Took Romeo in for a shampoo and Trim and CASSIDY took it upon herself to SHAVE him bald! What a bold and wicked act to take it upon yourself to shave someone else’s pet without their knowledge or consent! I am livid and disgusted at how casually she responded to ruining his hair and cutting his skin. He was also visibly SHAKING upon pick up. Please see his before and after below. Would not recommend this place to anyone for anything

I love PetSmart. The associates are always friendly , helpful , and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the store to anyone. I also love that I can meet all of my pets needs at PetSmart.

Very friendly staff but I don't think I will be sending my dog to PetSmart again. Due to the lack of communication from PetSmart I had to drive back home without my dog receiving her services. She is a 5 months old golden doodle and I have been bring her vaccinations for each visit up until now, but apparently I needed to bring confirmation of her rabies vaccination. Which is no problem at all but it would have been nice if they could have communicated that I needed to bring that information before getting to the appointment. I was asked to go home and bring it back but with the traffic and taking my dog and children home and then having to come back, that would have been a lot so I decided to go home and not return. If there is something specific that is really needed please reach out prior to the appointment.

Great store! My dog eats a prescription diet and they always have her food in stock. The store is always clean and the employees very friendly and super helpful. I forgot her prescription at home, and they were kind enough to look it up for me. I was still able to buy her food. So grateful!!

Today was my very first time going to the Petsmart location. My visit was enjoyable,everyone was so accommodating,accepting,informative and as a result of their willingness to assist. The sale was successful!, I would gladly return as well as recommend this establishment to my family and friends. Thanks to the amazing staff at Petsmart I am able to transport my dear Latte safely.

Great place to get what you need for your furbabies. All types of pet supplies. They offer grooming, boarding and even have a vet office inside. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been visiting this location pretty regularly since I got my puppy Braxton back in march. He goes to Doggie Day Camp at least twice a week, and he absolutely loves it. I love that they have teh same people working every time I go in, and they are always super friendly and helpful! My dog gets groomed here once a month as well, and we've tried 3 different groomers and I've been happy with the service every time.

Amber chopped my babies hair up. It was like she took shears and just cut straight across her body of hair. Being her first, this had me extremely upset. After I called management, she had me to come back and get her recut to fix the problem. I was given a refund as well. Although I wasn't happy getting her hair cut that short, I was happy that the male stylist fixed it. He was great.

Got 2 Oscar's the staff at the till was great but the lady on the fish counter felt like she was grilling my friend rather than just asking about her tank which I found odd as she was fine with the three people before us maybe she was just tired? Using an image of my friends oscar while we where cleaning

I order online then pick up in store. GREAT 👌 prices on furkid treats. A good shopping trip for my furkids. STILL a GRRREAT place to shop along with my furkids including Mr Pickles, my bearded dragon. Employees are helpful & nice too. It's GRRREAT. It was very busy, ALOT of customers and yet the employees were wonderful 😊☺️, helpful & caring

They are all super sweet. They did a great job grooming my dog. He hates having his feet messed with but he let them do them. It was the first time using them but I will be taking him back and bringing my other dog also.

The first time I took my large dog to get groomed we had a wonderful experience, the groomer did an amazing job, and was so wonderful with our boy Jax. However, when we returned to bring our smaller dog Buster to get groomed because we had such a good experience the first time, we were greeted by another groomer, who was young, and made it very clear that she did not want to put effort or time into her job. We have a Lhaso Apso/ Bichon mix and needed his hair cut short, unfortunately, he did have some matting to his ears but nothing major, because we do brush him frequently. The girl looked at him for two minutes and said we would need to take him to the vet to have the mats taken out of the ears before she could do anything to him. Even though we thought her attitude was standoffish and rude, we took him to the vet to have his ears examined. Our vet advised us that the mats were not terrible, and he was in no kind of medical issues due to it, the groomer said she felt his blood circulation was cut off due to the matting and our veterinarian laughed at what we told him the groomer said, then he confirmed that we probably just ran into a groomer who did not feel like working on that day and he suggested we find a different groomer , which we did with no problems. So due to that one experience, we will not be returning to Petsmart groomers

This was the first time I had my fur baby groomed at this location and I had a fantastic experience. I had specific request for my dog and they listened to my concerns. Blake did a great job grooming my dog. Thank you!We had to switch dog trainers and started receiving training from Dominique. There was such a big difference in the level of care and attention to detail that she has. Dominique genuinely wants to see every pet succeed in training. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. Honestly, I am glad we got the opportunity to train with her.

Dog training is terrible! The lady has no idea what she is talking about absolutely rude & literally no help at all.If you want to train your pet definitely go to Winchester Rd location they are amazing & very helpful definitely recommend them!

The gentleman that takes care of my Apollo is awesome. He loves animals and pays attention to details. He even gave my Apollo extra attention because he lost his brother Boss last year. He has been there a number of years and always took good care of both my boxers. Please give this young man a bonus or raise because he truly loves animals and this is more than just a job to him.
