The bathrooms are very dirty and they always stink. The self checkout machines are messed up almost always and there are barely any checkout lines ever open. Even with all these flaws this Krogers isn’t the worst, it just needs some work done that’s all.

Today I went to Kroger. Several checkout lines were open. The cashier whose name tag read Mozella. Informed me that the Edwards Lemon Cream pie was by one get one free. So I went back to get my FREE one. Also the store was clean. I appreciate Kroger having great sales

I've been going to this kroger 20+ years... good experiences... but lately these young girls specifically yall hiring have the nastiest I don't care and don't want to work attitude... KAYLA at customer service need to gather herself... she was so rude to the elderly it was disgusting...

This is by far the WORST Kroger I’ve ever been to. Was treated poorly by cashier. She seem so displeased to service customers. I know this review means nothing. Nothing will be done so honestly I’m just complaining for no reason. I feel like everyone gave up on this store. There was a dirty teddy bear in the freezer. Produce was all over the floor in muddy looking water. Nothing was fresh. Rotisserie chicken been out since this morning. Shelves were hardly stocked. I mean, I’m not from here and this was the closest one for me, but I will travel outside the city before I ever return. My husband even said he rather I not shop here alone. Just too much sketchy characters walking about. Oppression is something serious. Lord please bless this area! In the name of Jesus!!

I was at this location earlier about 4pm for 1 of my patients that needed some cash back off there debit card. So I went in and went to customer service and got in line behind about 3 people. So I'm thinking 🤔 well this should move pretty fast with just 3 people in line. I was 4th in line for about 10 to 12 mins before the line even started moving because the customer service agent and another store associate was carrying on a heated conversation whispering and laughing with each other instead of tending to your customer that are in front of you. Smh, this is not exceptable and I will not return to the location for myself for my clients or anybody else for that matter...GOT TO DO BETTER

I kid you not I got a loaf of garlic bread and it turned out to be moldy VERY MOLDY. I thought Okay that happens and decided to get another TODAY. Just got one not long ago and turned out it was also moldy.

This Kroger has very rude employees. I just asked what time this store opened cause I'm new to this community and the worker was very rude and did not want to be bothered. My thing is why is a employee that works for this company working there if she doesn't want to be bothered. She should quit and never work in customer service. This not the only incident in this store. Only been here twice and won't shop there again. The stores in the black community are aweful.

I went for one item and I was in and out within ten minutes. Upon arrival, I had left my mask in the car and before I got to enter in the guard asked if I had a mask. I replied that I was sorry and I would go to the car and he told me he had one for me. Very courteous and professional.

This is the worse Krogers in Memphis, I have experienced. Did an online order for 6:30-7 pick up today. I checked in at 6:32pm. It is now 6:51pm & noone has brought my order out yet!

It's alright, the parking lot in front is a nightmare, but the one on the side has plenty of spaces. They need security and the gas station was clean though the cashier was too busy playing with her phone when I approached. The store was well stocked inside, no empty shelves, plenty or fruits and veggies. Cashier's we're okay, line wasn't too long, usually a very busy store.

I went to self checkout for reason. Lady complaining about my things in shopping cart saying I had to much stuff. In reality it was only 8 gallons of water and vegetables. I didn’t say only a certain amount of items. Cashier wanted to get an attitude be I accidentally scanned a item twice. My cashier was CHECKING 500

I would give this kroger no stars they are very unprofessional The customer service should be open at 8:30... The manager opened it at 9:30 there were 5 people in line when I arrived... I stood there for 10 minutes before I went to see was anyone coming... The care she said she was in the back counting the money she'll be out soon... It's at me 45 minutes to get to the counter to Be served... I asked the manager what time was it.. And I guess she took offense and asked me for my ID... To finish my transaction.... No problem I gave for my ID... She turned and looked at me and asked me what was my name but why when she has my ID She said she asked me for my Name because she wanted to know which name did I want to use to make my transaction wit's action when she knows you are always supposed to use that person's 1st and last name now she's picking an gas lighting because she asked no one in front of me for their ID or what was their name... So my response was you have my ID in your hand.. Her Comment was Oh you must walk upon the wrong side of the bed this morning... I said no but there is always an inconvenience when you come in this store.. And she said I was in the back counting the money down... I said what time does customer service open she said 830 ma'am It's past 10am o'clock... So when I complain about her store and The unprofessionalism personalism she asked me to leave... And I asked her why would I leave because I'm making a complaint about your store.. That is no reason not to serve me... This kroger on Fraser boulevard they are very unprofessional In always have been... And they use their power and manipulation to create drama when they are confronted about the treatment of customers or why something is not right...PS.. Another person had to step in and finish the transaction for me... Because she wouldn't because of my complaint...

Items are not in the area that the signs indicate above all the isles. Items that are discounted on the shelves are regular price when u get to check-out. There is always only about one or two lines open. The self scan is usually shut down to only one register. They never have enough baggers, and stand there as if you are to bag your own groceries. Grocery carts are all over the parking lot. Overall, this location could be much better if only there were better management.

On Feb 20 at 5 pm I don't know what supervisor they had on duty but she was very rude they had a recall on Similac and they sold it to me anyway and would not let me exchange it at all she got loud and got in my disabled mothers face then the cart guy came over put his arm around her laughing telling me to sue kroger as I was explaining my baby was already sick from the milk I would give -100 if I could don't shop here

No turkey sausage unless you like pre cooked dried out turkey sausage flavored filler... One time I was able to get a pack of uncooked turkey sausage links... And never again. They don't even sale uncooked beef sausage. Just pork pork pork. Don't even get me started on the rubber band flavored turkey bacon. Did beef sausage and turkey sausage go extinct?

Frayser Kroger customer service rocks!! Especially the young lady in the seafood department!! She is truly one of a kind. Always has a pleasant smile and provides the most outstanding customer service possible. Also had a great experience in the bakery. Those ladies are always so kind and professionals!! My front check out experience was also great. Lines wasn't long and the cashier and bagger was super friendly and kind. Would have given them 5 stars but there parking lot is ridiculous. Holes everywhere. Just a complete mess.

We love the fresh produce and meat. They carry the variety necessary for me to be able to maintain a gluten free diet, instead of wilted produce, smelly meat and only wheat based baked goods. The organic selectio enables me to buy food free of the deadly additives that leave me in agonizing pain.This is a higher crime area of Frayser. I love late night shopping, but wouldn't recommend it if you come alone.

For their gas station: It NEVER has receipt tape at any of the pumps and it has been that way for a long time. If After paying at the pump, I still have to stand in a long line in the rain, cold, and heat, why come here?

This Kroger is usually stocked up and today, the produce appeared really fresh. (It has been questionable on several occasions) My only disappointment was that they had the bagged spinach on sale; but did not have any displayed. And then, when I asked an employee if they had any in the back, he just said "prolly not" and didn't even attempt to check.. lol... I just kept it moving.
