Our flight was delayed and Delta gave us $15 vouchers to use at Memphis airport. We looked at all the places and chose Lennys. I had the Italian done Lenny’s way. I was expecting your typically bad airport food, however what a pleasant surprise. it was really good, much better than most fast food sandwich shops.My wife had the chicken salad which looked good and she said was good.

Worst experience at Lenny’s Sub, after making an order I went to pay for my food, to my surprise my card was declined. I went to check on account and the account showed that the charge was made and I show the cashier. The cashier, then told me that the charge was adding to my account and not taking away from it because there was not a negative in front of the charged. I attempted to tell her that the charge is adding to my account because I was making a purchase with my card and not making a payment to my account therefore you will not see a negative on a purchase made. But before I could get my words across, the cashier raise their voice and told me to either make the payment or leave. My flight was coming up soon so I just left the place of business because it was not worth talking to a brick wall.

Waited for 20 min in the Line with other people when the sign said order at register and no one came to register. Finally went to kiosk but people in back of line beat people in front to kiosk. No one ever came out to take orders. Finally placed my order at kiosk and the sandwich I ordered I found out after paying they didn't have available. Please hire staff to have someone always at the front or put the kiosk sign on so guests aren't waiting around for someone to come out and take their order.

This is the best Lenny's in the city. Their sandwiches are good any time of day at the airport. The bacon is extra crispy in the morning and the sandwiches are always on fresh bread.Always a hit at the airport!

Everyone raves about their great sandwich’s so I was anxious to try one. Because of flight time I had to take my sandwich on the plane to eat. The sandwich was a mess, turkey and cheese sloppily thrown on a stale roll which was falling apart in pieces. What I tasted was good but I gave up trying to reassemble the sandwich and threw it away. Highly disappointed!

ORDERED MY SANDWICH IN THE MEMPHIS AIRPORT.. GET ON MY FLIGHT TO DALLAS ONLY TO GET HOME AND IT'S A LONG A$$ HAIR IN MY SANDWICH!!!! THERES NO LENNY'S HERE AND I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO MY FOOD!!! I had to get a quick bite while going to my gate at the airport. The line at Chick-Fil-A was long, as expected so I opted for Lenny’s. It was early and I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. It took 15 minutes with almost no one else in line. But that’s to be expected in an airport, right? When I got it, the hash brown patty was cold and not even cooked. It was still cold in the middle from being frozen. The ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was pretty good. I went to tell the cashier about the hash brown but she became nonexistent as if the place had hurriedly closed. It just seems that the airport versions of most franchises aren’t nearly as good as the regular ones.

If I could give zero I would.Got only 25% my order (missing drink, chips, and cookie)!Got the wrong meat cause they ran out.Took over 45 minutes. And the line organization is non existent!Go to chik fil a if you can. This place doesn't deserve your money!

Good Morning Team Lennys. I want to share an amazing experience with your location at the Memphis International Airport. I came in having a bad morning and then the magic happened. I met Denise… not sure her last name.. I shared with her some information that I learned to do with people, and that’s 3 simple words. Make A Difference. She made a difference this morning. She had me laughing and smiling before I walked away. Amazing service and great food!!

Staff was not very friendly. Cashier was rude and snotty. Was having personal conversations with everyone else while taking my order and started speaking to me like a toddler when she was not clear about asking a question with my order. Had my bag shoved at me with an eye roll after they gave me only part of my order. Everyone makes mistakes, but I don't appreciate the attitude.

I have been in front of the closed gate since 5am, the posted opening time. The employee said 5:30 when I asked. It is now 5:40 & still closed. Upon inquiring again she not till the bread is done... I am very disappointed, still very hungry & flight out @ 6:05. Will not be getting food obviously due to the fact the 2 employees can not seem to open the establishment. I am from Hawaii & will probably never eat here due to the lack of professionalism... Very disappointed

That young lady does not like her job. She seemed irritated that I had placed an order for food. The sandwich was very good, though!

Food was fresh, but service could be better. Ice for soda machine was empty, and communication in kitchen and expediting was off. Was called to pick up my order a couple of times after I had already picked it up. Also delivery could be friendlier - was just handed a bag with barely eye contact or a thank you. Memphis is becoming a great a city, and I feel it deserves better service ambassadors.

I am a big fan of Lenny's. Since they really amped up their franchising efforts and began to really expand the brand it has not been as good as it once was. This however was a new low. I arrived at the airport location and the chip rack was virtually empty, there was no white bread, the griddle was not working and they didn't have sweet tea. One issue would have been understandable, but four speaks to the management and lack of accountability.

While the food was quick, I found the service lacking. The cashier asked for my order and stepped away to do something else when I spoke. Then, mumbled something about my order for a drink and needing to be a bottle vs fountain drink and then forgot some of what I had ordered.Despite the long line forming (more that 6 people), one of the sandwich assemblers stood at the prep line holding her cell phone.I do eat at other Lenny's but unfortunately this is one of the few restaurant choices at the Memphis airport.

I had a 10AM flight and was unable to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. This was the only place open in my area.There were two people working and I received a hot delicious sub very quickly. Glad that this place was open. I will look to eat here again if I must fly through this airport.

I give it one star for several reasons. The drink machine was out of Coke, Coke Zero,Sprite and Mr. Pibb yet no employee made you aware of this before purchasing your drink. There were piles of ice on the machine up to the drink spouts. The trash was about 2 feet over the top of the trash can. I ordered Turkey and Cheese and received ham and cheese. I heard them telling other customers that they were out of food after they already paid so they were having to chose other items. Extremely dirty. If the restaurant looks like this to the public, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Only positive comment is the staff was friendly.

The food was fresh and really tasty, but I have to say something about the staff. The crew that was working on 1/31 is amazing. It’s not often you pop into a sandwich shop and feel better after seeing a group of employees who are professional and friendly, all working with smiles on their faces. Everyone was courteous and it’s just really nice to see in today’s day and age. Great job to Crystal, Jerekica, LaToya! You all are an amazing group! Blessings to you all in 2018!

This score is being kind. This restaurant had menu challenges- no chicken philly, no veggie philly, no regular philly were today’s challenges. I was informed by another traveler that last week they ran out of bread. Wow!! This is quite disappointing. I would think more effort would be put into stocking key ingredients. Because I like the restaurant, other locations, so well- I will give them another chance in the future. Hopefully, I won’t be disappointed.

My sandwich was delicious but the receipt I got said "Look at her eyebrows.". All of the staff was laughing at me. I have alopecia so I have no eyebrows. Mine were healing from microblading. Thanks for ruining what's left of my vacation.

I ordered a Chicken Philly with mushrooms and bell peppers. OMGGGG!!! FOOD WAS PERFECTLY SEASONED, FRESH, CORRECT AND HOT!!! SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND FAST!!! FOR BEING IN THE AIRPORT AMAZING FOOD!!! MY STOP B4 I HEAD OUT ANYTIME I LAND OR LEAVE MEMPHIS!!!!😋😋😋

Almost 30 minutes to get my sandwich. The meat grinder looked dirty and they were literally throwing sandwich meat from one counter to another. I have esten here before and service as well as cleanliness was much better.
