Pretty alright experience. We ordered and the young lady was very nice . Service was exceptional. Tables were clean and there were plenty of seats available when I went. Food was fine I suppose. I ordered a whole ceaser salad and Mac and cheese. The salad had a lot of pieces of lettuce that were already old and sad. The Mac and cheese was good but looked like it was microwaved. Not sure if it actually was. My partner had flatbread pepperoni pizza which he enjoyed. We both got agave lemonade ❤️. Overall liked it just wished the salad was fresher.

OK, this was my first time, and I was eager to try the Fuji Apple chicken salad! I o6the salad and the pepperoni sub sandwich. I got home and got situated. I opened my bag, and I took my salad out. It looked delicious and Boy was I ready! As I looked at the salad, I noticed that something was missing on my salad. I picked it up to inspect it, I looked from the top to the bottom. I even tossed the salad inside the container. Then I noticed the receipt stabled to the bag; that's even it hit me. The darn chicken was missing, I was really disappointed 😞. I checked my sandwich, and it appeared to be ok. I called the store and explained that I didn't have any chicken on my salad. The manager apologized for the mishap and offered me a refund for my salad. The salad wasn't bad, and the sandwich was tasty.Signed: This chick was missing her chicken.

My wife had the chicken sausage and pepperoni flat bread which she thought was pretty good. I had the bacon turkey bravo sandwich which was great. The bacon and smoked gouda paired well with the tomatoes and greens, very tasty! Order was prepared fairly quickly and it was a nice dining experience. I wanted some broccoli cheddar soup but they were out, this sort of thing should not happen.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I placed an Ubereats order for a tuna sandwhich soon after they opened in the morning (around 6:20am).But, prior to placing this order, i called the store and confirmed the bread used on this tuna sandwhich could be the original bread - the one in the PICTURES - and not typical low quality bread slices (i’ve received before). Additionally, i requested pickles (the fellow says it already comes with pickles). I assure him again “this is just a reminder so you don’t forget”.My order comes and it doesn’t come with pickles and trashy soggy bread is used. The worker blatantly lied on the phone. I will never eat here again.

Ready for a healthy upscale lunch. ? You can do pretty good here and stay on your diet. But still you can get a plentiful meal. I choose their signature chicken sandwich and dove in for the Spivey version. My partner selected the chicken salad sandwich and opted for the 99 cent cookie. Overall I was pleased and will be back. Still have more venues to explor e in the area first.

This location must be under new mgmt. Poor management. The manager is NOT local and the restaurant has gone to he!!. Our large chicken salad ($12) was not even half full and my sweet tea has tons of unknown substance floating all inside. Reached out to mgmt and he is hiding. No word back and he said he was going to send us a gift card in the mail. This was 2 months ago. You can keep your gift card. I wouldn’t ever go back to this nasty place again. If your tea urns are that nasty….. then I can only imagine how filthy your kitchens must be too.

