Zero stars!! This store has the worst associate behavior I have ever witnessed in a store. One particular associate talked down to me and mouthed off the entire time I was in self-checkout, saying how I was keeping him from getting off work on time. It wasn't like I stayed in there after closing. I was literally in line to check out at 1 minute until closing. Initially, they told us we could not check out, but then the manager said that we could since we were already in line. They only had one self-check register opened, so of course it took a minute for the 2 or 3 customers to check out. Meantime, about 5 associates were just standing around doing nothing. And the manager refused to do or say anything to the associate about his behavior! I will never buy anything from this Lowe's again!

Great place, everyone busy, employees friendly. There was one young man that Really impressed me being retired from retail management to see he helped me with his open friendly greeting and answered my questions with confidence and knowledge of said product and it's location to the point. It warmed my heart to see that there was still some that still are proud of their work

Can't pay cash. Nobody competent to help out. You're better off grabbing what you need off the shelf and walking out the door. Incompetence from the top down. Don't waste your time and stop at Home Depot instead.

Having worked security for more years than I want to think about, I had seen where they kept shrink down by having enough staff to help customers.I arrived in the 1100 hour on a Monday, and am in the market for a fuel pump for my lawnmower.Now, I have checked online, and have seen the store name, so I went to grab one.I entered, and went to customer service, where one woman was helping a man, and there were three other employees working with packages in carts, ignoring walk ups.I see a couple of boxed mowers, and finally locate a woman by the generators, and when I ask about mower parts, "we don't sell many, what we have are there, pointing.With the poorly lit area, I didn't see what I was looking for, and left, heading for a nearby competitor.

I’ve shopped at this Lowe’s on a regular basis for the last 18 years and spent tons of money here. After last night, NEVER again. We arrived 10-15 minutes before close to quickly grab a couple items, not leisurely shop. We grabbed what we needed and headed to the checkout, walking up as the clock hit 8:00 (closing time). The only registers available were at self checkout and there was a line. Other people were walking to the registers too. The self checkout employee turned off one of the two registers and proceeded to tell me and the customer in front of me to park our baskets and leave them because we would not be allowed to check out. I asked for the manager who then walked up and instructed the employee to let us check out since we were already in line. The employee argued with the manager, stating that we had “baskets full of stuff.” 1.) Our basket had 3 plastic totes, 2 bags of soil, and a box of leaf bags. (6 items total). The customer in front of us had a small number of items also; 2.) You shut down one of the two open registers after we walked up, making the process take longer; 3.) I am a PAYING customer and my purchase goes toward your salary and keeping the business running. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?The employee continued to run off at the mouth about his displeasure of having to check people out after 8:00. He began arguing with us about the matter in front of his manager, who said nothing to him. I told him I would never spend another dime in the store and the employee said he didn’t care. I asked him what his name was, since he wasn’t wearing a name tag. He told me he wasn’t going to tell me his name and turned his back, right in front of the manager.I told the manager (Rob) that I wanted the employee’s name because I was calling corporate. He also refused to tell me the employee’s name.After we walked out, Rob came outside and quietly told us that he was sorry about the situation and the employee’s name was “Jay.” Rob clearly did not have control of the situation or his employees. He acted like he was scared to take our side in front of his employee. After I told him it was ridiculous to kick people out the minute the store closes and refuse to check them out, he also began defending the process, saying “that’s why they start announcing the closing time 45 minutes before.” I have never seen a store operate this way in my life.I’ve seen people walk out of this store numerous times with baskets full of stolen merchandise. I’ve even provided this Lowe’s with pictures of people and tag numbers of people that I saw walking out without paying. Nothing is said to the thieves at all but if you’re a paying customer, they have no time or respect for you.I was already disgusted with how this store has rats running all over the bird seed area, the theft, the lack of employee assistance and bad attitudes, how they are frequently out of items I need, etc. but this sealed the deal. I will never return.

Ordered 20 sheets of drywall with the site saying over 300 were in stock. Got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I went and waited for over an hour. 10 minutes before they close they tell me they don't have ANY 1/4" sheets of drywall in stock. Now I have to wait several days for a refund. While I waited I saw 2 different people walk out of the store with baskets full of tools and nobody did anything. Security couldn't care less. Absolutely useless. The second guy hit a small 6-7 year old child with his cart full of table saws and other tools. Knocked him right to the floor, hard. Once again security just watched as he pushed the cart through several employees who were standing around by the door doing anything but working while he proceeded to casually load up his car and leave. The place is disgusting. This happened right before closing on 12/20/23. All these stores are like this these days. What is going on?

