Security was the first encounter. He was observant and professional. He called for assistance for me, and I was escorted to the meat department manager where I was assisted. The producer was fresh, and the meat looked fresh and delicious. There is plenty of free parking, and security officers were visible upon entrance and exit. Great visit quick in and out.

This review is just for the hot food bar. They must have the Church Ladies and Unc in the back cooking because the food on the hot bar is like a home cooked meal down Soufffffff! I have tried a number of items. The catfish is amazing. You can get cornbread or a roll, and a number of sides on any given day. Took off one star off bc we all know Lamar is a lil questionable. But, this hot bar at the Superloo is so worth it.

Decent store to shop at for quick items and perishables. You have to check and inspect your item’s expiration dates. There were a pack of smoke sausages in the cooler completely green and white with mold I don’t see how the person who put out the food missed them. The ice cream and popsicles have expired dates you have to check them. Maybe because of the neighborhood the people don’t care about what’s out there but they will care when they’re out of business shut down for negligence, a lot of people shop there for themselves and their children.

I feel really comfortable shopping for my grocery essentials here because I am aware of were everything is so I don't ever feel lost or confounded. The staff, from the cashiers to the baggers even to the stockers are usually pretty genial and that beckons to be reciprocated! The reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the slow lagging customer service line! It is certainly extremely irritating to usually more time to not to be in line for at least 20 minutes after getting in the cue!!

Manager and cashiers were very nice and welcoming and also very helpful because I was looking for my chicken skins since they don't sell them in San Antonio Texas LOL needless to say I found what I was looking for with their help

Superlo needs more SUPER and less LO. I could find zero coffee and the tea bags were in an aisle near the dairy. It is a place where you can get some produce which is good for a working people's neighborhood, but the management can do a better job of stocking and labeling the aisles.

I mean it's super low it's exactly what you expect it to be if you been to super low before this one's a little bigger than some I've been to the staff is kind of loud The lady at the customer service as slow as anything she doesn't speak loud enough to where you could hear but super low good prices

The employee was willing to help me locate the item I was looking for. It was not busy so she went and got it for me (senior citizens like me appreciate this) Even the security guard told me the item aisle was on.

I like the neatness about the place. The service is commendable. There were products I wanted to purchase not on the shelf like Great grains cereal by Post and Silk unsweetened almond milk. I'm thinking a lack of requests possibly for these products in this particular location. Overall I appreciate the quality and service.

I love this grocer. My only issue with them was that they still had the recalled Jif peanut butter on the shelves in June 2022. I didn't know about the recall prior to buying but found out not long after purchasing. Unfortunately, I just threw it away.. That's a reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars..

This store great customer service.. It's clean you don't wait in line long.. They sack groceries.. Will help you carry groceries out if ask.. No hidden charges at check out.. was wondering how long it would take to ... not care how they treat customer... have to find yourself a basket to shop . line are very very long ( from register to frozen food ) literally ?!! Cashier very very slow ... they should pay us for sacking own groceries.. I knew to good to last .... I predict them to be closed 2 years.....if not before.. mark my words ...

I remember when I did not have a car and had to walk a out three miles. I am so thankful for the customer service as well as someone offering my daughters and I a ride home. I have a car now and it it literally only 5 minutes from me. They have my non- dairy milk and good, inexpensive foods. I just wish that they had more plant-based foods there. They are still a good grocery store.
