I ordered a 10pc Kicking Bourbon party wings which comes with celery, carrots & a roll for $14. I also received a complimentary rainbow lemonade from the owner for my wait. Wings were cooked well & saucy like I love them.

Wait and wait for service associate in Seafood dept, inquired with Manager at frontvof store, and, still....no assistance. Each time I visit, it's always a challenge to get service. There is product out, is it being properly maintained, if getting an associate is such a challenge. Better store management is needed!

Love the store some good deals once in a while dont think they should advertise there beliefs if they support ppl who are gay then they gotta support everyone else and they should just like everyone and not advertise it that is a real deal breaker

Morning, I will never shop here again! I was judged from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone don’t steal I work hard daily for my money. And for a Kroger employees to treat me like I’m some type criminal is insane. Every time I looked up this white employee (man) in produce was watching me. I wanted to walk over to him and say something but my God wouldn’t allow me to. That employee will judge again and it just might be the wrong person. Then all of a sudden someone got on the speaker to tell security to check. Mind you it’s early in the morning I only saw one other older lady shopping besides myself. I always shop early morning before the crowd comes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HARD WORKING PEOPLE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE!!! The people that do steal walk in steal peacefully and out the door with all the free goods. Never felt so uncomfortable shopping before in my life!

Need new handicapped carts!! *Very* few and those are beaten-up, uncomfortable, broken in many ways, s..l..o..w. The restrooms are *always* in need of cleaning when any of us has attempted use. New front store managers are very pleasant & helpful.. There are still most often very few cashing lanes open and many of the lane cashiers could use public service training.. The best one they had recently left. The store continues to have palates sitting and the store set-up not being considerately conscious of the handicapped customers' movement throughout the store. This last statement I recently find within most Krogers.

I was making a purchase. The item was listed at $30-35. When I scanned it, it said $45. So I canceled it. And went back to get a different type for cheaper. When I scanned it was a different price that had been posted as well. Then I was told I had ti scan my Kroger card before it would show the “right” price. So I waisted time, and got s lesser product because of this. You’re far better off going to another Kroger or Costco

Don't believe the time on the door when they sometimes keep people out a half hour or more earlier than that. This has happened in multiple occasions and perhaps the time on the door should reflect this.

This is a picture of the self check out line, which is this long because there are only two check out lanes open. I get it, Kroger doesn't have enough employees to fully staff their stores, which is probably why I've unknowingly bought already expired products here before. But I have a solution, Kroger. Start your employees at $17.50 an hour and watch how many people all of the sudden want to work here. Nobody wants to deal with the thankless job of being a grocer for $13.50 an hour.

I bought a $40 turkey there last night. To feed my family and the turkey has mold on it and smells RANCID. And this is the second one I bought moldy. They ruined my thanksgiving for my kid.

I waited in line for 45 minutes, for the SLOWEST money services associate EVER, to get a money order. Just for her to say that they couldn't sell it for my amount. I'm sure the issuer of their money orders would frown upon any amount of money being declined for, what I assume, the associate felt, wasn't enough. I couldn't find the manager to inform them, and no answer when I called. I wish I had 3 hands so I could give them THREE THUMBS DOWN.

No services rarely have a cashier available. And if I was coin star I would take my kioskOut. They close it at 8 on Sunday morning cause it makes less work for them. The worst Kroger in memphis hands down

The store on Summer Ave has really gone down. Big time. The people there are very rude. Specially if your white. If you try to ask a employee a question. They rolls there eyes and act like your bothering them. Most of the time you can't find what your looking for. Because they don't get any stock.in. I even ask this young lady that worked there about it. She literally told me ( if I didn't like it to go to another store. I've been shopping at Kroger for a long time and have never been treated that bad ever. I think its time to find another store to shop at..

I go here often. The employees are very nice, the store usually looks good. The prices are about equal to what you will find at Walmart or target. They offer curbside or deliver for 9.99 per order, which is the only reason I Spyker rate them 5 stars. If you want delivery/ pickup I recommend ordering your groceries somewhere else, but this is a good place if you don't mind going in to buy your groceries.

I live in North Memphis and thought that this particular location had great customer service until a few months ago and today was the icing on the cake for me. I'd rather continue driving further out East or even to North Mississippi for great customer service. I asked a stock person was this aisle is where the bottled water is located, and she was so nasty towards me and never even answered my question. People like her should be working in the bathrooms as janitors or taking the trash out, no access to human interaction period. The cashiers aren't any better. They don't smile nor greet the customers. I get better service from the Stage, Horn Lake, or Kirby Whitten location.

Krogers pharmacy need to stop hiring hoodrats just because they have a free certificate they obtained to keep their welfare benefits. Because you have credentials to do a job doesn't make you suitable for set job. I also think Krogers should start doing random drug tests on their pharmacy employees. The Jekyll and Hyde attitude these employees have makes one question what's really going on.

Potentially the worst Kroger in Memphis: food on the shelves that are 2 months out of date and lots of junk food while offering less healthy options compared to other Krogers.I avoid this place if at all possible. Today I came here because it is close by. Disappointed again. Wanted to buy some yogurt and a few other items and the yogurt was 2 months out of date and others were expired as of today (July 7th).

This Kroger is horrible, more specifically, the pick-up service. I arrived during my pick-up window and have now been waiting for over 45 minutes. No one will answer the pick-up counter. No one will answer the store number. I chose pick-up for a reason. I can't go in. I called the 800 number listed and the nonchalant representative stated, "Well I called and they answered me and said you just need to wait 5 more minutes." NO MA'AM. Are YOU going to get my prescription for my son? Are you going to take care of what happens if I don't get to him? NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE. NO ONE CARES. IT'S RIDICULOUS. I PRAY you all have to experience the way you all treat your customers.

Well, I'm a old timer and back in the day that store was the bomb! Urghhh, how management and time can change things from great to sadness! What the heck happened to the store? So So unfriendly staff and slowww but that's ok, they get paid by the hour!.A lazy worker is worthless, kinda like Memphis Police Dept, what a Chief! LOL> Believe me if it were those employees standing inline they would be the first to start screaming. Its really funny how stupid some people are. oh yeah, I do not shop there for years now. This store has really declined, rude, lazy employees. The shelf's are always empty with the product on pallets sitting in the middle of the aisle, fruit section is terrible with limited selection.

Some of the employees are just plain rude. I tried to get some chicken and a couple of vegetables at the deli. I wanted 2 legs and 2 sides. I was willing to pay extra. She said you can only get a leg and a thigh so I just left. They have all that food up there they aren’t selling because the workers are rude.

Every time I come to this store over half the registers are closed. They have 11 self check outs and only 4 are open and only two cashiers on duty. After I ring up and get my receiptI cannot leave the building because I have to have someone check my cart, because I have items that don’t fit in bags…. LOOK PEOPLE if you don’t trust your customers to check out hire more humans.
