Store is always pretty clean and stocked. Cashiers are very friendly. Do not leave your car running and go inside. While we were there, someone's car was stolen. And the front door glass is busted out about twice a month.

I love the cashier that work the am shift on 6/30/2020. Everytime I come in family dollar, she is the most friendly cashier that I have met at the family dollar in East Memphis. Excellent customer service💯

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Cashier walked away from the cash register as soon as I got to the register. She didn’t say anything, I didn’t know if she was coming back or not. She could have at the very least said I’ll be right back or one moment. I had to get in the other line and wait all over again. Finally I just set my stuff down and walked out the store. I wasn’t waiting again. Staff needs costomer service training.

I went to the cash register to pay for my items then the shift manager I think she was came out from the back had money in her hand and then coughed in that same hand with money and was about to touch my stuff to ring up, no ma'am. I think that was careless of her during this time of covid. Oh and she didn't have a mask on either 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️😷🤷🏽‍♂️

The store is ok bit needs security. I don't feel safe in it. I still saw somebody stealing some things and nobody did anything. Its dangerous for customers.

I found all the items I went into the store to purchase. There were no cash registers open, and when the cashier did get a drawer she was talking on her cell phone and NOT paying attention to what she was doing.

The cashier's are unprofessional ,and rude. Always look as if they just got out of bed. During the night expect the line to be long because there is always only one cashier because the manger is to lazy to help.
