My Springer Spaniel was groomed here today for the first time. The groomer did a FANTASTIC job. He had been hunting in South Dakota for the week prior. His hair was full of briars and in awful condition. I was not expecting him to come out looking as great as he does.Could not recommend them enough!

Hands down..Always the best. Staff is extremely nice and always go above and beyond. Starla is the best groomer ever and my dog loves her. She along with the other staff are very professional and Starla treats my dog as if it was hers. She does a great job & have grew my dog hair back and gave me great info on how to maintain it. I love the staff & my personal groomer Starla❤

Michelle and the other young lady (didn't get her name) did a phenomenal job grooming my two dogs! Their fur has never look or smelled so good. These ladies were both very pleasant to talk to and gentle and sensitive with our very anxious dogs. We will definitely be back for dog grooming!

I loved the way my pet looked and felt when I pick her up. She has problem with cages from a situation at Pet Smart. The young lady got her out and she was fine when I picked her up. I will get her groomed in a less busy time in the future so she does not have to go in a crate. She was not agitated when the lady bought her out. I thanked her.

We have been using this PetCo location for about 3 years for our 2 large Golden Doodles Grooming. They do a great job and have the lowest turnover of any chain groomers I've ever seen. The girls do a great job and take pride in their work.

If you are looking for a great groomer, look no further than Nikki at Petco Grooming. My dog has wild, really double coat and sensitive skin. Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable. The biggest bonus is that my dog, who is historically picky about her human handlers, adores Nikki and enjoys going to the groomer. Nikki gets all the puppy kisses and four stars!

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed last night at 6:15pm and they said they were closing early and we’d have to come back tomorrow. Little annoying but no big deal. I bring him back in at 11:30am today and wait at some podium for 20 minutes before a worker sees me and she informs me that I have to make an appointment for that. I told her I tried to make an appointment online the night before but there isn’t an option for just a nail trim and buff online so I figured it was just walk-in appointments since it takes all of 10 minutes. She said I have to call to make a nail trimming appointment. The website made no mention of that policy and no employees mentioned that to us last night when we came. Two trips to the store wasted. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Very unprofessional and lazy.

Your groomers are not customer service oriented. Your pricing is out of line. This is the second month in a row that I brought my dog in. Her weight has not deviated by more than a 1 lb. I was charged 30% more than quoted because of her weight. $120 for a bath and deshedding is ridiculous. Pick up system is bureaucratic and time consuming. Get a ticket from groomer, go stand in another line to pay and then again wait around to show “paid” receipt and then wait around for the pet to be brought out by the groomer. While the grooming is good but other factors say- Forget it. Not coming back

I feel as though the prices were way too expensive. I use Petco because my regular groomer was all booked up and I get the same services plus her nails trimmed for $40 and my dog leaves there with two bow ribbons in her hair.

Every time I come there, more charges are added on. I typically pay around 85.00 each trip. I was quoted 95.00 this trip when booked online and added the teeth brushing this time. When I got to the salon, it was 86.00, they added a scissors fee of 15.00 and then wanted 26.00 for teeth brushing on top of that when online said it was 12.00. I wound up paying 110.00 and they didn’t even bathe my dog. I was already getting fed up with the extra charges, but now I’m cutting loose from Petco grooming.

Scheduled a dog grooming over a week in advance and they confirmed the appointment. A week later I got a call saying “we won’t have a groomer that day”....I’m sorry but why did you accept a reservation then? And they told me less than 48 hours before my appointment so making other arrangements for that day was impossible. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
