This store doesn’t have the best selection of produce or a variety of items to choose from as far as seasonings. However, they have Sherri in self check out. Sherri is very kind and patient. I only come to this location on my way home from work and if she is in self check out, I know if the line will move faster.

Kroger on Truce Pkwy . The pharmacy is incompetent. Many mistakes are made by these people with NO accountability. Poor service, RUDE staff. La Minya is one of them. Do not go to Kroger on Truce.Also watched several Kroger employees, in HANDICAP PARKING taking a break and going back to the store. No handicap plates or handicap permits.

This location is my favorite grocery store. Nice area, and friendly environment. The store is clean and well organized. Fresh produces. Quality cut meats. A variety of products to choose from.

Able to get in and out pretty easily, even with a product return. Watch for expired goods before checkout. Staff is friendly at customer service and the few staffed checkout lines.

Pretty small parking lot. There is a gas station here.I came in to grab a few items. I was able to find plenty of canned fruit and vegetables. The bottled water was almost sold out. I also enjoy the butcher section.Staff is nice. They actually have cashier lines to help bag your groceries.

It's been half a year, and that misplaced rug doctor key is still causing inconvenience. I shouldn't feel frustrated, but perhaps it's time to remove the lock and put in a new one. Sensible decisions have consistently been absent at every Kroger location. You are either Collierville strong or you have your windows busted and held up. This is the main reason why I shop at Fresh Market. Thanks for letting me vent.

Not good, go elsewhere. Came in the evening to grab two small items.. only self check out available.. a number of employees just watching the long line doing nothing but collecting a paycheck, or so it seems. Left my items on the counter and won't come back. I've seen this store go downhill over the years... it's time for Kroger to fix it or leave. As in most of my reviews of poor performance, it comes down to bad management and unmotivated employees.

Dangerous floor in bar area, slip and fall. No servers, very slow service. This ace needs to shut down. You have to wait extremely long periods of time for any and everything.

I have always wanted to check this location out and finally got the opportunity one Sunday morning. Upon entrance, one can immediately feel the difference. First, it feels like one has stepped in a time machine and traveled to the past. Next, it is small and there is a lot selection wise; I told someone that I see it as being equivalent to a corner/ convenience like store. . And yes, like some reviewers stated, melanated means you'll be watched 👀 very carefully and closely at self-checkout for sure; even though the worker tried to play it off as if she was standing on the heart like she was supposed to be doing , she just wasn't doing it before I came to the register and there were others who were checking out before me. Well, , I came... I saw... don't think I'll go back 🤷🏾‍♀️... OAN, they do have a charcuterie section that seems cool, so that's a plus

I don't mean any harm, but the Kroger on Truse is slowly declining..... smh. I wish I can get all of the "old crew" and show the new crew how the store SUPPOSED to look. Yes, I worked at this location from 2015-2019 and it has never looked this way. This what happens when you run all the good employees away. Restrooms nasty, some of produce looking all types of ways. Managers bringing electric pallet jacks on the floor. When they start that? Cashiers acting like they dont't want to be there. I rather you fake it til you make,then have a stank look on your face. It's really disappointing.

This was one of the better Kroger stores in the city. No longer. Try the store on Mendenhall behind Paradiso. Cleaner and the shelves are always stocked. I hate that it going down because there is enough business to sustain both stores so close together.

I absolutely hate this store the only reason that I come here is because of the convenience and the close distance from my house, otherwise I go all the way to Collierville to grocery shop. There are some very rude employees there especially the black man in the deli and they have literally every registered closed except self-check out but if there is one side open the other side is closed, therefore what's the reason for the other side? Do you need more employees or what? The produce used to be very good here lately my produce has been terrible The Grapes aren't firm and sweet, they're soft and mushy. The watermelon is terrible now and please do not get me started on the strawberries because they always have mold on them. I have never seen the potato chip bin empty before, their chip bin was completely empty this morning and when they do fill it back up it's never fill it back up with a variety of chips! It is always the same three chips! I don't know what happened to the variety of chips but they have disappeared and gone away with a lot of their products.

Never seen a Kroger in such a poor state before. Felt more like an over-priced Family Dollar. I feel sorry for anyone that has to use this store on a regular basis.

Went there last night and as usual there was only 1 are 2 registers open so I went to self check out the girl that was working over there wasn't standing by no one till I walked up and started checking out she stood behind me the whole time watching another lady of her race walked up and started checking out the girl didn't watch her one time nor did she go over by her. Another white lady walked up behind me checking also and the girl working there watched both of us but mainly me. Then when I got done and walked away the girl then walked away also I feel like she was being very racist and rude. I have no reason are want to steal from Kroger.

They are only about half stocked at any given time. I am ALWAYS having to improvise my shopping list because they’ll be out of very basic stuff like chicken. My last trip they were out of ground turkey and chicken breast, and only had swiss sliced cheese.

One star only because I can't leave zero. This location is a joke, and whoever is in charge of product ordering needs to be replaced because they are consistently out of very basic products such as chicken, or cauliflower, or SALT. I will be doing everything I can to make sure not only I never shop here again but no one else I know does either. Keeping products on the shelves is not hard, so whoever there keeps making it seem like it is needs to find a new job.