My husband had a curbside pickup on November 20th,2023 Monday around 2:24pm which was ready and it took over 15 minutes to receive it had to go in store and ask what was going on that they were taking forever for my order to be brought outside . Even getting down and going in person when it was supposed to be a pickup only their was a wait , delay with my order . Their was plenty of workers and not a lot of customers don’t understand why this occurred . Please understand others valuable time and know that if nothing is being said to the customer in regards of their order or for whatever might be happening the customer needs to be aware first . Was disappointed with my curbside order that ended being with my husband having to get down and ask and see in regards of his order . By the way it was a pickup for wood

Tyson and Tijuana went above and beyond helping us aquiring our Christmas decorations. Tyson was climbing and grabbing ladders etc and price checking and escorting us around, he was truly working way above his pay grade. Its nice to have employees wanting to spread the holiday spirit. We went in for extension cords and came out with a ton of Christmas decor.

In my humble opinion I keep going back and forth between Lowe’s and Home Depot.It seems Lowe’s in fact let’s me down more; I’ve had issues with paint problems due to store staffs fault.Flowers I bought from there weren’t as they appeared, taken care of well, and the mgr wouldn’t discount them.Most recently, I was looking for a particular pole saw & their site insisted they had the one I decided upon.When I got there they said “no we only have these and that’s at all the stores around here” …I didn’t even bother getting into it I just left.Left that time knowing I won’t be back for some time.

I only needed a duplicate key made. Apparently only do-it yourself machines are available. Not a skill I choose to learn. I could not find an associate between there to the exit to ask for assistance and didn't feel like going back to returns desk at the entrance to look for someone.

Always love getting plants that the store has put on sale due to they are not thriving anymore. I love the challenge of trying to bring them back to life. Purchased for half price which helps the budget.

Terrible customer service no registers open and only half of self checkout open. Last time I saw a register open ( months ago) they refused to check people out. This time I just grew my things down I wanted and left I saw another guy doing the same it's not worth the waste of time to even go inside this location. Useless employees

Went for kitchen tile and bathroom tile for my mom'shouse. Very wide selection. However if shopping for someone else and think you may need to call them? No luck. There is no signal in the building except near the registers. Can't send pictures either. Make sure to get what you need when there because the return trip may prove very unfruitful. Supplies leave rather rapidly

Zero stars. Home Depot is bad, but this place is worse. I drive three times as far to go to HD because this Lowe's is so terrible.Customer service is non-existent, self-checkout is a nightmare, and their system always has issues.

I met Lisa, who was an absolute jewel at the Home Decor section where they sell Walls and Shudders, and she met my needs. I had to come back to trim more off the blinds I purchased, she was supposed to be getting off but still helped me. She even helped me purchase a drill for my diy project.

I ordered lumber and hardware from Lowe's to replace a 25' section of privacy fence and a gate. I don't have a large vehicle, so I had to have the order delivered even though I have a Lowe's about four miles from the house. That's when the bad news started: Lowe's charged me $79 to deliver basically a pickup load of lumber, and couldn't deliver it for almost three weeks.So I ordered and waited. Yesterday, part of the order showed up. The rest is supposed to be here in ten additional days.After I popped the straps off of the delivery, I realized that Lowe's had sent me every fence picket that they couldn't sell otherwise. One was twisted. Several were either cracked or had loose knots in them. And a lot were dark brown with the three strap marks on them that the pickets get from being on the outside of the pallet. Nothing makes a wood privacy fence pop like strap marks.So after paying $79 for delivery, I had to return 31 of 50 pickets and two of six 2×4×8' boards. It took me two trips in my wife's Honda Fit, and the 2×4s had to stick out the passenger window.UPDATE 8/20: After spending a half hour on the phone and using the worst chat program ever written, I'm not any closer to getting this resolved. The remainder of my delivery is now scheduled for September. I'm trying to cancel the delivery and have the remaining items held at a Lowe's store so I can pick them up myself. Stay tuned...UPDATE: 9/17: Missing order items are now estimated to be delivered on October 13. I've tried to cancel delivery of all remaining items twice, to no avail. I was charged for all items in July. Since then, I've purchased the missing items and will finish the fence this week. If Lowe's stays true to form, I'll have to fight for months to get my money refunded.Absolutely abysmal customer service.UPDATE:9/19: I see the stock reply has been posted from Lowe's. On the off-chance they happen to read this, please be advised that I have contacted the posted number twice, along with using the Lowe's chat program. I have been assured on two occasions that the local store would be notified, and that a manager would call within 24 hours. No manager ever called.Not sure what else there is to talk about. I'd like my money to be refunded on the items that Lowe's never delivered, but that transaction seems to be way over the heads of everybody at Lowe's I've spoken to and chatted with online.

