cordova area, but if I have to drive, I will. It’s worth my TIME and my MONEY!!! Enjoy

WONDERFUL OASIS!! What a great experience. I’ve been to this store many times and have purchased everything from homemade chicken salad to freshly baked hotdog buns to incredible lilies.The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed with soft music and a super friendly staff. And the selection of coffees, snacks, and other bulk foods will blow your mind.I can’t wait to go back!

I really like the quality of the products at The Fresh Market overall, but this location seems to have gone downhill lately. I've shopped there for 5 years, and during my visits in the last 6 months the staff have seemed rude. When I ask a question the staff person seems put out to assist. Happened mostly in the deli and the cashiers. Meat department still great.Note to Fresh Market staff who read this: Please DO NOT reply with your boilerplate 'we're sorry .... please call....' . Copy-and-paste responses just scream "we don't care."

Usually great. Great meats etc. Bought asparagus Thursday. Almost didn't because the water tray was filthy. Need to clean up. The asparagus had quite a few slimy, almost rotten tips I didn't see until I unwrapped the bundle. Not good. You can see the rotten funk in the PVC fitting and the coins in the water. The lame owner response below is a waste of time. They need to fix their problems and I'm not calling or writing anybody. This review can stand on it's own.

To be clear, I love The Fresh Market. However, sadly, this location is in need of a refresh or a new location. This store location is run down and they are clearly understaffed. The deli is very often missing a lot of items and the rotisserie chicken is looking rather sad at this location. The location on Union is better stocked and staffed.

I know this store is a little more expensive than Kroger but the quality of food is better. Its a smaller store but not missing out on anything. Best seafood n meat selection with sum other goodies in between. N those complete meals are amazing, they switch up weekly. A complete meal for a family of 4 for $20.00... just check'em out

Ran into my local Fresh Market yesterday to grab a Meals for 2 for dinner. I really love them - freshly made, easy to prepare, and tasty! They’re time savers because I don’t have to read and re-read a recipe, and I don’t make mistakes - it’s all explained on the packaging. And they are money savers! I especially like not having to buy whole bottles of expensive spices and extras that I’ll probably never use again - and the results are like going to a restaurant.This time I met a lovely woman who was stocking the shelves with more meals. Her name is Carolina, and she preps the meat and veggies that accompany these meals. She told me she loved working at Fresh Market. I have never met an employee at this store who hasn’t been very nice!I usually do my regular shopping at another store, but I’m thinking about switching to FM, even though their selection is smaller.

This place is awesome! The store is clean and the variety of items are great. It is smaller than the Whole Foods and for me that's a plus! Customer service is awesome. I was about to purchase salmon and the worker informed me that salmon would be on sale the next day! I utilized their curbside pickup and got the biggest whole salmon I've ever seen for an awesome price!

Today I went to Fresh Market to get a couple of things quickly. One item was ringing up $14.99 instead of $11.99. The cashier was unsure what to do, so while another cashier started to help her I took a picture of the item showing the correct price. The two cashiers tried for a minute and decided that only the supervisor could change prices. The supervisor was having a conversation with another customer, so I decided to not get the item at all even though it was the main thing I came to get. The customer who the supervisor was talking to left just as I was getting to the supervisor by the door. I told her my experience. Rather than having any sort of sympathy or wanting to help, she told me that the cashier was in training. Then when I explained that the other cashier had reached the same conclusion, the supervisor responded by saying “they don’t know any better.” I bet I can figure out why they are having to hire new cashiers! I bet they will have to regularly keep replacing cashiers as long as they have supervisors like this person.

Had almost everything I was looking for, due to the pandemic you can't grind your own coffee of course, but great product, cheese, and meat selection and of course they have a nice wine selection as well. Some things are a little pricey and you can find some of the same items at other retailers for less, but this store was clean and ALL the employees I encountered were very pleasant and helpful! I had a great shopping experience!

This location of Fresh Market is the most convenient for me and overall, I enjoy the store and the wonderful selection of products they offer The produce is lovely and full of selections. The bakery, meats and seafood go above and beyond. The butchers are fabulous! Deli, not so much... I have left the deli on a number occasions when not even acknowledged after standing and waiting once for almost 10 minutes. Yes, I timed it. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one other customer. I was disappointed most recently when getting home with protein shakes that had expired 2 years ago! When I returned them, the cashier and other attendant who came over to help not only seemed "put out" by the return but offered no apology for the inconvenience of having purchased a 2 year expired product. I wasn't upset about it but did mention that they may want to check the shelf because there were others when I bought these. She didn't say a word and just walked off. It makes me consider my other options for shopping for groceries.

