My sweet cat, Kevin, yesterday 05/19/2023, went in to be neutered and the vet noticed he had a mass on him and immediately had her staff call me to tell me and we decided to test him on the spot for cancer snd FHIV. it turned out he was experiencing aggressive cancer. There was nothing any of us could do as his tumor was too large and had attached itself to too much in his little body. I had to make the decision right then to let him rest and be at peace.Thank you to the staff for not ignoring it and checking on my baby and keeping me updated. I am sad to say he has passed away as of approx. 1:40pm yesterday but the staff gave him so much love and kept him stable for us to come say goodbye. I am so glad that Kevin was surrounded by so many sweet, generous people in his final time here with us. Thank y’all, so much again. A special thank you to I believe her name was Ashley, for calling me every step of his diagnosis and being so personable and having the strength to give such heart breaking news.

They neutered both my cats and microchipped them. Great job. The cats were fine, had no problems. When I needed additional info, all it took was a phone call to them and they emailed me why I asked for the same day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies !!

Reasonable and did a great job! There is a discount for pit bulls too that i used. Only like $50 to spay or neuter if the dog has pit in it

Found out about this place from my Vet when Rusty needed surgery for an undecended testicle. The appointment was a 3 month wait, but we'll worth the wait! Excellent service and care from beginning of the end!!

Cost is reasonable. Very friendly staff. Have had 7 cats spayed with NO problems. Only getting an appt comes with a longer wait....but it's worth it.

I love spay Memphis!!! They have spayed my 5 yo chihuahua Canela, neutered my 1.6 yo pit mix Snoop and my sisters 7 mo cat Thor. They’re amazing and very quick with their work. Everyone there does an amazing work. I always recommend to anyone with pets!!! If i could give them a million stars i would!!

Very clean office, very quick, and the lady who took care of our dogs was absolutely amazing (and had really cool lashes!). The folks at reception were also great and friendly! It's the lowest cost vaccines in the area with absolutely no drop in quality from going to an expensive vet clinic. All around wonderful place; I can't believe we didn't use the services here earlier.

The ladies there were super nice and helpful and because we live we have of cats to fix so them being so affordable we really glad we found em. The momma cat was fixed and was so calmed when brought back out to us so I know they took good care of her. Thank ya so much! We will be back with more!

I am fuming !Spay Memphis what the heck ! 5 feral cats a day ?You trap a cat you’ll never get back in a trapwaist time being in your lot at 7:30 as marked on the siteOnly to find out you have to be the 1 of only 5 people to get in .How the hell you gonna call yourself a spay shelter with 5 a day . The staff here are so nice, they treated our dog very kindly. You're given everything your pet needs for spay or neuter, given a sheet of clear instructions post surgery too. I highly recommend.

Very upset 😡 they only allow 1 cat per trap and told her ok my husband can signother one and then she said per car now ! How are we ever going to control the population with feral if they change the policy.

Spay Memphis should have 5 stars. They are the best, most reasonable place I have ever been. Drop off your pet around 7:30 and pick up no later than 4 or 5pm. Wonderful staff. I've taken many animals there. They are located on Summer Avenue and I think you need an updated photo, which I will take when I go again.

This place is amazing. They have spayed and neutered all 3 of my cats and my dog. They take really good care of your pets. They make sure that your pets are comfortable and relaxed. The prices here are so low. Every other place charged in the hundreds. This place never went over a $100. This is definitely the place you should take you fury babies.

The did a great job spaying our kitten, but they trimmed the fur around her face and ears without asking us first. We liked her cute round face from her baby fur. She wasn’t matted or tangled, so there was absolutely no reason for that. Kinda frustrating.

This place is not bad but not good. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Look at the shaving!!! They cut so much off her chest, not her belly!!! And the shaving is so jagged that it looks horrible. Would not recommend.

Words cannot express how much spay memphis means to me. The people working here are world class and deserve the best things in life. I brought my outdoor cat in to get TNR’d and she was carrying too many kittens and unfortunately she had internal bleeding and lost too much blood. Spay memphis stayed past closing just so me and my partner could say our goodbyes and I appreciate it so much. Thank you spay memphis for making this awful experience into such a positive and endearing one. I will be asking friends and family to donate and if you’re reading this, support spay memphis and all they do.

Excellent service - I dropped off my cat Felix (aka Kitty Mane) to be neutered, and they were very accommodating. There was no issue with scheduling his appointment, and the vet tech and front desk workers were very pleasant to speak with when I came to pick him up. Social distancing and use of face masks were observed. I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you are involved with Trap-Neuter-Release, as the prices are very reasonable.
