This was my first time visiting this store and I had such a pleasant experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The front end manager (AA female) helped me find baking powder. Everyone was nice and pleasant and the store was very neat and clean and carried a variety of groceries and products.I absolutely love the Halloween 🎃 painting on the store front. It was safe and has plenty of parking. I highly recommended shopping at this location.

This store is always busy, and the checkout lines actually have people at them. Prices aren't rock bottom cheap but not outrageous. Great selection of products. The employees have always been helpful and friendly.

Huge selection of Beer! Some very unique ones! If you’re looking for some awesome alcoholic gifts of Beer, this is your place!!! The store was a little dingy, but the staff was super nice, even with their lines being super long!

Well stocked after the bad weather. Clean environment and caring cashier's and staff thru out the store to assist you. I was feeling sick and I was so glad to find a bench up front to rest. The cashier noticed I wasn't feeling well and asked me. Overall wholesome pleasant shopping environment.

It's okay. I live like a block from it so of course I will go there often. The place is like 6/10 on cleanliness. It just looks kinda old and run down. Especially their produce and meats areas. Definitely a different kind of grocery experience due to the focus on low income consumers. Problem is they aren't the cheapest on many goods like you would think so be aware of that when you are shopping, especially since they will tack on an extra 10% to your entire final bill. Definitely cheaper overall than Kroger for instance, but sometimes their sales on specific items is cheaper. And Aldi is way cheaper than anyone else by a mile. I usually go here when I can't get what I need from Aldi. The cashiers are all extremely friendly though compared to anywhere else. No self checkout counters. I dunno, it's worth going to for cheaper private label brands they carry, just be prepared as there is a kinda "cheapo" feeling for a lot of the products and displays they have in the store. The savings can be totally worth it, just try to comparison shop as I said not everything is a good deal. Oh and their parking lot is really grimy. There is litter and potholes everywhere and because of the clientele lots of rundown cars and people just chilling in their cars there.

They have all the hard to find items and rarities. Some items are placed in places that look junky, so even tho I may want it, I bypass it. Some well most stuff is a tad bit pricey coupled with that 10% at the end of the bill..but hey! If you are looking for something, I bet they have it. And the cashiers are nice.

Best kept grocery shopping secret in Memphis. Big store, selection and variety far superior to anything else in the area. Unusual/specialty items, exotic ingredients=quality reminiscent of Montesi's. Always has what im looking for. Less expensive than Kroger.

This grocery store and their prices made me want to move to Memphis and leave high price California, lol! It was clean, their prices were super cheap (i got a 12 pack of Pepsi for the low, lol) and everyone greeted you with a hello or a hi and have a great day! I love their hospitality in the south ❤️

My complaint is the smell inside Cash Saver, especially the one closest to me on Madison Ave. And I also don't like how they refuse to give you a discount on already expired foods. They have the nerve to sell it at full price still. I only get my Wright's Brothers bacon, yellow or white onions, bag of celery, Dole's coleslaw, generic coleslaw mix, and small bags of chips. Occasionally, I will buy certain sale items, like paper towels, Duncan Hines cake mix and frosting, and Little Debbie snack cakes. You don't save much to me, especially if you purchase a basket full of groceries.Update: I very recently came only to buy pancake syrup by Country Kitchen (my fave). I like to bring my own shopping bags and was almost where the pancakes and syrup were when I heard a male's voice trying to get my attention. When I turned around, it was a security officer shining a flashlight at me trying to make sure I heard him. I was the only one on that aisle so there was really no need to shine a flashlight at me.🤷🏿‍♀️ Anyway, he goes on to tell me that I can't have my bag (reusable bag) while I shop. I told him that was absurd because plenty of people use them who don't want to use plastic bags when they shop. He insisted that they were not allowed and wanted me to follow him to go find somebody else who would tell me the same. I told him to forget about it and that I was leaving. I didn't need the syrup that badly and was a bit irritated after that.In addition, I have really decreased how often I shop here over the years anyway as I don't live near Madison Ave. anymore like I did years ago. Now, all I do buy, if I do shop here, is that Country Kitchen butter syrup and maybe some cake mixes. I don't get Wright's Bros bacon anymore because it's gotten too expensive.Please note: This location needs to redo their floors badly.

I dislike the extra 10% the store charges on top of the state tax and your groceries! So they have low prices but you pay what you are thinking you are saving on the back end!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Love the store they carry all the foods from my childhood that many of the bigger names stores ie: Kroger's carry. The items still exist. On the other hand a 10% extra charge on your groceries is ridiculous. Other stores in the same area does not do that, but of course there is an excuse.

Like shopping here , find good prices and have items cant find other stores. plus they have a hot food, sit down spot. Good deli and fresh made salads, everyone is very nice and helpful Employees.

I don't shop there often but this trip was different. I was missing two bags of groceries that one of their sackers moved. I can say when I got back the managers went over and beyond to make sure I got all my groceries. They replaced everything. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.

I went to the one day sale, got there at 6 when open picked up everything on my list and was back home by 7am☺️😄🙂 5-6-22 great place to grocery shop! As of 12-21-22 absolutely the best grocery prices in the City 🏙️

Visited this store on 4/11/2020 to get groceries, which I frequent this store often, only to find they are trying to charge $14.98 for some eggs that are usually around $3.50, then the smaller cartons priced at around $6 this is ridiculous as hell. Price gouging at it's best!!! Also I purchased a jug of tea and after getting home and my husband drank some realizing a thick film inside, I looked at the date and it was dated 3/30/2020. I can't see how so many associates working on the floor everytime I've visited could miss something like this.

Bought lunch from the Deli department. The server asked if I had enough on my plate. That was nice of him. I had plenty. The cashier was friendly and the line moved at a moderate pace.

I miss Piggly wiggly, but this is an ok spot. They have a great beer selection from breweries all over the south and beyond. Like a whole aisle of craft beer. They also carry Faygo in various flavors. I can't leave without stocking up on pickled eggs and pickled pigs feet.

My issue with Cash Saver is when cutting your meats oftentimes they don't clean the meat cutter after cutting pork or even cheese. Also, some of the staff are rude when making this request. I do feel that most of the staff who assist have not been trained properly.

Wide selection of food and grocery products. Good Deli. Growler station, and large beer selection. The store has an urban feel, but it has human checkers who are helpful and friendly. Upgraded to 5 stars.

Rude cashier morning breakfast....if u like I still posse both cashier receipts on different days.......I usually don't ask for jelly....cashier is in intelligent...refuse to get nor claim nothing about jelly packets..probably hatred being at work...horrible...BIG WHOOPEE FOR U HAHAHA!!!!!! I actually never went inside. A friend of a friend needed some last minute groceries, so I waited in the vehicle while she did her shopping. However, from what I could see the parking lot was clean and spacious.

This use to be a good establishment. The deli breakfast was a hit even with the questionable patrons and workers. Koodoos to the new deli setup. However be warned. The female cashier is very angry and rude individual. Beware of the price discrepancies in this location. For instance, You will be charge $6.97/pound for 2 pieces of chicken. The price will be $4.47/pound if you add little eggs or grifts. Then again, it's cheaper to get a 8-piece.
