I love Hollywood feed. The quality of dog food that I buy is just top shelf. My dog absolutely loves it he eats the entire Bowl in one sitting which he wasn't going with his other food and the workers there are helpful as can be. They actually come up and ask if you need anything and go to through the store and help you choose what you need and it's definitely a high quality store

We went in today for supplies and treats after a pretty scary bet visit.Let's talk about Gina. Is she just a really nice person or is she an animal loving angel here to ease our troubles? Gina made a stressful day so pleasant and was very knowledgeable helping us get all of the things we need to keep our dog comfy. THANK YOU Hollywood Feed and thank you Gina!

Don’t recommend them my dog is spoiled.. only eating dried fish and chicken top feed lord help. Their muscle growth is amazing. We get the pork fromm and the salmon mix. Two bags a month and the prices are so cheap.

I take my Shepherd there to give him his bath. It is so much easier than doing it at home. They have everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, shampoo brush, and aprons to keep you dry. They have a dryer and supply towels.

I would like to first say that I have always came to this store or the location on Union because they are both nearby me. The reason I am giving these three stars is because as I was just getting out of class on tonight not realizing that I needed to get my dog another toothbrush at the last moment and rushing up to this location to grab one so as I enter the store I am greeted by the lady at the register in a rude manner as if she is bothered I am coming in at the moment. I'm at this moment grabbing the toothbrush coming to the register because that was initially all I needed to get which wasn't much. As I approach the register I notice they are counting down their money so I'm standing there for a moment with no response then the rude lady again says if you have a card you can pay down there because our register is closed we are counting down. First off if you are counting down the safest way first and foremost would be to lock the doors therefore no one else will enter. That was awful customer service and the approach should have been more professional whether she was bothered or not with my coming in at that very moment. I will DEFINITELY reconsider coming to this location again.

I like this place because the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and can offer recommendations based on your pet’s needs. They seem to care about the products they keep on their shelves and don’t stock food that they don’t agree with. It can be expensive but it’s worth coming here if you are not sure what you want.

We love Hollywood feed! We usually go to the Oakland location as it is closer to us but we were in the area recently and decided to bring our pup in for a new toy, treats, and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection was huge with a great choice of food, treats, toys, chews, etc. I highly recommend all of the HWF locations but this one in particular for how large it is. It would be very difficult to go here and NOT find something to suit your pets needs.

I always have a great experience in this store, but this particular experience was exceptional. I was greeted by Faith, and she went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She was so sweet and so persistent to help even after I told her she did not have to go out of her way. Faith is awesome and definitely deserves recognition for her customer service.

As someone who used to work at a Petco, Hollywood Feed is where the pets SHOULD go! Everytime I walk in the store is clean, organized and stocked, and the staff goes above and beyond in every aspect they can to make sure you are a satisfied customer.They also host great adoption events, which is where we got our boy Louis!

I usually use the one on the Collin Street which is close to my home they don't have anything less including a relatively knowledgeable staff so the store is very very stocked and it's just about anything and everything you need emergency situations and or not but to treat animals with extensive Heat and the flea and tick season and go and get the medications necessary to protect the home and the pets so that's why I go there of course most of these places are all pretty pricey these days but you get what you pay for