Food is good but inconsistent & sparse for the price. I loved the chicken noodle soup once but 2nd time it was just liquid w/ almost no chicken or veggies. Sandwiches I have tried are excellent, but have only tried a limited few because of very high price--and then I order HALF sandwich only. I only order them when I have a discount coupon on my phone app. They have reduced $2 discount coupon to $1, so I don't order as often. I would love to try their chicken sandwich or baguette sandwiches, but they generally run over $13 before tax, so I have yet to try them. Tax in Memphis is 9.75%, so $15 is more than I can spend for a lunch sandwich. I love their MONTHLY SIP CLUB, which allows me to come in daily, sign in at the kiosk or at the front register with Mr Craig, & get my coffee from coffee station or cold soda at the fountain. That said, on the days Mr Craig is off, or after he leaves for the day, the coffee & creamers are not well monitored. You will find 1 or 2 of their 4 coffee urns totally out, or the coffee has been there so long it has turned cold or bitter. I'm not a picky coffee drinker. If dark coffee is out, I'll try light coffee. Or even hazelnut. But I sometimes find them very weak or watered down. I think the newer employees are not trained in making the coffee, so one variety or more will be either too weak or too strong, but generally too weak. If it's too weak, I have to pour it out & try another variety of the 4. (Dark, light, hazelnut, or decaf.) Creamer pitchers are not well monitored either, so they're frequently out. I prefer a little cream in my coffee; don't care for black coffee. If there's no cream, I'd rather just drink a cold soda from the soda fountain. I only tried their SUPER-CHARGED LEMONADE drink once. There are 3 flavors. I tried the mango-whatever. It was WAY too sweet for me. I didn't have a problem with all the caffeine because it was so sweet, I couldn't drink it. If I try again, I'll get the large cup & fill with ice & 2 inches of water before they put the drink in. (My particular restaurant has kept those drinks behind the register from early on. It was more an issue with people stealing drinks than it was trying to limit customers' caffeine intake.) That would dilute it to a tolerable sweetness for me, while at the same time lessening the caffeine I'm getting from the "supercharged lemonade" drink. BAGELS are good but I have a problem with them calling it an Asiago bagel or cinnamon crunch bagel because those are NOT actually bagels. Call it a "roll" or some other name. THOSE ARE NOT BAGELS. Some days they are sold out of bagels by 10am. I don't know if they make fewer bagels on some days, but that seems awfully early to be out for the day. They do run half-off a dozen bagels on TUESDAY ONLY, so it makes sense if they sell out early on Tuesdays but not on other days. They are across street from a large church, so the church crowd will cause them to run low or out of bagels & pastries on Sundays. They are around the corner from public high school & private girls schools, so for a couple of weeks at exam time, you won't find a seat in the place because it's packed with high school students. RESTROOMS: ladies room needs attention on stall doors. Small stall needs door REVERSED so it opens OUT. Otherwise you can barely open door to get in or out of the stall. Larger stall needs lock hardware adjusted or replaced because it doesn't stay in closed position so someone will open door on you. START TOILET PAPER before placing in dispenser. SCENT things need to be removed. Covering up bathroom odors with worse odors is not helpful. A couple of the scents aren't bad but most are so overpowering they almost make you nauseous. PHONE APP: They are running a promo for entire month of January. $1 for cup of soup if ordered on the app with another entree item. I got it to work ONCE & then it took me hours to figure it out. Since then it always says invalid promo code. Code is the word soup, so it's simple, but it's no longer working. REACHED CHARACTER LIMIT.Parking: Large shopping center so plenty of free parking except on Sundays. Church members from large church across street park at Panera, so between 9:00am & 1:00pm on Sunday, you will have to search for a parking spot.

This location was very easy to find. It had plenty of parking for customers. Inside it was kinda small and cozy. But the service was good. It was my first time eating here. The selection on the menu was ok it had sandwiches and soups, salads and bagels pasties. I got the pick 2 selection with the broccoli and cheese soup and a tuna sandwich. It was made in a good time. I will try this restaurant again soon. Also they have free wi fi for their customers.

Dirty place, bad service, bad food. Literally all tables were dirty, there were no napkins, the restrooms were horrible. I asked for a Caesar Salad and the croutons were horrible. On top of that, they put a pice of hard, old bread next to the ugly salad. Don’t know if employees in this place are underpaid or what the issue is but the standard of service is pretty low.

This place is filthy. So gross . Everyone who works here are not practicing safe hygiene . Girl sneezed at register did not wash hands. The floors might as well be dirt .

I had a nice lunch here today. The employees were very gracious and friendly. This location can get a little crowded, but the wait wasn’t long and there was ample seating available.

My experience Sunday morning was ridiculous in pickup area. The two young girls where very rude and unprofessional trying to talk under their breath with smart mouthed. First off learn to acknowledge customers and loose attitudes. If dont want to work STAY AT HOME. I stood 10 to 15 minutes before asked what I needed. Second learn to respect adults and don't be unprofessional. They definitely should learn customer service/people skills before working in a restaurant or anywhere else.

I had an amazing breakfast here. The croissant had a similar taste with the ones that I have tried in France.

The experience at this location has been a bit inconsistent of late. The recent visit was for breakfast. The employee working the register had waist length hair that was not pulled back or up and continued falling forward toward the food. Waiting to order, she was trying to cut a bagel - instead of putting in a cutting machine like other locations, she was trying to cut by hand and was completely smashing the bagel on the counter trying to do it. The scene was all very unappetizing. We made sure we ordered cooked food to ensure so our food was handled by another area. It's a nice location; there was a stack of equipment sitting to the side of the dining room, so I hope they are working on improvements throughout.

I am giving 1 because CUSTOMER SERVICE can't pay with $100.00 in this store, we spend around $73.00. The manager was argue instead to help and resolve the situation. We are investigating about the policies, because the Manager pointed one of the policies is not to receive $100.00 bill. The place in this location is a mess and dirty.

Prices were too high for a sandwich and chips plus drink. Two people over 40$ to eat there. Under tables was trash, food particles and dirt. A/C vents had crud buildup on them. Place needs a deep clean for sure. Not recommended as a good place to dine. And no discounts.

Met my mom here for coffee several weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. I had a ginormous cinnamon bun and she enjoyed her salad (I'm not exactly sure which salad it was) we'll most definitely be repeat customersParking: Service was friendly and the little outside area was perfect for a cool Spring evening chit-chat with mom🙂
