Always a wonderful experience at the Hollywood Feed on Union Avenue. The customer service is fantastic, and I always leave with what I need (and usually some extras as well!). There is such a shortage of positive human interactions in retail settings these days. Interacting with the folks here is like a breath of fresh air. Thanks for all that you do, Hollywood Feed!

My husband and I shop here for our animals frequently, but I had to make a stop alone today since my dog ran out of her food. The bags are somewhat heavy and I’m currently in my third trimester with twins, and two employees helped me carry my heavy items without me having to ask!! They were seriously so sweet and attentive. I wish I’d gotten their names, but I appreciated the gesture so much ❤️

The staff at the bakery was very friendly and professional. I ordered some treats for my dogs birthday party. I would definitely recommend them for all your dog needs! I will return in the future! They have a lot of different options for you to choose from for your dogs!

I usually get into the bathtub with my pug, Boston terrier and our cat for a bath, but after hip surgery I couldn’t. We took the dogs to the Union Ave. HFS and used the grooming facility. It was a perfect setup. My husband and I did them both at the same time and although we brought our own towels and shampoo, HFS had everything one needs right there. Great experience. When we got home the cat was jealous.

Everything is great about Hollywood feed except they don't have a great selection for bunnies. If you need bedding for a bunny they do not have it. They do have hay and pellets but only one brand. Tons of cat and dog options though! I've shopped here for a long time and I will get discounts on my bunny food every now and then for frequent shopping.

Great and friendly staff. Each team member that saw me helped asked how I was doing and if I needed any help. A young lady helped me find the very last slip lead in stock while I was looking at slip harnesses as an alternative. A young gentleman offered to take down a large crate noticing I was looking at a smaller one within my reaching range. Thankfully I didn’t need him to. As I was shopping, I noticed staff helping various shoppers pick out new foods for allergy dogs, pick out treats for a picky dog, and more. I’ve been impressed with each Hollywood feed I go to and hope it continues as Scarlett and I make our way around the US. Picture features our blue slip lead.

The wonderful people working there are always happy to help with any question, any concern (within reason), and anything else pet/animal related. They are seriously incredible to deal with and always smiling and nice. Plus the store dogs are always sweet.

My partner and I recently adopted a miniature dachshund puppy and have been to Hollywood Feed on Union at least once a week since for potty training supplies (treats, puppy pads, etc), toys and puppy food. The potty training has been challenging to say the least, but on each visit we have received wonderful customer service and stellar advice from Hollywood Feed employee Mariah! Super cute store!!! I got a really nice collar for my pup. Been wanting to try a thicker collar for him for when he's on a leash. They have puppies there too!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍 And he got a treat. These stand up pretty good to his aggressive chewing. I mean, he ate it, but it entertained him for a good bit! LOL

I've been visiting the groomer at this location for a little over 6 years and they have done my baby right EVERYTIME! Staff are always amazing and kind when they don't have to be. Theyve been cutting charlies hair since he was 5 months

Good deals. A lil smaller than the others but the staff is very knowledgeable. You can wash your own dog for $15 for 1 hr or you can let them do it for a cost. It goes by the dog size and weight as for the prices. The wash comes with a bath, ears cleaning and rectum cleaning. They are pet friendly so you can bring your dog on a leash. They also have a little bakery inside where you can buy treats

I've recently visited to purchase dog food,my dog has recently been having digestive issues and is somewhat picky with his food. One of the guys offered to help so I talked to him about my needs and he provided valuable feedback. He mentioned his dog having a similar issue in the past and showed me some of the products that helped his pet. After our talk, I was comfortable enough to try one of his recommended products and I'm happy to say that my pet loved it and most importantly seems happier and healthier. Great customer service, great products, and overall great experience.

I am extremely upset with my experience today with the groomer. Long story short, she got off of work for the day and left my fur babies in a kennel in the grooming room. She NEVER called me to let me know that she was done. She also didn’t communicate with other staff that my fur babies were still there. Seeing them completely by themselves almost made me lose it. I dropped them off for a grooming touch up around 12 pm. When I dropped them off, I went over my number with the groomer again to make completely sure that she had the correct number. I had my phone ringer on and near me and absolutely no calls came from the groomer. Once almost three hours passed I became concerned because there were only about three little fur babies in front of my two. I called and a staff in the front answered the phone and said that the groomer will call me when she is done so I said okay. About thirty more minutes passed so I drove up there. That is when we ( the staff member and myself) discovered that the groomer left them and never called me. The staff member told me that she will talk to her manager about what happened. I am making sure to share my experience so others won’t have to experience what I did today. Also I keep water in my car for them and they consumed almost a whole bottle of water within 4 minutes. This lets me know no one gave them water. I feel like they were neglected!!! I did enjoy the bakery and front counter staff though . They were professional and helpful. I just will never take them back there to get groomed.
