I took my aunt's dog here and they were so kind. The dog looked great. We had been to a couple other groomers and they would never wash his face, here I was called to inform me the dog was doing great we have scheduled our next appointment and we will be repeat customers. Thank you all so much.

My insurance company recommended them over 15 yrs ago when my house burned. We had to be relocated and couldn't take 3 dogs to our new place. Best referral during a stressful time! They took great care of my furry babies and called when my senior dog had separation anxiety. I have a new rescue now and wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else. Getting groomed is a plus. They've taken great care of my furry pals for many years.

I took my 9 month old golden doodle, Winnie, to be groomed and play for the day. The staff was so friendly and they did a great job on my girls cut. They have a beautiful rustic site that is decorated so nicely. They offer kennel free boarding, daycare and grooming. The prices are reasonable and so worth it. We will definitely be back!

We love Pleasant view! We have used them for years. They go above and beyond to take care of our dogs. Dogs are always happy and tired when we pick them up. You can schedule grooming while they are there too! Great people, great customer service.

Being new to the area, I naturally had concerns about boarding my boys somewhere new for any period of time. I found Pleasant View online and gave them a call. John was very helpful over the phone and told me to stop by and take a look around. The indoor and outdoor runs were clean, and the staff was friendly and patient with the dogs in their care. I decided to leave my boys for two nights. Upon my return, they were both healthy and happy, which is all a dog mom ever wants for her fur babies. Pleasant View will be seeing us again!

I have used them for years and have always received the best care. The owners are compassionate about their business and are highly recommended. The kennels are spacious, have a long outdoor run and are kept clean. Play time for the pet is an added benefit. When your dog gets excited to get out of the car, you know it's a great facility.

Left my 2 dogs for 3 nights over Christmas. When I went to pick them up, I was greeted with all their stuff, including bags and bedding ready to go. Nothing wet or overly dirty. Went to the car with them, and there was no 10 minute pee session. They didn't smell like urine at all. This tells me that they were let out to go potty and didn't spend the whole time in their kennel. The even each had a stocking with treats and a new toy and a magnet with their photo on it. The pictures they took for the magnet are the best pictures I have of my 2 dogs. I don't know how they got them still long enough to get non blurry pics, but they did. I'm sure they will be back next year. Very pleased for the price.

My dog "Champ" a pure breed cocker spaniel had been going to Pleasant view for years when Doll was his groomer. I never had any complaints she was very nice and would always come out and thank me for her tips when I picked my dog up. I could tell the difference with the new groomer she never came out from the back and I left tips as I did with Doll. The owner never told me Doll had retired until I asked when I saw the difference in my dog grooming. I had to take him back several times and ask her to cut the hair around his paws. I normally bathe my dog in between his grooming appointments. This particular day he didn't want me to wash his front paws. Because he's black and his toenails are black I pushed the hair back and his toenails were so long the were curved over. I was distraught I went to Pleasant view and explained the problem to the owners son and he wasn't concerned at all and showed no compassion and never offered an apology. The owner called several days later with a lame apology that they had gotten complaints from other clients about nail clippings and offered 2 free grooming's. I explained to him if you were aware of the problem why is she still there and the times I complained about the hair around his paws/feet was dragging on the ground. This was her way of hiding his nails. I refused to ever take my dog to Pleasant View again. I took my dog to his veterinarian and they couldn't believe that a groomer would be so negligent and allow my dog nails to grow to this extent. The vet has to cut his nails every month due to the quick had grown to the length of the nail. They were so compassionate that they gave him a 1 year free nail clipping due to the irresponsible and negligence of Pleasant View Groomer. If you care about your Pet I wouldn't take them to Pleasant View. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!

I wouldn’t recommend taking your baby there. The “owner” is VERY nonchalant & do not care about the pets. My baby went for grooming and her nails are uneven/bleeding. This is ridiculous. i should have went off!! I should have Atleast gotten my money back. My baby is in pain because she keeps growling when i try to touch it. If it becomes infected i will be back up there!!!!! Do not go there!!!!!!!!! Please. Inconsiderate people !!

I honestly wish I could leave a review without having to begrudgingly place even ONE star to this "pet resort". our dogs are severely dehydrated, their bedding wasn't used, and they have wounds from where they nervously chewed themselves because these people failed to carry out the simple charge of giving the dogs their chew toys...which we provided.failed to carry out the simple task of giving them

I took my 1 year old Maltese there Saturday 8/19/2017 she had matt issues they had me sign a waiver form. I come back to get her and the groomer had cut her ear. They attempted a half a## job to stop the bleeding when I got her in the car she shook and blood went everywhere and pouring out her ear. Second attempt to fix happened bottom line she bleed all day and was traumatized. The owner was nice but the groomer was incompetent. I repeat run run run. My Coco is like family I didn't even receive a sincere apology. Never again from now on Collierville Animal Clinic is her only groomer I don't care how long I wait for a appointment.
