This location is absolutely terrible. I stopped by 3 hours after they opened and the door was locked. The lady working there opened the door and asked me " WHAT?!" I responded are yall not opened yet. She responded that she doesn't have enough employees and that she was putting up the truck. She even sarcastically asked me " You must gone help me put the truck up. She should not have her lazy self there if she doesn't want to multi task. She is there to serve the customers, therefore she wasn't doing her job. She's just at work, on the clock with the door locked. Horrible service, very bad attitude.

What is going on with this store? They are never open during hours of operation. The employees just be in the store. I wonder if corporate know that y’all close the store at 6pm and stand around until 9pm

This was the most terrible experience I ever had in my life. Not to mention very embarrassed. I had just left church yesterday on Easter Sunday with my kids when we stopped by family dollar to get some items to finished a planned Easter egg hunt. As I walked into the store the manager behind the counter started yelling "you can get back outta here" I then looked at her and thought that something must be very wrong so I asked "are you closed". She yelled even louder "get out of my store then she picked the phone up calling the police. At this point not knowing what was going on I got my kids and just left. I was publicly embarrassed and falsely accused of something that I didn't do along with being thrown outta a store with my kids. This is very unacceptable especially after finding out one hour later that the manager had me mistaken for someone else.

The employees are so unprofessional and the manager is always there. Using PROFANITY while family's are shopping. Loud music all the time. And they always asking you can you use you bank card or credit card. Is this Family Dollar out to steal money from customers the reason they only want you to use your bank or credit card?

I went to this store at 9:15 an the door was locked this is my 3rd time coming to this location an the doors was locked early they are losing a lot of money.

This place is very ratchet and ghetto.....one day no bags for items I purchased the next day no charge to give the customers back..... customers are being cheated out of their money I watched a lady pay $40 for $25 worth of items
