I purchased some things form here but you must go a size up. They have just about anything you need for a discount price. The greeter was really nice, cashier very informative, and customer service was on point. It does give a family dollar feel not so clean but not so dirty. It's all about what you are looking for. Take your time.

Good Deals on items for my home. Employees actually help customers, they offer Layaway, No Self Checkout, Cashiers friendly and great customer service. What Walmart once was.

Please put prices on all the items in your store. No one should have to be surprised at checkout or search for someone to do a price check!!!It seems like a simple fix

So far my experience is always very good. I just hate they stopped selling jewelry but I understand. I do wish they had riding carts for disabled. I’m 69. You can find Christmas gifts with ease and clothing in all sizes. Customer service is great. I saved 10% because I happened to shop on Senior Day. That was wonderful!

I am a native Memphian and miss the southern hospitality. I received all of that as I entered into this Rose's location on Elvis Presley Friday morning. . I was greeted with a smile. Saw a Manger, I believe, taking packages to a customer's car and help was available throughout the store. I want to give this store a 5 satr review. Since moving to Florida, I forgot what real customer service was about. Shout out for reminding me. This review is actually from Mrs. Darrell Phillips.

It's a great place for general merchandise. Toothbrushes from gazebos, lightbulb & very only wear once clothing. 😉. The aisles are wide. The store is huge. Great parking. One minus: On the first of the month shoppers it was crowded & the merchandise was everywhere. Put there by shoppers. But the clerks did their best.

The store has a great variety of clothes, household items, furniture, and toys. This is my favorite Rose's store. However I got a MAJOR negative which is why it gets 2 stars!!!Mom got sick and she had to go to the bathroom. It was disgusting. It is in need of a immediate renovation. The toilets look like they've been there forever. There were 3 or 4 stalls that were out of order. It was stinky and very unclean to be a WOMAN'S bathroom. I feel absolutely sorry for anyone who has to use their restrooms.

Prices on clothing were very fair. I didnt shop the rest of the store. But could see it was large with a huge selection.Yes the store is dated and under staffed. But in exchange for discount prices. You get what you pay for.Cashier was friendly and kept the line moving rather quickly.I would definitely shop there again.

The manager Robert didn't only hired some young folks but he seems like he train them as well so proud of the your people that are working in the store the store look amazing it was clean, well stock and they all were working and not standing around doing nothing. Let's give them a 🧤...

Very rude. My family and I were looking through some clothes and my little cousin dropped something. An old woman worker saw and called another employee over to pick it up by saying "clean up over here, they dropping stuff." It was like we weren't even present. She didn't give us time to clean up what was dropped before just disregarding our existence. It was unnecessary and very condescending

Great Bargain Sales for 40% off yellow tags. Atmosphere is OK. Seemingly, they would have more registers open BUT not so. Therefore the check-out lines are generally long .

I like Rose's for alot of reasons. I have found some really neat clothes for my grandsons at reasonable prices. When I only have a little money I can still make it work at Roses. This store just need a little more organization and less junkie.

They get a 2 star from me because it dont make no since to have there bathroom that messy. I could've handled maybe 1 or 2 stalls to be messy but All of them is just a damn mess...please improve with your hygiene THANKS!

It's a great place to shop, but as long as you don't have to use the bathroom, you'll be fine because the bathrooms are horrible! A nightmare! Feces all over the toilet, urine all over the floor, no tissue in the bathroom, writing all over the walls, the hand dryer doesn't work, the paper towels are out, almost out of soap, smell like urine, its horrific. Just plain horrible! Staten Island! All the toilets are clogged with tissue and overflowing, one of them had a shopping cart tipped over in them. Blood all over the toilet. A real nightmare!!!

The store has good prices on some things.They just need to clean it up. When the lines get long instead if having a lot of employees just standing around talking. They need to come open up a register.

Every time I visit Roses I receive excellent customer service management and staff are very helpful. I love this store you can literally find just about anything here.. The store is not expensive at all I love coming here. Always leave with more than I come for.

Cashiers are extremely slow. Waited in line 2 people in front of me 10mins. One worker outside on an extended break per his co worker. Why is the service so slow here. Wouldn't even dare go in the dressing room it needs to be cleaned and sanitized...

Workers are very unfriendly except the stock guy unless he was a manager but he was very attentive and knowledgeable plus friendly i'm almost positive he and a young lady working around the kids department were the only two that spoke to me

Love this store,I am disabled and they use to have the mobile chairs but not anymore and it's hard to shop without them. Please put them In all your stores please.
