Good is not always a bad thing. This store is in the middle of the hood and it seems like one of the safest family dollar stores I’ve seen in Memphis. Nice staff.

Pulling up to the store too much trash on the ground going in the store too many boxes in the aisle it would be great if they had overnight stockers so customers could get to their items quickly cashier was friendly

Manager on duty on 8/12/2023 @ 3:45pm very rude and mumbling nasty comments under her breath. I asked did they have any carts, an associate stated no, I saw an associate with a cart I said, oh she has 1, then that person, which I now know to be the manager on duty, stated that, the cart belongs to her. I asked so you don’t have any carts in the store, she stated they are all being used, ma’am. I stated ok, as I was walking away from her, I hear her stating “damn, (some cursing under her breath) I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager, I stated oh “ok” walked out, I will not shop where people are rude, and mean to paying customers, it’s incalled for.

It's nice to be able to go into a Family Dollar and have a clean and well stocked store. I realize that it does get busy and can be messed up. Still, I appreciate a clean store.

They are not open until 10:00 I got there at about 9:30 and the doors were locked so I'm not sure why the hours are not updated on here but my experiences with family Dollar in general have always usually been pretty negative. The employees always seem to have a attitude as if I am inconveniencing them or they hate their job. Which coming from the customer service industry, I just find that completely unacceptable. No matter what kind of day you're having the guest or customer is always supposed to be treated to a certain standard. And I always avoid going to family Dollar and go to Dollar general or somewhere else instead. Because of this usually. But I decided to go here tonight because it said it was open until 10:00 but once again family Dollar has failed me and it was not open. Wasted my time driving here. Overall just not pleased with family Dollar in general. I'll keep going to Dollar general like I usually do.

Good selection and good prices. Cashier was very professional and said hello to everyone that came in the door. Very good business tactic, she was trained well. I absolutely love visiting places where they are courteous, leaves a good impression!;

Whole aisles weren't accessible because of boxes in the aisle. The customer service was good. The phone lines were down so they had cash only but had no coin change. So you had to pay with exact change.

I asked sales rep about using the ladies room she immediately pointed to the manager and stated," You have to ask the manager." The manager replied, " I don't know why she is scared to say we don't have a public restroom." I feel since customers spend their money in Family Dollar they (we) should be able to have access to the restroom!

The worst FD I've ever been too. Poorly ran, stuff is everywhere, staff cursing loud all in the store. Its a terrible, ghetto store , and you couldn't pay me to go in that piece of ish ever again.Parking lot looked and smelled like trash, just horrible!The GM or district manager needs to be fired,immediately! They are not doing their jobs! I'd rather go to Dollar General across the street.

The cashier audrey was amazing with my 5y/o son who took off in the store looking for coloring books.. on her down moment she took him thru each aisle looking for them

There was a worker who was very helpful today in helping me purchase and reload a prepaid visa card and I just left there a couple of minutes ago and for that matter I give the store 5 stars‼‼

Store to cullerd can't move around around in there I we t in today round 7 and the stock was still in the aisle couldn't find nothing I wanted cause the aisle was filled with stock 👎👎👎👎

Too junky. I couldnt walk through the store then they put more stuff in the isles. I had get someone to let me out through the boxes.