I always enjoy walking in here if for no other reason than to enjoy the wonderful smells that assault your senses when you walk through the door. You can get everything here from coffee and candy, to orchids and party supplies as well as various types of groceries with lots of wonderful choices that you wouldn't normally find in a supermarket

Love the organic food but need to do a better job of keeping the bathrooms clean. They also should honor the advertised store hours. Google and the sign on the doo say they close at 9 PM, but when I showed up at 8:05 pm to buy 3 bottles of chocolate milk, I was turned away. This looks like bad customer service. There was no bad weather. So they either need to honor advertised hours or change posted hours on the door and Google. I'm very disappointed after spending ALOT of money at this location for a number of years.

Live near and had limited myself to the Collierville location. This location is larger. Slight drive but so well worth it. Gourmet and international products I can't find anywhere else locally. And lovely plants and flowers.

Loved the shopping experience here! We picked up lunch items for a picnic and were thrilled with the fresh options here. Prices are higher than most grocery markets here, but very nice selection of prepared items, great beverage options, and their deli and bakery were well stocked with tasty items. Very clean and well laid out.

I go here multiple times a week to pick up easy dinners and snacks. Fresh Market is like a upscale grocery without the Whole food prices. They have a huge meat selection and all kinds of great premade sides. Lastly check out their orchards for a last minute gift, and don't forget to check out the desserts!

Most times when I visit fresh market it's midday and the store isn't that crowded so there's a tranquil atmosphere and a clean environment. I particularly love purchasing their meats and seafoods of quality. The deli bar is a favorite of mine also.

I'm only giving 3 stars bc I usually go to the one in Midtown on Union and the staff is so friendly, everyone speaks to you. Especially at checkout they simply say hello. (As they shouId) I went to this location today and the dude with glasses checking me out literally not once looked at me or even said a word the whole checkout. It was just silent. Not a hello or thank you or did you find everything. Then at the end only thing he said to me, I didn't realize he was done scanning my things bc they were all still sitting on the counter, was "it's waiting on you" like I was holding him up. I said sorry I didn't realize you were done and he just stood there. Pretty poor service.

Friendly staff assisted me to find some Dark Chocolate covered Espresso beans. They had only a small 5oz product for $8, which, it was not that necessary to pay that much. In our conversation, I learned they are experiencing supply chain and ordering uncertainties.He asked that I check back next week, but, he sounded uncertain what may transpire with product stocking

If you’re someone like me who enjoys their free time and also likes seeing all the seasonal products a grocery store or market has to offer- THEN DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you spend one whole hour in their store- the employees harass you and stare at you until you make a purchase. As I was told by a manager- they consistently deal with shoplifting and theft and they have NO cameras or security system in place to deter this from happening. You hear that criminals? Now is your time! Go to this location! I hope everyone who reads this finds comfort in knowing that at any time they could be faced with lunatics looting the store. But seriously- that is not my problem so do NOT accuse me of jack when it is the owner’s foolish decision NOT to put a security system in place. I still bought all the items in my cart because Fresh Market has very tasty food and good items (hence the 2 stars and not 1) but overall I feel very embarrassed by this incident. So although they made me feel like I was a criminal (a criminal who purchased 100 dollars worth of groceries)- I will give them 2 stars. Also I thought Mike was cool at first, but he was lying about being told to confront me- on his very first day at this location he just decided on a whim to go out of his way to tell me that I needed to make a decision on what i’m buying. Sorry Mike, but I will take as long as I need to make a decision thank you very much. Good luck with your dying chain, I hope this critique yields finer security tactics.

We've been going to this Fresh Market for 15 years and used to love it but the last year it's been going downhill. They used to have the best tasting fresh bread and a great selection. Now there is barely anything. Sometimes employees are not very friendly or helpful.Today we've tried their cheesecake for the first time and it's the worst cheesecake ever.Krogers and Walmart's cheesecake even taste way better. It is way too dense and doesn't have much flavor at all.

The deli/meat department employees offer minimum help, don’t say anything and do not look happy. Makes me feel like they don’t believe in the products/fresh market or hate they’re job. There are gas station attendants that instill more customer confidence. This is not about cashiers, only the deli/meat department. I come here for specialty items and good meat only, so I see this every time.

The smells and the place are absolutely wonderful. It assaults your senses with a menagerie of wonderful smells. I was disappointed in the selection in the cookie case which was the reason I went but otherwise as always they have lots of wonderful choices.
