Management VERY rude the customer service here at this location is always terrible I arrived at the store at approximately 9:26 am I walked into the store where all employees were standing at the front on their phones this man whom NEVER properly acknowledged me stated we not open with his head still down looking at his phone as I turned around and walked away I stated you all should update your business hours on the door he replied like I said we open at 10 in a very nasty non welcoming way I told him that was rude and asked for his name he refused to give it to me and also refused to give me the number to the corporate office. Anyone in the the leadership role should lead by example if this is the way management treats their guest it just explains why the sales floor employees and cashiers treat us in this community we need people in position that knows how to make customers like we are wanted this was one of the absolute WORST customer experiences I’ve ever encountered also embarrassing

If I could there would be no stars. If it's 34 degrees outside, your store is cold, and you have medical reasons and documentation cleaning stating why your head is covered but you can clearly see my face. You even informed them of this as soon as you walk in the door. So your employees don't respect the customers' medical conditions. So if religion was a factor you cover your head for any reason you are not welcome or allowed in the store either. Then following me talking loudly almost yelling at me other customers looking around. My family will not be shopping here again. How disrespectful this company and the employees are they don't care. Sad now I have to travel 15-20 to another store for my household needs.

So went to roses today and most items don't have prices on them. Was trying to buy some toys and no prices on 75 percent of them. This is frustrating. What was priced seemed to be higher compared to other discount stores

Great staff-I bought silk flower bunches and the prices were phenomenal. I should warn you though if you sit on the floor looking for a particular color of flower-customers come by and ask you where certain items are in the store. (So I just told them).

Had no problem getting my money Refunded. Clothing section cluttered and disorganized as usual. You'll have to have plenty of time and patience to look through and find what you're looking for. Prices are very good. Staff was friendly.

stole money off my credit card and made a purchase at their store at 3:29am when Roses close at 9 and 10pm. I am making a police report. As well nasty attitudes and management no better very unprofessional. Store cluttered and unorganized

I found a bathroom rug set that was the color I have been searching for! Only $8!