First of all the appliance area is always unattended. An hour will pass by before you are even helped. We had to keep rescheduling the delivery because the delivery men always had an excuse. When they finally dropped the items off they claimed they couldn't install it because they didn't have the things to do so and an item was damaged. Terrible customer service and lazy employees.

Not only was I not given the full details of the appearance of my refrigerator, I waited on hold for an hour trying to reschedule it for delivery which was to rectify an error that THEY made. Poor service all around.

Although my first Lowes stop is usually our neighborhood one, the Perkins Lowes is #2 due to the location near family. As with most businesses these days, good and enough help is hard to find. But when we do find help at this Lowes, they are typically helpful, and the cashiers are always fast and friendly. While my husband gets "lost" elsewhere, I can be found in plants. Whether we need them or not, a plant or two in the Spring or Summer usually finds a home with us. When this Lowes marks their outdoor plants on clearance, there is a good selection and not plants which should have been trashed - like some of their competion. See my pics for perennials purchased from this Lowes that have come back one and two seasons purchased on clearance as well as one of two Texas Lilac trees we've had for three years.

Someone broke into my truck in broad daylight while security was driving around and two MPD Sky Cop cameras on the premises. No one saw anything. Police responded hours later but were no help. Never shopping at this location again. Be warned ⚠️

I bought a refrigerator with ice maker addition. Delivered refrigerator 12/23 without ice maker. So far i have made hours worth of phone calls on hold, trips to store, and have had several no shows to have ice maker installed. No follow ups, etc. Just start the process anew every time. Went ahead a brought the ice maker from store. Still waiting for service 1-6 and counting........

The worst customer service I’ve experienced - even with management. Even though this store is closer to my home, I travel to the Lowe’s on hwy 64 to avoid the negativity I’ve experienced here.

I believe this place requires it's employees to be the most rude and obnoxious people in Memphis Tennessee the place wouldn't hire a person with good customer service! I'd give them a negative 200 if it were offered. I have never in my life been spoken to in the manner these people speak to customers, and to think we pay their salaries! I left my things at the register and went toHome Depot!

The most ghetto Lowe’s in all of Memphis. I counted 8 employees standing around the prop desk smoking a joking while there was a line of at least 10 contractors waiting for one cashier. Employees bumping into you, not even noticing your there. TERIBBLE PLACE.

Absolutely appalling. It’s been almost 5 months (signed contract 11/05/2022) and I still have not received all my windows nor have any been installed (3/5/2023)Cameron Roberson “the contractor through Lowe’s who sold us the windows” has dropped off the map. He will hang up on us anytime installers, myself, or Lowe’s calls and won’t return calls. Lowe’s keeps 0 communication with customers. I’ve had to make all the calls, emails, go in person. Shalonda Moore “assistant store manager” keeps telling me they will call me. Melvin “the store manager” keeps hanging up on us. $5,000 and nothing has been done. Ridiculous! Buyer beware of this location!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. How hard is it to deliver 6 non-broken windows and install them?! District management needs to do an overhaul.Update 03/29/2023: Still no updates. Still no windows. Still no installations.Update 04/03/203: 96 hours after I've been told I'll be contacted in 24-48 hours. Still no calls, no emails, no snail mail, no knocks on my door. Buyers should just go to Home Depot and learn from my mistake. Lowe's won't help you. This location can't do their job.Figured I'd post my last update 11/14/2023: Took Lowes until 06/10/2023 to finally order the windows and install them all. We had to track down district management phone number and email and get his involvement in order to get any movement because come to find out, no one ordered our windows. After months of back and forth of wasted time. They just kept telling us they were ordered. We were never even offered any type of refund or reimbursement in the end. They were just going to take our money and run if we didn't speak to regional manager. Don't do it folks. Stay away from this location.
