I called in yesterday on Family Dollar. So 1st I want to clarify the right address. It wasn't 2760 Lamar, it was 2920 Lamar. I will not give that store any stars (had to push one star just to post this review). It sad when you have to give a negative review. But when I say poor customer service and the manager (attitude) was just as worse. And I hate so much I gave the wrong address on yesterday. But I will be calling to give the right address on today. I just pray 🙏🏽 that they get that store together. Not the 1st nor the 2nd time hearing about that Family Dollar location. Got to do better.

This family dollar is always closed . It's 4:16pm August 20 2023. Why would they be close in the middle of the day? That's ridiculous

I was disappointed because there was no rubbing alcohol. I should have known because of the Coronavirus pandemic you can't find any items, couldn't even find any sugar free chocolate candy. But at least I did find paper towels, so that was a good think. Need to know what day your shipments come in, so I can get there early and find items I need. Have a God Blessed Day.

The same lady "manager" has been there since the store opened. Every time I go in this store I regret it.... along with the same manager not doing anything.... standing around gossiping.... today there was a guy at the door holding open as I walked in. Only to realize that he was locking the door after every customer came in and went out..... today was my last visit to this store....

Clerk was so nice & polite. Another employee got batteries for me. Clean store stocked full variety of products. Covid safety precautions practiced.

Very low in stock at this location. The customer service was not that great either, but I get it. Retail is not easy and they are overworked and tired.

Make sure you check if this location after 12 when they open the doors. If you actually try when they open at 8 AM the doors will be locked even at 9:12 AM so just try your luck somewhere else that’s actually going to be open

They close this store at random times for no reason. We got put out of the store randomly today because they were tired and felt the need to close at 3pm. This store is unstable.

Tried to return a speaker because it didnt have an aux n they said no refund n they didn't have a speaker with aux input, I'm never shopping there again
