First and for most the most helpful and quickly getting their job done.! They were patient with me over the phone for I was already frustrated having left my vehicle on and key locked inside. Was able to pay over the phone through Cash App.!!!(wallet in vehicle) I was able to track them through their location to see how close they were to me with an estimated time arrival. (He drove a whole hour to me) This man here Mike shook my hand had no hesitation to get right into opening up my vehicle (really nice guy) not even 2 minutes and my door was open. Not exaggeratingHopefully I won’t have to call again but if I need it done definitely will be calling them back even request Mike to come out here himself hahaThanks again Mike appreciate it a lot.!!!GI LOCKSMITH is the way to go 💯

I wish I could give them 10 stars, GI locksmith was that great! Absolutely top -notch customer service! I called on a Saturday because my elderly mom had lost her keys and locked herself out of her house. I spoke to Mike, he was friendly, understanding and very Professional! It was going to be a two-how wait because they were swamped.After putting my name on the list, I called Mike back after an hour to make sure the time was still correct, and he was so lovely in helping me, he checked with his technicians, and miracle of miracles, one of his techs were nearby and would come by.Jabril showed up promptly 30 minutes later ( I was able to track his progress through a mapping link they sent!!), opened the door, and re-keyed the lock for Mom!!Definitely A++++service, if you're looking for a locksmith at any time, look no further!!!!!!

I called them and the phone rung one time. They picked up and got to me in 5 minutes. I was visiting the area with my family for the holiday. I recommend them 1 million times. There was no damage done to my car and when they got it it out, it took them less than 5 minutes to get my keys out. GI is wonderful!! I called at 4:15 in the afternoon expecting to schedule him to come out in a few days; however, he arrived at my house 1.5 hours later. He was able to get into my storage unit and put on a new deadbolt in about 20 minutes. Definitely give him a call!!

I called this locksmith when I first got locked out of my vehicle. They were so fast!! And such a great price!! The locksmith gave me a discount on a copy for my key. Got locked out of my semi-truck because I pulled the spare key to get copies made on hometime. GI was awesome. Prompt service and was willing to go outside his normal service range for me. A tad on the pricier side but I'd happily pay it again! Worth every penny to not be stuck outside in the rain.

Lost my keys new years night and was sooo scared that I was going to have to leave my car in the parking garage for days until someone could help. I tried calling other companies and no answer. Finally decided to call this company and immediately I got on the phone with Mike. He was very reassuring and helped ease my worries and told me that he’d do everything he could to help me get someone out there and to get me driving again. Well on new years everyone was super busy with other cars and there wasn’t anyone available for in the morning so he went out of his way to pull some strings and find me someone that could do it! He kept me updated every step only the way and I’m so grateful that he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The person he sent to me was also very nice and super quick!! Also it did not cost an arm and a leg. I can’t say how much I recommend these people. If you’re ever in need of these services I would definitely go to them and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else:) thank you Mike for everything!!

I was so impressed with the professionalism. I locked my keys in my bus downtown Memphis. I was scared of my surroundings and did not feel safe. The locksmith was very close to where I was located and stayed on the phone with me until he saw me! He was so nice and in just a matter of minutes he had my doors open. Called five 24 hr locksmiths at 10:30 pm and GI was the only one that answered. Told him where I was and what the problem was and he said he’d be there in 15-20 minutes. I thought, yeah, right, I’ll be here an hour or more. He sent a link where I could follow his route to me and he showed up in 20 minutes just like he said.
