I have always been a fan of Marshall’s - and this is just another location in the Memphis area. This is one of the best that I have been to so far. The store is neat, and clean and very organised. All the sections have a very niche collection. Overall the store’s stock is great. The staff work here are very helpful and efficient. I can’t recommend more.

Stopped in here to get a couple of beanies before a trip to NYC. The ladies who worked there were so polite and willing to help. Greeted me with a smile. Good selection of beanies too at a great price.

Rude employees will talk negatively about you(customer) to other employees (stockers) loudly. Petty behavior nothing professional about it. Date and time; nov 20, 4:20 they’re driving customers away. So far cashiers are good. Been shopping here for the past two years never had an issue with them.

I have one problem the men restrooms flushing toilet is clogged up a old white man was coming out of the restroom did that to the toilet. The thingly for the gojo soap plastic pouch holder installed on the wall borken off disappointed of the employees someone else has to fix it.

This is one of THE BEST Marshall's Stores in the city, no doubt! They ALWAYS have a HUGE selection of women's accessories, shoes, handbags, clothing, hair products, styling tools and makeup, housewares, furniture and decorative items, as well as clothes and shoes for the whole family, specialty treats and candies and pet goodies! I always save more than I spend, and I ALWAYS get amazing items at GREAT PRICES!! TODAY WAS NO EXCEPTION! (2 beautiful Spring/Summer dresses, 1 lovely white linen Pancho styled ?jacket?, a pair of Unisa white- jeweled thong sandals, a navy and white ankle length tye-dyed baby- soft dress, light blue "girlfriend" styled recycled jeans, an oversized make up carryall, a rose gold necklace with an aquamarine stone, a 128 symbol felt board for at home craft sign making, triple-walled insulated cup with accessories and 3 large reusable shipping bags and shortbread cookies ( not pictured😉) -> all for 150 and change

Went here for a quick walk through and it appeared very neat. Things were easy to find and the associated were available to help. The organization was tremendous. Ineed to go back to get a few things Isaw but didn't have time to purchase. One of the bathrooms were out of order hopefully they got it fixed by now because it was an inconvenience.

Went yesterday on October 20, I did have about 10 things that I brought back only for a store refund because I love Marshall’s. I do have a son at the age that he ONLY wants brand name clothes & etc. so I did mixed up 2 tags. I could tell the teller wasn’t very happy, so I was apologizing the whole time.So I went to start shopping for my son & had a question on the receipt for my return & while I was in like I overheard both my cashier & another woman talking about my transaction, saying I brought in a garbage & (teller) telling her that ALL THE TAGS WERE WRONG. So not causing a scene, I just said I heard everything y’all were saying about me. Oh when I get upset I start crying so of course I did.LONG STORY SHORT I HAVE A VIDEO OF EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED SO IT DEFINITIVELY WILL BE GOING TO THEIR MANAGER and On YouTube

There weren't any clothes in the boys section. I looked for 4t-5t sizes & they didn't have anything. They had plenty of girls clothes but I don't have a daughter.

I should make this review 4 stars from how much it cost me haha. Just kidding. There is a lot of different things here that are at good prices. I found one thing, then another, then another and finally left with a full shopping cart full. It was a lot nicer than expected inside and I will definitely be going back again to see what else I can find.

Security very rude ..haven't been there in years he timed my room mate and said something to her ..we were there for 1 1/2 hours..needless to say we left and dud not buy anything...also and over loud speaker for everyone to stay.away.from yellow taped area ..ceiling could fall at any time...they must be wanting law suits...

This location is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are especially diligent with the "new" requirements. One entrance to enter and the opposite side for exit. Masks on employees and customers and they were wiping down and disinfecting the shopping carts and at checkout after each transaction. I had an excellent experience without getting to the point of annoying.

I like Marshalls because I can count on being able to find lots of different clothes in the size, colors and styles that I wear. And at a GREAT price. Every employee is always smiling and never acts like they're being bothered by questions and I've never been rushed out if it's close to closing. For less than 150 dollars I bought a HUGE bag full of goodies not only but including a pair of jeans that retail for 100 dollars for only $20 and 25 felt clothes hangers for a lot less than what I usually pay for them at that OTHER store I shop in. I bought makeup, moisturizers, nail care, kitchen items 2 pair of pants, 3 shirts and 2 cute under my clothes items. Try that at that mall for$150 or less. The store was clean with everything displayed attractively and there wasn't any debris or clothes left on the floor like so many other places these days. Why pay retail?
