Years ago I could be found in this store a few days a week. Then they kept in stock the items I was looking for. Now when I go I can't find a single thing I'm looking for. Plus full products used to have a high quality now it seems like some things have been thrown around before it is stocked in the store.

Very friendly manager. Her store looked great. The floor was clean and very well maintained, highly polished. She even took time out to help me find snacks, since that's all I was looking for. Shelves where stocked and full also. We need her to run numerous businesses in Arlington Tn.

The supervisor named Courtney #109 is extremely rude. He pushes cart's through out the store while customers are shopping and never says excuse me, are you finding everything alright or nothing. He was called to the front to help cashier #4 print my receipt, and received a call on his cordless phone. He threw the phone down in front of a line full of customers and mumbled under his breath. Totally disrespecting me and his cashier. This man is not management material at all.

Save -A-Lot is aite. The store is exceptionally clean! The staff & clerks are good too! I only wish that they had a bigger fresh produce department..and some fresh fish choices to choose from.

I recently went to shop at the Sav-a-lot store on Austin Peay Hwy and was greatly disappointed that the items I went to purchase was not in the store nor do the have a good variety of things I could choose and for. I have to go all the way to Millington to do my shopping. I don't think I should not have to go that far when there's a store closer to me to find what I need and have a better shopping experience.

This Save-A-Lot is Right On Point never crowded, the produce is very fresh, the meat look real good, the employees very friendly, always focusing on their work, the floor is well Stock All the time, I feel very safe in the store. Great Job 😁 Save-A-Lot Keep Doing You.

I have to change my original 5 stars to 3 stars. They recently went to 25 cents to use a shopping cart without warning and they would not make change so shoppers could use a cart to shop. Crazy!!! Lately the store is ridiculously low on inventory on Monday mornings even by 12 noon.

I bought a Sandwich loaf of Grissoms White Bread.. 3 days ago.... It is inedible.. I am 73 years old and have never had this happen with any Bread, It tastes and smells like Rubbing Alcohol... I can't stand to smell it Since you won't answer you phone and I called several times , I put it on this page...No return call? You lost a Regular customer... You figure the # out...

This is the only Save-A-Lot that I go to. The staff is nice and friendly. And the store is clean. And the food especially the meat ears always fresh. Would recommend especially if you are looking for a clean grocery store while shopping on a budget.

Every time I shop here they have a(one) long line. Customers start complaining for another line to open. Its like they must don't let the cashiers call until someone complains. Why? I asked an associate working in an isle could she get some help on the register she told me she didn't have a walkie talkie! Really!? I said well could you get the manager she said she didn't know where she was!? What!? Smh! This is ALWAYS at this store! They really need to do better! Dont shop here if you're on a quick run to the store! Because it won't be quick!!!

It was a situation. . The cashier was a minor and couldn't ring up alcohol. . So the cashier asked the manager if he could come ring the alcohol up( lines backed up, the minor cashier & store mgr we're the 2 cashiers) the mgr stated that he couldn't that the customer had to get in his line ( it's backed up) so the customer stated. . I've waited in this line for awhile can you do something? He said. . No, he's a minor and can't check alcohol. She said. . Well can You get the mgr. He stated that he was the mgr. . The situation got ugly. . Words were exchanged & I honestly feel that . The situation could've been handled more professionally on the mgr's part. . He wouldn't give her his name, acted disrespectfully ( very much so). . What happened to. . the customer is always right? And it was a store full of customers!!!! I think he was having a bad day because I've always had good thoughts and vibes about this store but that wasn't called for. . Also the store does not have any large baskets for shopping (4) and only had hand baskets ( a lot) A person might have more items than a hand held basket can hold & might b a female that has to hold her purse, or the hand of a child!!!! what the world is going on with this store?

I want to just save a lot for the first time when I was in the Raleigh area took one walk around turn right back what right outside there is not really much savings there they're not any better priced in any other grocery style store these days some stuff is even higher than it is in Walmart and or Kroger

Experience with them was terrible! Was going to shop there and went to the meat department and there was an open pallet with frozen meat sitting there with noone to put it in the appropriate place. That is not somewhere that I want to shop. Hope that people are aware that is a serious health problem.

Save a lot was clean and the cashier was very kind in perlite I really appreciate the kindness of the employees I will definitely visit this store again and I will tell my family and friends about it so they can come as well Thanks so much God bless you ♥️

The prices that are labeled on the shelf for the product are not the prices that show on the register. Please watch this or you could potentially pay more. Also the manager is not friendly at all. She seem to be friendly to people who look more like her.

Had everything I needed even my diet cokes.Had a sale on hams.In the sale paper there were recipes for sweet potato and green bean casseroles.Workers very friendly.

I just refuse to keep paying change for bags when they should be free. For the shopping carts i understand due to theft in the area but definitely not the bags

Small grocery store.perfect if your just picking up a few items.the employees are very nice and helpful.they have quality food and other supplies at a reasonable price.they don't sell beer or cigarettes. No pharmacy
