I walked in the store and the woman was waving for me to get back out, never said anything just kept waving. The guy finally said I’m sorry baby we not open yet. Now mind you it’s after 8am, google says they open at 8, their door sign says they open at 8. They both looking at me crazy like I was wrong. The woman was rude for doing that, I would’ve appreciated it if she used her words instead of rudely waving for me to get out. VERY unprofessional.

Rude manager. Store hours have it open at 8. I roll in at 8:30 and the manager won't let me buy chap stick because she doesn't have a cashier

Rude manager...Rude everyone who works there..they clearly don't want to be there .they open whenever they see fit..and close whenever they see fit..only manager can do certain things like issue a refund and when she's not on duty that day you will be told to come back on the day she's in duty.She must attend to the truck that comes to drop off goods and during this time..none of the other workers can attend to the need that only she can do!Oh yes..they called police when they suspected.a woman shoplifting...came to find out she didn't take anything that she hadn't bought...caused a scene for NOTHING!Very Very unprofessionally run store!

This store has gone down hill. It's never clean and when the workers don't feel like working anymore, they just randomly close the store. 3 times in one week, they closed around 6 and 7 pm because they got tired of the customers. It's ridiculous how lazy they've become at this store.

This is the worst Family Dollar in Memphis. The manager is never there, and the manager is the only person who can add money to the cash. App the phone is always busy and They never answered the phone. If you try to call to see if someone is available before you come up there, the phone is always busy.

Come to buy a 3 dollar and 25 cent can of oysters… I walk outside to search and make sure it didn’t drop in my car… I see the manager on duty smokin in her car and “Brandy” needs a immediate replacement she basically does what she wants and dictates the outcome with plenty biasness for the company like she owned it. Through her out not a good manager

Second time this store had lysol disinfecting spray 3 large cans and refused to sell it to me saying it's for the store. The manager is usually helpful and friendly but it's not fair I'm 52 with preexisting conditions in a wheelchair I can't chase down products like non disabled ppl.can.

When the world was out of toilet paper during COVID, this is where you could always find some. This particular location always looks messy. I also feel bad for the staff: two out of three times I’ve been here they were fighting with shoplifters while I was there. The staff in general are all rude.

My visit at Family Dollar was pleasant but I was very disappointed that they did not have Diet Coke in the can very disappointed and previously many times I repeat previously the diet coke when they did have it it was always expired but the visit there was pleasant thank you

They always close about 10 minutes early. There will be people inside looking at you telling you they are closed regardless of what the sign says.
