I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich meal with 2 cookies online. I arrived to pick up my order and no one answered the intercom. So I drove around to the window. The young lady opened up the window and asked me what I needed. I proceeded to inform her about my online order. She gave me a bag with the sandwich and 2 cookies. I informed her that my soda was missing and she stated that I didn't order oneI showed her the ticket and she gave me my drink on the ticket. When I looked inside the bag, I realized my chips were missing also. I returned back the store but she refused to give me the chips. I showed her the receipt and then she gave them to me. Once I made it home, I opened up my sandwich which was poorly made. It ordered certain condiments on my sandwich and they were not on there. I'm disappointed about the service and quality of my food. I will not patronize this store ever again.

Needed a quick bite between jobs, so I stopped by. Never been here before. The counter staff actually looked enthusiastic, which is rare. She upsold me on the bread, which is the mark of a good cashier. The food didn't take long and it was damn tasty. I got an American Club and I'll definitely be returning for another. 10/10, TREASURE THESE EMPLOYEES!

The guy there, I think he may have been the manger was super sweaty looking and seemed very annoyed that we still wanted to order after he told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. He made my son's hot sandwich right away and then clocked out about 10 minutes later. A lady clocked in and she and another lady made our other cold sandwiches while my son's sandwich sat there getting cold. The ladies were super friendly which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. If my rating was based on his service...1 star... And that's only because he managed to make the sandwich. Probably won't return to this location. Food didn't taste the same at this location, which was odd.

I love this location because it is close to home & convenient. I normally don't have anything bad to say but today was an exception. I was 1st in line. I sat in line from 12:34 pm to 1:05 pm and was able to place order. Drove around & paid and received my order at 1:22 pm.i spent almost an hour in line to get a 5 inch mile high turkey and regular chips. No on came to window to say approximately how long it would take. I think during this time of the day you may need more staff and as a courtesy the persons that sat in line should be offered a complimentary drink or cookie or something as a thank you for being patient and waiting. The young lady at the window did apologize for the delay.

A horrible experience, the customer service is decent but the food and restaurant are just sad to look at. The ceiling panels are spray painted white like maintenance is trying to hide the leaking roof and the restrooms are disgusting. You can literally see the rust in the window pane. The wheat bread was flat and falling apart. I left feeling unsatisfied and hungry. And the register has the audacity to ask for a tip before you get your food ??? that's backwardsPlace seriously needs to be remodeled, the patio awning is just missing in actionFeatures: No one but the customers had on masks

Every place has good and bad. Here today(4/10/21) Lenny's Subs shined! I was told that the drive thru was opened as I was walking up. I explained that my 18 wheeler wasn't going to happen, lol! The young lady going inside named Jessica took my order and prepared my order as I waited! She was very polite and professional to me as was the other employee inside! Because of this i will definitely be coming back and my order was prepared exactly how I wanted and the Philly cheese steak was AMAZING! To miss Jessica...thank you for your courteous service and professionalism! You guys made a rough morning way way better!

The female that brought my food out, was so rude. I ordered ahead on the app and my food wasn’t ready. That’s understandable. But the attitude I got from the curbside girl was unacceptable. This is my first and last time ordering from this location.

I placed an order online for a work meeting and shortly found out another colleague had already ordered the lunch from elsewhere. There is no option to cancel the order online. The phone number they have for this business sounds like a personal cell voicemail, however, I still left multiple messages asking them to cancel the order. 2 hours after my order was scheduled for pick up, I received a call asking where I was, etc. I explained to the lady that I had left multiple messages to cancel the order and would need a refund. She was clearly upset, as was another worker in the background, but she agreed to refund the full amount. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for said refund or at least an answer on the business phone line. Will not be using this company in the future.

Almost every time I try to order delivery from this location my order gets cancelled because the driver gets there and the doors are locked and they're closed. Turn off your delivery and stop accepting orders if you're going to close early.

I went to this location three times once out of three I got my order the Other two times no one never answered at the drive-through the last time they say it’s a 20 minute wait a certain way down is like it’s always something with his location and it seems like only two people just working there like whistle hard about making making sandwiches They need to close this location down for a good isn’t doing no one good Any other location I wouldn’t have this problem only this lennys location
