I need new management or corporate to step in right now. It’s 930. Y’all close at 10 but I was told they are closed and that they always close at 930. I seen another lady mopping. I will be contacting corporate. I probably wouldn’t have cared if what I needed wasn’t as important as it is.

Well the two ladies working there were really friendly, but they were trying to get merchandise from the outside display and work the register, they really needed a man there to help with that especially about closing time, but they handled it pretty good

This lovely sunday morning, Pastor Coleman at this location was displeased that I referred to the Family Dollar chain in a whole as guys. My wording "Hello, do you guys sell the door chimes?" She kindly pulled me aside and said "Are you calling us guys? It's ma'am we don't do that here. I heard about the product but we don't carry those anymore." I said "Oh, okay also, I meant the store chain when I said guys, thank you." She replies back "It's thank you ma'am, and it's yes ma'am and no ma'am." Then she preceed to tell me she's a pastor and pretty much talk to me as if scolding me by crossing her arms. I came in the store for a simple object and in return lectured on my choice of words.

Staff isn't friendly, one employee there has a bad attitude..no-one smiles, I dnt visit that one anymore cuz of the terrible customer service there...

Family Dollar sometimes that they'll let you use the restroom sometime that they won't let you use the restroom if they got stock in the back most of the time that they don't have stock in the back they be on the floor but in the stock up
