The pet grooming services at the poplar location was superb. The groomers and store employees had great customer service and truly seen like they enjoyed their job and what they do everyday to ensure that our pets have a great experience. The store was clean and very organized. This was Sypha second grooming appointment at this location and it was just as wonderful as the first time.

I had a great experience when I took my dog to be groomed. I was a little worried because my dog is hard to work with, but the girls did a great job. So much that my dog was waiting for one of them to allow him to come out when I came back to get him. He was wagging his tail, proud. But He was not going to come with me unless they’d give him the order. That behavior really surprised me, in a good way. That’s not the way he behaved when I left, I thought he was going to kill the girl. He was clean and ready for Thanksgiving dinner!

I recently visited this location looking for Red Sea Salt, sand and a new filter for my saltwater aquarium. All the sales associates were friendly and very helpful.There items are also competitively priced so if you can’t wait on it to be delivered by Amazon it’ll be about the same price here, you mite as well buy it in person.

Employees were very friendly and helpful from the cashier up front to the grommers. Brittany was very good with my Vander nature wise. However I was disappointed with the actual grooming what I came all the way out there for. My Vander was all wet when he was given back to me as ready. I really brought him to a groomer for 2 very specific reasons 1 being I expected he would be dried and all fluffed when done other was to get some specific areas shaved so he doesnt matt but she said he wouldnt let her dry his belly but if had proper assistance that shouldn't have been a problem he loves to be held belly up. Also he was wet or damp everywhere just his belly was completely wet. Since he was wet and hard to tell how shaved he was. I had to make a 40 min drive home with wet cat. Then had to continue to brush him throughout the day as he dried (should not have to do that after $80 for gromming) once he was dry the areas he needed shaved were not done very well. His tail still had soap in it I had to actually rinse it again after it was dry and realized it was caked up with it. He was very calm for her and she bragged on how good he was so not sure why so much was disregarded. Was not what I expected from professional service and making the drive. I will just go back to bathing him myself and letting the vet shave him for $10. Pic of him in cart is after grooming can see he us wet. Cashier up front took a pic to on his phone sure can tell in it better how we he was better because I held him up. Wish I had that picture. He is normally very fluffy long haired maincoon.

We go to this location often to get our dog groomed by Blake. The grooming department all do a fantastic job and very nice. Blake does a great job with our fur baby and we have never been disappointed.

I usually go to the PetSmart in Germantown but because I wasn’t out in that area I decided to go to the closest one from my parents house. His groomer was Blake and although I understand you can accidentally clip a dog I wish I was made aware of it at the time of pickup. All he told me was that Zeus was good during the whole process.

I just had the worse experience with the grooming service. Blake was suppose to be my groomer but denied me. It was the passive aggressive i did not like. I hate to bring race into it, but i feel like that was the issue. I will be canceling all services with bansfield and petssmart.. I do not recommend this store

The grooming salon is amazing and always do a phenomenal job! All of them are great and have a passion for their job! Would highly recommend this location to anyone for their grooms. Tricia is the absolute best and provides great customer service, as does the entire crew - Blake, Amelia, Shannon, David, Melissa, and the rest! Thanks again! uwu

It was our first time in this location and we picked a Guinea pig for our son and the associate Makayla was very knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed to care completely for our new fur baby! she really cared for the animals and made us more comfortable understanding how to care for our New Guinea!. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and I’ve never had a problem. On January 2, 2023 I had an appointment to get my dog groomed and a bath. Upon my arrival the groomer Shannon C. did an assessment of my dog. Then she tells me that my dog has an ear infection and she would not be able to service her. I said okay, left the store and went straight to my Vet. Once the Vet checked her out he asked why did I think she had an ear infection. I told him about my encounter at PetSmart. He informed me that my dog did not have an ear infection. My intake on this situation is this, Shannon C. you are a groomer not a certified Veterinarian. Therefore, you can’t advise on the health of animals. PetSmart has lost a valuable customer.

I was looking for a small foldable crate that I could use when traveling. I like that I was able to take in my dog so that I could see which crate would best fit. I was able to get that done and the staff were very helpful when trying to figure out which size would be best.

Decent place for pet supplies, especially if you are within the East Memphis area. Normally well stocked, especially in terms of dog supplies. I frequent this location since it is situated around places I commonly shop/eat at (e.g. Target, Best Buy, and Chipotle).

Waited like 15 minutes for someone to come check for my online order, but lady was super nice.. cashier said she had no idea about online orders.. and that would have been fine if she had of been pleasant.. first time I'd ever went to pet smart also.. they only had 1 cashier with like 7 people inline and cashier was slow.. maybe that's why she wasn't pleasant.. hopefully maybe next time will be better

We love this PetSmart and so does our puppy. The staff has been very helpful and loving on our pup, they always offer him a treat and snuggle and he loves going there to visit! The store is always very clean, shelves are stocked and staff is knowledgable and kind!

I have never experienced a more caring, or helpful staff at this location. My entire experience over the last few weeks with a new bearded dragon has been nothing but excellent. I would like to thank Jessica personally. She has exceeded any customer service that I have ever experienced, anywhere. She genuinely cares & becomes a friend & go to for any questions, or reptile concerns. This store is amazing.

I am a regular customer. Dan and his team are awesome and friendly. It can be busy at times so you may have to wait for assistance, but everyone here is thorough and knowledgeable about the store. You won’t visit “the other pet store” after shopping here. It really feels like a locally owned establishment instead of a big box chain.
